The room was clean and cozy, Wi-Fi was very fast and stable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Some mold in the bathroom, slightly old furniture, and a very noisy air conditioner that was difficult to turn off, which affected sleep.

The only issue was the lack of assistance with baggage, which becomes especially important when you’re carrying multiple bags.

Stewart (9/5): Clean, comfortable and great staff. - Very pleased with the room we were in a twin. Nice clean room it met our expectations. Nice to have hot water. Bathroom was suitable for us being a retired couple. Housekeeping staff were friendly, room was serviced every day. Lovely front office lady who helped us with our luggage up the stairs (there are elevators) once you reach reception, she also got our bottle of wine opened next door at the Mart store as we did not have a corkscrew. We decided to book in for a few more days and were able to keep the same room. Would definitely come back here in the future.

If you come late after a night out or if you need to go to the supermarket in the middle of the night you need to wake up the staff. The guy sleeps in the lobby, so it's not difficult.

Alli (5/5): For budget travels it’s ok just ensure you do not spend all the time in the room. Make sure you leave the hotel during t - Beds were nice and comfy. The room was nice and spacious. The staff were lovely and gave us fresh towels and water every day. The breakfast was also good with it being local food. We had 3 windows and each had basically no ciew. The corridors smelt like CIGARETTES. The smell in the hallways were unbearable. The door was jammed so every time we opened it if we couldn’t get it open in 4 seconds an alarm would go off. The bathroom had no shower curtain so water would get everywhere. And when we got into the room there were loads of little flies everywhere. Spent literally 2hrs trying to kill them all

Room service regularly changes towels and cleans the room. The location of the hotel is not the best - quite far from the beach and decent cafes. Not very varied breakfasts.

Derek (10/5): Great place with great staff. - Titan hotel has excellent first class staff who are incredibly polite and elegantly dressed with the traditional Ao Dai dress. The only drawback is the little difficulty with their limited English language skills which can be overcome with the use of a translator app. The location is far from the main tourist area by about 1.5KM however that does comes with the bonus of it being nice and quiet at night and no noise from bars, restaurants and Karaoke places. Location is a little out of town. The bonus of this though is the fact that the area is quiet.
