• daniela (3/5): Très médiocre - Pas trop loin du centre Accueil très médiocre avec des interpellations comme « alo,alo », pas assez d’eau chaude et très très très bruyant la nuit les gens restent au bar et à la piscine jusqu’à 2h du matin puis les femmes de chambres à 8h du matin viennent parler fort au téléphone devant les chambres à fuir si vous voulez vous reposer

Mario and Angela were attentive hosts and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel bar which doubles as the check-in desk. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The kitchen was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Be sure to bring your own coffee. Check-out was a breeze and Mario kindly held our luggage while we went sightseeing before heading to the airport. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and is a 10 minute walk to the airport bus. Would stay again!

• Bolger (9/5): A little gem with amazing hosts. - Mario and Angela are amazing hosts. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, they did not disappoint. From the morning welcomes to Mario jumping on his bike to stock up on barnardo breezers as there was a shortage on the island. Their bbq nights are amazing. There is no shortage of food. Great music and fun. The apartment is spacious. Very clean. Cleaners attend daily. Air conditioner powerful in bedroom. Free toiletries a bonus. Spacious balcony. The pool is beautiful. Very clean. There are plenty of sun loungers and, more importantly, parasols. Safety taken seriously in the pool. Communal areas such as bars and toilets are always clean. Free WiFi throughout Kettle was dodgy Air con in one room only. Having to leave. Will miss Mario and Angela so much. Great hosts.

Resepsiyona ve restoran-bar görevlisi Mario çok ilgili ve candandı. Beklentiniz yüksek değilse fiyat-fayda dengesi oldukça iyidi. Konumu merkeze çok yakın ve uygundu. 4 kişilik odada kanepedeki yataklar daha iyi olabilirdi. Odamız en alt katta idi kot altıydı, belki bu yüzden gece nem biraz rahatsız etti.. Aile olarak kalacaksanız daha üst kattaki ve iki kişilik odaları tercih etmekte fayda var.

• Gönenç (10/5): A super chill hotel with the personal touch! - Great location within easy walking distance of the ferry, the town and the beach. Lovely swimming pool with a kiddies pool adjoining. The staff were very helpful and friendly - they allowed us to use their facilities before check in and they managed to prep our room early too. There were some nice touches - for example items left by previous guests were made freely available - our daughter borrowed a swimming mask for our stay; when our sun cream ran out, there was a plentiful supply of bottles for us to use. The iced coffee here is awesome! Mario and his associate were very polite and approachable and looked after us well :) No issues.

• Bülent (1/5): Extremely outdated, poorly cleaned, overpriced — definitely not recommended - Nothing One of the dirtiest and most outdated hotels I’ve ever seen. The receptionist was indifferent; when I explained my situation, she just kept pasting the same pre-written message, even though she had previously said early check-in might be possible. The room furnishings looked like they were from the 1980s, and cleanliness was below average. On top of that, the price was unreasonably high for what was offered. To sum it up in one sentence: We definitely do not recommend this place.
• Tyliakos (7/5): Family friendly. - Great location. Easy to get to walking distance and old town. Perfect for a family. Clean. Easy. One of our rooms wasn't ready and they quickly fixed that. We didn't eat there because they told my kids a Mythos was 9€. I'm not sure if that was a misunderstanding. Rooms are small. If traveling with a group, there will not be much privacy.

• Lucas (10/5): - When we arrived, early the couple Mario and Anzela, give us directly the best welcome. The room suppose to be free at 15 but they organize everything that we could get early. The room is perfect, clean, with the airconditioning , i was traveling with 2 adults and 3 kids. They have a great time in the pool. The hotel is really close to the harbour, so perfect to walk until the ferry. The couple Mario and Anzela are so helpful, we need a rental for bicycle, 5 minutes after we get everything we need we need a taxi they organize directly. They dont charge anything extra for their help. So if you want a peace full, clean, and familiale place to stay in kos i definitely recommended this place Erato apart/ studio.,
• Reem (1/5): - Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We booked 3 nights and were given a very bad room for 4 people. At first, we were given a completely unclean room. When we complained, they said it was a mistake and moved us to another room, which was still very poor — no view, smelled like smoke, and felt dirty even if it was technically cleaned. The bathroom was in bad condition and the whole room looked old and run-down. To make things worse, the balcony was flooded with water, so we couldn't even sit outside. Considering the poor quality of the room and service, the price we paid was far too high. This place does not match the pictures at all, and I honestly do not recommend it.

• Serkan (8/5): Fiyat Performans Tesisi - Temiz bir oda ve yatak, yardımcı olmaya çalışan ve sıcak bir işletme sahibi. Check in saatinden önce valizlerimizi apart lobisine bırakmamıza izin verilmesi çok iyiydi, teşekkürler. Yataklar ve odadaki eşyalar biraz eski ama iş görüyor.

• Hanka (7/5): - V blizkosti hotela je mesto a pristav, tiez plaze a ocenujeme bazen priamo v hoteli. Nepáčila sa nám nevyčistená klimatizácia, v ktorej boli plesne a vonkajšie sprchy pri bazéne, ktore boli upchaté a špinavé.

• Linda (10/5): We felt really at home and the super welcoming and friendly made for a Brilliant Stay. - My Friend and I spent a really enjoyable 4 nights in this hotel. We both really enjoyed it, Mario and Angela and the other Staff were so welcoming and lovely, it felt almost like a home from home. The apartment was spacious and it was relaxing to sit on the balcony in he evening time. The breakfast was very tasty and served on a nice terrace by the pool. We also had lunch some times and some cocktails in evening. I would really recommend to stay here especially for the Personsble Service that they provide. A place to return to for sure. Can't think of anything.

Resepsiyonda iletişim zayıftı yine de birkaç sorun olduğunda yardımcı oldu. Şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde yakındı. Aile için güvenli göründü. Genel puanım 6/10 Her gün aynı kahvaltı verildi ve vasattı.. Bir öğün için kişibaşı 7 Euro verdim ve 3 günlük peşin istedi 63 Euro verdim.. Odada da kendimiz yapabilirdik yada bu paraya dışarıda alabilirdik peşin istemesinden memnun olmadım ve ödeyerek aldığıma denedikten sonra pişman oldum. Ayrıca odaların çoğu şehir manzaralı yazmasına rağmen öyle değil. Alt katlar duvara bakıyor üst katlar da boş bahçe ve apartmana. Havuz idare ederdi ama pek ilgilenildiğini görmedim. Bir iki kez de kendi aralarında tartıştılar. Yine de çok kötü diyemem idare eder teşekkür ederim 6/10

• Parlogea (2/5): Hotel da incubo - La piscina e la vicinanza al centro, ma la piscina non era pulita. A cominciare dalla pulizia assente. Non era presente un ascensore per salire nelle camere e la scala esterna era sporca di cacca di piccione. Nella settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato lì non è mai stata pulita. Dal primo momento cui siamo entrati abbiamo sentito un odore dal frigorifero che non è mai andato via. L'hotel è datato, ma si vedeva dalle foto. La stanza ci è stata consegnata con capelli per terra e briciole. Solo le lenzuola erano pulite. Gli asciugamani erano macchiati, ma almeno venivano cambiati ogni giorno. Le pulizie dovevano essere ogni 3 giorni, venivano lasciavano gli asciugamani e non facevano neanche i letti, mettevano solo le lenzuola in un angolo. I letti erano come sassi. Una sera siamo tornati e abbiamo trovato il letto pieno di formiche ( ho anche fatto le foto). Premetto che non abbiamo mai mangiato nella camera perché disgustati dalla poca pulizia. Sotto il letto era pieno di briciole così siamo usciti dalla stanza e abbiamo preso la scopa che era in un angolo del nostro piano e abbiamo pulito per poter almeno dormire. La mattina presto spostavano i letti ai piani superiori, non so per quale motivo visto l'assenza di pulizia. Una persona va in vacanza per rilassarsi, non per svrgliarsi alle 7 e 30 perché fanno rumore. Un pomeriggio volevamo riposare in stanza, ma è stato impossibile in quante le signore che "pulivano" si urlavano a vicenda. L'ultimo giorno il check-out era alle 11 e verso le ore 9 la signora delle pulizie entra in stanza con le sue chiavi (la porta era chiusa) nonostante avessi detto ad alta di non entrare. Le diciamo che il check - out era entro le 11. Alle dieci usciamo per andarcene e la troviamo davanti alla porta ad aspettare. Se vuoi soggiornare in un hotel da incubo fa al caso tuo.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και στα μέρη διασκέδασης, κατάλληλο για οικογένειες. Μπορείτε να το επιλέξετε με ασφάλεια.»

• Di Cola (1/5): - An horrible experience! The owners were grumpy and they didn't want to work. What didn't go well: - we found some cockroaches in our apartment. -the shower doesn't have a cover so every time you take a shower, the bathroom floods. - the hair dryer was not in the room. When we asked for one, they couldn't provide it! We asked for this blessed hairdryer several times. In the end, we were without the hairdryer for 5 days. Sad story. -The air conditioning didn't work. We told it to the hosts but they had the courage to tell us "why didn't you tell us this morning?".. The air conditioner was never working because he never went to our apartment to check. The only favor the host make for us: she called a taxi to go to the airport. The taxi was an hour late and we risked missing our flight! I don't recommend it.

Banyoda siyah sac tomarlari vardi igrencti. Oda da yerler tozlu idi. Temizlik elemani cikis gunu saat 11 olmadan ne zaman cikacaksiniz diye bize sormaya basladi. Isletmeci bizle alayci sekilde konustu aksam otele dondugumuz zaman hot drink varmi dedigimiz de siz Turklerde hep çay hep cay baska bir sey icmiyorsunuz busaatte icki icilir drink alinir dedi. Ayrica bu pislik seviyesine 128 euro gecelik cok fazla ucret. Ayrica ferry ye ve merkeze 15 dakika yurume mesafesinde ki bu sicakda hic cekilmedi. Arac kiralamak durumunda kaldik Kimseye tavsiye etmem. Birde alay eder gibi isletmeci benden cikista booking e guzel yprum yapmami 10 puan vermemi istedi.şaka gibi
