• RumCub (10/5): Close to everything in Northbridge. Nice clean comfortable room. Staff for very good too :) - Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. Had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Parking is very tight for a large 4WD vehicle. We got ours in, but it was a very tight squeeze.

• Estrellita (8/5): A Beautiful, Comfortable Stay in a Clean and Welcoming Space - I truly appreciated how clean and well-maintained the space was, it felt welcoming, peaceful, and clearly cared for. The location, surroundings, and sense of security all added to a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The only area that could be improved is the bed. It felt like two single beds joined together, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Replacing it with a proper queen-sized bed would make a significant difference in overall comfort. With this small improvement could greatly elevate the overall experience for future guests.
• Rachel (8/5): The location is amazing and the rooms are clean, quiet and tidy. - Room was neat and tidy. Good TV, bathroom and quiet. I arrived late and check in was easy and the people on the phone were helpful. The bed had a rubber mattress protector directly under the sheet. Everytime I moved it made the plastic noise and i was sweating all night. When checking in I had to phone to collect my key as I arrived late. The first lady was amazing but when i phoned back about getting into the car park the second lady I felt like she was getting paid by the minute as she kept me on the phone for as long as she could with long pauses in between.

I was disappointed that on booking it said it had parking only to find that it had to be pre booked and paid which was not clear. Also the after hours check in is not as straight forward as it could be.

• Claire (6/5): Expensive for what you get. Unhappy with the bed, sofa, and the apartment was just ok. Wish I had of spent my $700+ on a - Good space Uncomfortable bed and sofa. Reported bed to staff, they advised the mattress was upside as there was a bit lump in the middle of the double bed (two single beds put together). Once fixed, it removed the lump, but the bed in general was not hotel standard comfort, I’ve had a more comfortable bed at home before.

• Isabella Rose (7/5): Good value for money and comfortable stay. - I like that it has a private field to it even though it’s in the middle of Northbridge and although it’s busy outside especially on weekends, but quiet inside regarding the other hotel guests. I also like how it has a private parking garage. I don’t like the sound proofing from outside, it’s very noisy. And I’m not too fond of the TV up in the left-hand corner in the bedroom as it is strange having to look up into the corner to a small TV. I was told at 5pm that the reception leaves at 6pm. So I would have to check in after hours. I made a call to the reception to tell them I will be there 10 min before and the person who answered asked me if I was calling in regards to Zappion apartments so I was a bit confused, I made it about 9 minutes before the staff apparently leave and they told me that they have left already and to call when I get there. I got there & as I went to call, someone greeted me at the door by name. I felt a little bit judged by one of the staff for whatever reason but they were ok.

The toilet is designed for a wheel chair bound person, I couldn’t lift the seat to urinate The floor became flooded with water due to slow drainage and obviously there’s no screen due to wheel chair access requirements, but had to use all my towels to mop up so I didn’t slip over This was a terrible stay based on this . Had I had been told it was a disabled room I would not have booked it. I believe a discount on my next stay or a refund of half the booking fee a fair

Free CAT bus service one short block away. 2-bedroom apartment is actually 2x 1-bedroom apartments with interconnecting door, which suited us well. When the hot water system wasn't working, the staff arranged for the hot water system to be replaced on the same day
• Shu En (4/5): - Short walk to a bus stop with free CAT bus service Convenient to have a washing machine/dryer in the room While the location was reasonably convenient, the single beds were quite small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to turn during the night. The main issues faced were related to the service provided. We experienced a disappointing incident related to housekeeping. Before leaving the room one morning, we had placed a plastic bag containing clean clothing and personal items on the sofa, clearly separate from the trash bin. When we returned after housekeeping, the bag was gone. We approached reception for help, but the response from the 2 staff members felt passive and lacking urgency. We were simply told that they would check on it, but there was no indication of when or how they would update us. When we later went down again ourselves to follow up, we were told they had tried to contact the housekeeping staff member, but she did not pick up. No next steps, solutions, or reassurance were offered. Eventually, we had to search through the garbage ourselves to retrieve the bag, with some assistance from one staff member (which we appreciated). However, throughout the entire situation, there was no apology, explanation, or follow-up provided. This lack of communication, accountability, and empathy was very disappointing and left us feeling unsupported as guests. There was also an issue during checkout. I had three pieces of luggage and asked if my friend could briefly enter the garage (which had empty lots) to load them. The request was declined, and we were instead told to stop along a nearby single-lane road marked “No Stopping,” and assured it would be fine if a driver stayed in the car. This felt contradictory and placed us in an uncomfortable position. I ended up carrying my luggage further out to the street where there was road parking instead. Overall, while the stay itself was acceptable, the lack of flexibility, communication, and empathy in handling these situations significantly affected our experience.

• Johan (10/5): Great value for money if you strike a dwal - It was a complete package with which I was very happy. Space, layout and cleanliness of the rooms were great. The locations was only minutes walk from cafes and clubs BUT very quiet at night. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpfull throughout. I wasn't able to cook because of the sensitivity of the smoke alarms. Windows were locked which I didn't understand. Parking on-site is way too small for the money you get charged.

• Ngoc Thao Le (1/5): - I booked a hotel room through an app, but when I arrived, I was given a studio room designed for people with disabilities, which was completely different from the room type and photos shown in my booking. Nothing matched what I had reserved. After calling to complain, the staff said they would contact me to resolve the issue, but by the next morning, I still had not received any response or solution. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional, and I do not recommend this hotel.

• Momoko (6/5): A comfortable room, but some operational aspects could be improved. - The room was clean and quiet, which made it easy to rest comfortably. Having a kitchen and a spacious living area was a big plus, especially for a longer or self-catered stay. The overall space felt well maintained and comfortable. Despite arriving before the stated reception closing time, the front desk was already unattended and check-in required a phone call. As an international traveler without a local phone number, I had to rely on another guest passing by to make the call. Additionally, although I did not place a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping did not enter the room at all during my stay, including towel replacement and bed making.

• Michael (10/5): Great spot, spotlessly clean, magnificent staff - The property is about a 10 minute walk to the central train station in Perth. It is squeaky clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. It is on a corner and one of the streets is very small so there is very little traffic noise from the street. There was a slight smell m, as if it had been closed up for a week or so, when we first checked in, but once we left the windows open it went.
