• Dawood (9/5): Was excellent with great transportation options around the area, mainly the trains, big plus. - Clean, comfortable bed, very nice & helpful reception staff The 2- 3 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel, sooo crowded with loud people.

• Ahmet (1/5): Katastrophal - Es wahr schlechteste Hotel die je ich übernachtet habe in Deutschland Zimmer waren sehr kalt und Fernsehe funktionierte auch nicht komplett einige Programme mussten separat kaufen obwohl ich bei reception gemeldet habe sie haben nichts gemacht Das Hotel ist nicht 4sterne wert nichts empfehlenswert!!!!! Garnichts!!!
• Veronique (7/5): - L emplacement à proximité de la gare. Le ménage dans la chambre. Les poubelles n ont pas été vidées, pas de thé ni de café. Heureusement le personnel est l accueil ont été très compréhensifs.
• fang (4/5): great location but unfriendly staff - The location is excellent, very close to the central train station. If you arrive on a Sunday like I did, when most shops are closed, there are still plenty of food stalls and places to eat inside the station. The check-in experience was honestly quite disappointing. I didn’t feel welcomed at all — not even a simple greeting from the staff. I took out my passport and booking confirmation myself, but the front desk staff didn’t even bother to look at them. When I asked about the city tax, both staff members came across as impatient and a bit arrogant. They did sort it out in the end, but the whole interaction left a really bad impression.

• Shamim (6/5): - Location was great I was asked to pay 10 euros deposit for an adaptor. There was no trust. The staff member gave me 3 to try as they all looked a little broken and unreliable. On my way out that evening, with the uber outside he insisted I go back upstairs and get the other two chargers. No trust whatsoever. I didn’t care for all 3 chargers, I would have given them back! Absolutely mortified!

• Petri (4/5): Emme tule käyttämään hotellia enää, vaikka käymme usein Franfurtissa. - Sijainti oli hyvä. KYlpyhuone oli hyvä, suihku hyvä. Sängyt hyvät nukkua. Tyynyt olivat pieniä ne piti taittaa kaksin kerroin, todella pienet ja ohuet. Ilmastointia ei pidetty päällä, vaikka oli helle +27C, koska hotelli sanoi, että ilmastointi laitetaan päälle vasta kesäkuussa. Meitä ohjeistettiin avaamaan ikkuna, jotta huone viilenisi. Ikkuna oli pääkadulle päin ja meteli oli yötä päivää valtava. Hotelli mainostaa ilmastointia mutta ei mainitse milloin se on päällä. Huoneessa oli minibaari, joka oli rikki, (joka oli rikki myös kaksi vuotta sitten). Valitsimme huoneen juuri sen vuoksi, että saan lääkkeeni kylmään. Tätäkin erikseen mainostetaan, että huoneessa on minibaari. Vastaanotossa ohjeistettiin tuomaan lääke vastaanoton jääkaappiin, ja minun edestakaisin se noutamaan. Jääkaappia ei aiottu edes korjata ja sanottiin, että se ei ole jääkaappi vaan mini cooleri, joka ei edes viilentynyt. Minulle annettiin kaksi tuopillista jäitä, joita sai noutaa. Uskomatonta touhua!. Aamupalalla kivikovia sämpylöitä, joita tuotiin 1 kerrallaan. Aina kaikki tuotteet loppuneet. Tarjoilija siirsi pöydästä asiakkaan pöydälle ottamat käyttämättömät servetit takaisin uudelleen käytettäväksi.

• Airan (8/5): Nice stay - Very nice room and bathroom, clean and modern. I asked the property and I got a room on the 6th floor at the back and it was nice and quiet. Staff are very friendly The hotel is right opposite the main train station! We just walked to get to the main attractions in Frankfurt. The worse WiFi ever, it simply does not work, I ended up using all my data on my phone, having to pay to my mobile network provider extra! Around the hotel there are many homeless, drugged and drunk people. Nothing to do with the hotel which is nice and safe, it is the location.

The street where it is located is full of homeless people and drug users, shooting up in broad daylight. We were shocked but that must be just the way it is in Frankfurt. The surrounding area.

• Kheda (5/5): - Местоположение удобное, я переночевала там чтобы добраться до аэропорта. На метро 12 минут. Кровать было удобной, и в комнате было тихо. Было грязно, очень много пыли везде. Даже лампы на тумбочках стояла наизнанку, можно было бы немножко прибраться к приезду гостей.

• Guy (9/5): Goed hotel en goed gelegen voor een deftige prijs, komen er nog terug - Is gelegen rechtover het trainstation van Frankfurt, op 200m. Heel veel restaurants in de omgeving. Hop on Hop off stopt rechtover het hotel. Ontbijt was goed en genoeg keuze. Receptie personeel waren heel vriendelijk. Parking was 15€ per nacht en staat achter het hotel, niet bereikbaar voor andere. De buurt rond het treinstation komt een beetje raar over indien men er de eerste keer rond wandelt, maar heb geen enkel probleem ondervonden.

• Beate (8/5): Gutes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte in Bahnhofnähe - Lage direkt am Bahnhof mit Vor-und Nachteilen, Zimmer zum Innenhof ist zu empfehlen, Personal ist nett und bemüht. Wir waren häufiger hier Gast und finden das Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte gut. Frühstücksauswahl und Qualität könnte besser sein, leider hat das WLan nicht funktioniert, Phone hatte keinen Zugang wegen Sicherheitsproblemen.

However, the furniture in the room was old the floor seems not so clean, the pillows weren't comfortable, and the bed was just okay. We weren't given the room shown in the photo; we stayed in a smaller room, and when we requested it, they said it was full. Overall, I'd say it's a price-performance hotel.

• Bhaskar (8/5): Great stay for a short visit to Frankfurt, if location is your first priority. - Easy checkin, clean room and friendly staff. Lovely location across the street from the train station and with access to many places to eat nearby. The Frankfurt station area can be quite dodgy but the location of this hotel is very safe and clean. There was a large parking garage nearby where I could charge an EV overnight. I was at the front of the hotel, on top of a bar so it was noisy given the football match that lasted till late in the evening.

• Noah (10/5): Vrijwel perfect - De locatie is uitstekend tegenover het station. De kamers op de bovenste (zevende) verdieping hebben een niet-toegankelijk balkon met raam wat ver open kan voor een geweldig uitzicht over het station. Ruime badkamer en goed bed. De klimaatbeheersing was ook goed, vond het wat warm toen ik aankwam maar dat was snel opgelost. De waterdruk van de douche is niet geweldig en de knop om de regendouche te bedienen werkte niet (of ik snapte niet hoe het werkte).

• paula (9/5): A Pleasant Find - Great place for a train stopover- for us on way to Amsterdam. Literally over the road from the station. Lovely large, renovated modern room with nice decor & super big shower. Comfortable bed & no noise though it was Friday night. Good breakfast with cooked food. Ate at O’ Reilly’s Irish bar next door. Super food & ambience. This hotel’s bar is very small so a better option. Spotlessly clean hotel with nice staff. Good value for the price. Asked for a lower floor room & got one so used the stairs only. I’d read a lot of negative reviews about the area but pleasantly surprised. Station has a no alcohol policy now & was fine- clean & well policed. Nothing to dislike about hotel. Would stay again.

• Jessica (6/5): - Centrale locatie Het ontbijtbuffet vond ik niet erg goed en niet aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd. Ik heb beter ontbijt en vriendelijker service gehad in 3 sterren hotels. We betaalden voor 1 nacht €177 euro. Ik vond het erg overpriced. De volgende dag stond dezelfde kamer voor €76 op Booking.com!!
