Oleg (10/5): Современный, комфортный отель с очень отзывчивым персоналом - Прежде всего - потрясающе дружелюбный персонал. Я забронировал два номера, но буквально в последний момент моя дочка заболела и не смогла приехать. По правилам отменять бронирование было уже поздно. Но менеджер на стойке регистрации настойчиво предложил мне написать в booking просьбу отмены, заверив, что отель её утвердит. И так и произошло. Очень приятно! Ещё понравился номер - очень просторный, современный и комфортный. Было достаточное количество бесплатной питьевой воды. Расположен отель рядом с двумя торговыми центрами - есть где и поесть, и развлечься, и пошопиться. На мой взгляд жестковаты матрасы на кроватях. Других претензий нет.

Kaspars (6/5): Grūti novērtēt viesnīcu ar labu atzīmi. Viesnicas cena neatbilst kvalitātei. - Grūti pateikt vai kaut kas patika viesnīcā Personāla apkalpošanai ir ļoti lielas problēmas. Recepcijā nogaidījām ļoti ilgi, strādāja tikai 1 galdiņš, tad piegāja vēl viena persona un citīgi strādāja datorā, pat nepieversot uzmanību, ka gaida klienti. Kad pajautājām vai varam pieiet, atbildēja "Jā" (ja nepajautātu, tā arī stāvētu gaidot?). Aizgājām uz SPA - Hamams bija pilnīgi ciet, tvaika pirtī smirdēja pēc puvuma. Ejot uz baseinu, lika uzvilkt peldēšanas cepures, par ko pēc tam paņēma maksu (nopietni? viesnīcas numurs maksā 200 EUR, un Jūs pieprasāt vēl maksu par cepurīti? Nav normāli). Gribējām pasūtīt numurā ēdienu, noskanējām QR kodu, apskatījāmies ēdienkārti, bet izrādījās pasūtīt numurā nav iespējams. Aizgājām lēja un saucamo "restorānu", skaists interjers, bet realitādē parasta kafejnīcā. Vakariņas ēdam gandrīz 2 stundas, jo viesmīlis aizmirsa par mūsu pasūtījumu. Ēdiens kopumā bija negaršīgs, basmati rīsi un vista pārsalīti, antrikots ciets (kaut sūtījām vidēji ceptu).

Darren (10/5): In short, the hotel and the entire team were absolutely amazing. They were a kind group of people who clearly love what - I was truly impressed with how amazingly clean the hotel was. As someone who is very particular about hygiene due to health reasons, the level of cleanliness exceeded my expectations. When I contacted the hotel regarding a special situation we were dealing with, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They did everything they could to accommodate my request, which made us feel completely at home—safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. I am especially grateful to Fazilet and Duru from the Guest Relations team, who were extremely professional and helpful, as well as the reception team, and Serap Biricik from the restaurant. They were incredibly accommodating, understanding, and supportive. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel very special throughout our stay. Thank you all so much for making our experience so positive and memorable. There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel or the staff—everything was wonderful. The only minor downside was that the location felt a little isolated. This may be because the hotel is more business-oriented and located in the Istanbul Financial District rather than in the main tourist area.

ck44 (10/5): Exzellenter Aufenthalt mit Top-Service - Unser Aufenthalt im Sheraton Grand Istanbul Ataşehir war einfach großartig. Das Hotel ist modern, äußerst komfortabel und makellos sauber. Der Service war hervorragend – das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Der Spa-Bereich mit Fitnessstudio und Pool ist exzellent und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Frühstück war sehr hochwertig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein Hotel, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt und das wir mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Beim Einfahren mit dem Auto vor dem Hotel wird immer kontrolliert. Auch die Handtaschen werden jedes Mal kontrolliert. Dies dient zwar für die Sicherheit, ist aber trotzdem sehr nervig.

Nalan (8/5): Fijn hotel met panoramisch uitzicht. - Uitzicht was panoramisch. Ruime kamers en hygiënisch. De route naar de accomodatie was door een sloppenwijk. Dat was wel jammer. Maar in Istanbul is dit wel gebruikelijk bij dit soort hotels. En we vonden het jammer dat er geen rooftop was.

В клубном лаунже сеть ланчи и легкий алкоголь турецкого производства. Имеет смысл останавливаться когда приезжаете на мероприятия проходящие на баскетбольной арене, она рядом через квартал в 5 минутах ходьбы. В клубном лануже, вечером, часть мест занимает персонал отеля (средний менеджмент в качестве гостей). Когда я попросил отправить открытки (марки были куплены и уже наклеены), персонал предложил мне дать им еще денег, хотя их надо было просто опустить в почтовый ящик.

Т - Неплохой завтрак Уставший отель, все изношенное, как будто отель в стадии косметического ремонта находится... В одном из лифтов вообще отсутствует экран-дырка в шахту лифта..

Svetlana (7/5): мутная политика оплаты испортила впечатление - Выбирали отель под мероприятие, которое проходило в JJ Arena, критерием была пешая доступность. Понравился номер: чисто, просторно, хороший платный мини бар. Приятный завтрак (достаточный выбор). Кроме того, что практически не было посадочных мест и очередь за кофе была как к мавзолею все было ок. Нейтрально-приветливый персонал на этажах и в службе парковки. Шикарный оборудованный спортивный зал (но очень холодный спортивный бассейн). Я оформила бронь для двух номеров по 150 евро за сутки, всего два номера по одной ночи. В условиях бронирования было четко указано - бесплатная отмена и отплата на месте. За несколько дней до заезда с меня была списана сумма, отдаленно напоминающая стоимость номера дважды, но превышающая ее. При этом в самом бронировании не было изменений: оплата не была проведена по данным букинг.ком. Я написала в отель и мне ответили, что отель переполнен и это всего лишь гарантия: стоимость за одну ночь плюс небольшие экстрас. Для меня это было не очень удобно, так как на месте я предполагала оплатить только свой номер, а подруга бы оплатила свой, а теперь я лишилась еще не доехав до отеля 332 евро... Удивило и то, что на месте, при заселении... мне предложили оплатить номер! Здорово, да? Мол, ту обеспечительную сумму мы вернем при выезде. Стоит сказать, что на ресепшен сотрудница не проявила желания вникнуть в мои объяснения, что сумма уже уплачена и второй раз мне платить не с чего. Пока не пришел менеджер и не стал разбираться, мне еще предложили внести залог наличными в сумме 100 долларов (к слову, сумма в болгарских лева больше эквивалента не принималась). Я бы особенно хотела обратить внимание заинтересованного персонала и потенциальных гостей на то, что учитывая что отель имеет доступ к вашей карте вне условий букинг.ком, производит платежи как ему вздумается, а также применяет курс, отдаленный от вашей суммы бронирования, гости могут крайне неприятно удивиться, однозначно приняв решение к вам больше не возвращаться. Справедливости ради, залог в итоге с меня не взяли, как и повторную оплату, в итоге засчитав ту спонтанную предоплату за оплату проживания. теперь же, она стала просто оплатой, без экстрас и сумма маленько выросла. Лично для меня политика неясных тарифов и правил глубоко неприятна, я не против заплатить больше, если это заранее оговорено, а не взято с потолка.

Everybody was very polite and helped us in every possible way. The hotel was very nice, the room size was very good, and there was plenty of space to put our things. Breakfast varieties could perhaps be improved, but overall we left the hotel very happy.

CHEREDNICHENKO (9/5): - Номер просторный. Отличная душевая кабина с тропическим душем и мощным напором воды. В номере есть халат. После заселения принесли комплимент - сладости и орехи. Персонал частично говорит по-русски. При заселении берут депозит 100$ наличными за минибар. При выселении, если не пользовался, возвращают. Персонал очень разный. У некоторых менеджеров на ресепшн чувствуется какая-то высокомерность или равнодушие. Один менеджер вообще начал зевать по весь рот, когда я ним разговаривал. Заселение в 15, а выселение в 11 - это не очень удобно, обычно в два часа в отелях хватает на уборку.
Anna (7/5): - Отличное местоположение рядом с местом проведения концерта. Добираться нужно на автобусе + метро до исторического центра, довольно далеко - около 1,5 часов. Огромный номер, три взрослых поместились комфортно. Шикарный вид до моря. Отель зарезервировал половину суммы перед приездом. Потом снял сумму целиком. А бронь так и не снял и обещает снять только в течение месяца. Это неприятно: деньги заблокированы все это время, нужно иметь резерв. Пароль от бесплатного вай-фая приходится выпытывать, иначе просто дают бумажку со ссылкой на платный. Ребенок застрял в туалете на час из-за замка, пока взрослые завтракали. Веревка в душе для вызова сотрудников не работала. Замок был уже расковырян - видимо, такая ситуация случилась не впервые в номере. В течение получаса открыли. На выезде у друзей пытались взять денег больше, чем было в резервировании: объясняли НДС-ом, потом пытались приписать чей-то ужин. Впечатление по финансам сильно испорчено.
