• Melissa (9/5): Excellent, comfortable, stylish hotel in the heart of Granollers! - The location is excellent! Right in the heart of Granollers, a one block walk from the bus station and a 10 or 15 minute walk from the train station. There are lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants all around. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed - aesthetically pleasing with a very simple yet elegant style. My room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice bathroom and shower, and a tiny terrace with doors I could open to get fresh air and a sense of the temperature outside. The bed was firm and comfy too. I liked the fact that the doors used code locks, not keys, so I didn't have to carry a key. Down the hall, a water dispenser provided unlimited cold and hot drinking water on demand. The desk staff were nice and helpful and fluent in English. I was in town for the MotoGP race and found Granollers and Fonda Hotel to be an excellent option for an easy and convenient base for my MotoGP adventure. The track is only about 20 minutes away by bus for 3 Euro, with no waiting in line. The lighting in the room left it kind of dark so when I was packing I had to drag my bags over to the floor in front of the terrace doors for the additional natural light in addition to having all of the lights on in the room. It was cool at night while I was there and I would have preferred a warmer blanket, but in all fairness I didn't ask if it was possible to get another blanket and I bet they would have provided me with one had I asked. Their breakfast options were a bit limited for someone who doesn't eat meat or pastries for breakfast but there were plenty of other places to find a good breakfast near the hotel.

• Rares (8/5): Good location in Granollers - The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the Train station and 1 hour from airport(R2 train). The room is big, the bed comfy and the bathroom large. The rooms with the view to the garden are very nice and quiet. The cosmetics from the bathroom are very good. Near the hotel is 365 coffee shop and you can have a great breakfast that is why we did not tried the breakfast in the hotel. Is situated on the central street with shops and restaurants. Nice initiative to have filtered water on the hall non stop ! We wanted to stay in the garden to work on our computers but they did not leave us because we were staying at the second floor and the garden was only for first floor !!! Sad ! The garden was empty all these 3 days !!!!

• Victor (7/5): Fui a descansar, pero no pude.. - La ubicación es muy buena. Amplitud en la habitación y servicio de recepción muy atento. La habitación que nos dieron daba a la calle. Hasta aquí todo normal. Pero (y no quiero maltratar la decoración) tú puedes poner una decoración antigua para hacer ver que es vintage, o incluso dejar la Fonda como estaba antaño, pero al menos las ventanas tienes que insonorizarlas o quitarlas el ruido y la claridad de la calle, porque tengo entendido que la gente va a los hoteles a descansar… Perdimos 15 minutos en cerrar todas las persianas de madera que tenía la habitación y con todo y eso entraba frío, luz y todo el ruido del mundo. Imposible pegar ojo. Bajamos a recepción a preguntar si podían darnos otra habitación que fuese interior, pero ese día estaban llenos y no fue posible. 🤷‍♂️

Los grifos cuestan de abrir y regular la temperatura. Espejo en el baño doble, suponía que el pequeño era de aumento, pero no y además no se mantenía quieto para poder mirarte al menos de cerca.

From the moment you step into the room, you immediately sense that you have arrived at a special vintage establishment. The room design is impeccable, with ample space, cleanliness, and charming decor. Plus, it boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant. Well done! The only minor drawback of the hotel is the noise from outside. Given its prime location in the heart of the city, it's quite common for people to be enjoying themselves nearby. However, I believe the hotel could easily address this issue by simply adding sound insulation to the windows.

Restaurante muy bueno en el mismo recinto, comida clásica catalana, no excesivamente caro. El servicio del restaurante ya no es lo que era. Vengo viniendo desde hace años y actualmente parte del servicio no tiene ni la actitud ni la aptitud correcta. La atención deja que desear. Cené las dos noches y desayuné un día. El servicio del desayuno fue, por ser considerado, particularmente deficiente.

• Truusje (6/5): Niet erg comfortabel - Het hotel ligt in het centrum en naast de parkeergarage. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het oude gebouw is mooi opgeknapt. De kamer is ruim. Leuke restaurants op loopafstand. Het bed is zeer smal, ik heb nauwelijks kunnen slapen. Er is geen koffiecorner of waterkoker op de kamer. Ook geen koelkastje. Het is zeer schemerig op de kamer. Het is niet mogelijk om een meer heldere lamp aan te doen. In het begin van de nacht was er veel lawaai vanaf de straat. Als je parkeert vanaf 17 uur tot 10 uur de volgende ochtend ben je €36,- kwijt. Wij gaan hier niet meer heen.
