• B5354DXemmab (8/5): Warn other travelers - Beautiful hotel and had a great time there, but warning about nearby shops up the hill near Agora restaurant, check your change they try to rip you off constantly, I had the same issue in several different shops. It was a shame as put me off returning.

İlk günlerde garsonlar çok ilgiliydi sonralarda biraz o ilgi azaldı ama yinede biz memnun kaldık. Otelden denize servis var 15 dk bir kalkıyor fakat yürüyerek de gidile bilir. Deniz yanında öğle yemeği yiyebileceğiniz bir yer var bu gerçekten çok güzel otele gitmenize gerek yok.

• nicolapI8719TZ (6/5): Average - not for British - We came to this hotel in April 2025, the experience was very mixed. Hotel really does mainly cater for German people, it is a real struggle trying to communicate in English. The hotel rooms were ok, we found the beds slightly on the hard side. Rooms are small we had a double bed and 2 singles for a family of 4 and couldn't get around much with all our belongings. We had the room cleaned once - the cleaner was lovely by the way, very smiley. Food wise hard for fussy eaters & kids, we asked about several dishes and got funny looks but no answers as to what's in them. Seating at meal times was a nightmare mainly dinner time it was very much free for all and we found our selves having to sit outside and sometimes on separate tables. When we asked a out booking a table we were passed from pillar to post. All entertainment is in German too and kids disco goes on for 30 mins as well as the main entertainment also around 30 mins. Photographers try to ask for your months mortage payment for your photos (literally €520 they wanted), the tattoo guys walking around tell you a small forearm tattoo is €6000, we sent him on his way to bother someone else. Pools were freezing kids didn't want to be in them at all. Indoor poor was heated however due to this also very full and loud for a small indoor space. The doctor on site had charged our friends €30 for a plaster for her sons arm so avoid at all costs. Spa was lovely, clean and relaxing must admit. Flatbreads & waffles are available and certainly times in the day and was the best food on offer. The shops next door are great can get some bargains, if something doesn't have a price be prepared to haggle. All in side is beautiful but I wouldn't come back to this hotel.
• DayTrip25639511208 (6/5): Mixed experience - Just returned from a week here, and had a very mixed experience. First off, this hotel is definitely more catering towards German guests: the entertainment is in German, the food is German and most of the staff don’t speak any English, which often meant they would just turn their back on you and walk off if you asked them something. The manager of the hotel struts about barking orders at his staff and comes across as rather unpleasant to his customers. The food at the beach and pool were basic light snacks such as burgers, nuggets, grilled chicken etc and the flatbreads are delicious. In the main restaurant it is mixed, very difficult for fussy eaters and things aren’t labelled with what is in them: one dish was simply labelled as “chicken ashtray” which didn’t sound appealing. We found feeding kids in the main restaurant difficult. Seating is also an issue as there is no system in place, so we often found 6 seater tables with 1 person eating there, families crammed around a table for 2 and just general chaos. Some staff took drinks orders, others had to queue at the bar and it just seemed like carnage. They do have food pretty much at all times, even through the night, which was good. The indoor entertainment venue really isn’t big enough: we came in the beginning of April before the main season had started properly and it was already fight for a seat, the bar had 1 person serving the entire evening, and it was not unusual to have your table sent flying by kids running around between tables. The entertainment staff did try to get everyone involved though and were great with the kids. My only problem was when some kids were running in and out setting the doors off, it was only my child who was reprimanded by a staff member, despite him being too small to actually set the sensors on the door off for them to open. The rooms were clean, but a bit tired around the edges with chunks of skirting board missing and chipped paint. The rooms are also small for a family, we only had 2 suitcases but if you have more it would be impossible to move, and there is no where to store them. We only had 6 hangers in the wardrobe too. You have to keep the key card in a switch by the door for your electric to work, there’s just a low down turning latch which locks the door, and the only light for the bathroom is low down on the wall outside the bathroom, which caused issues with our 3 year old constantly plunging us into darkness and unlocking the door. We only had our room cleaned once, you have a switch which lights up to let the maid know if you want your room cleaned or not which is a good idea. She changed the beds, swept the floor and changed the towels, but we didn’t get the fridge topped up or toilet rolls. The balcony is tiny, there was 2 plastic chairs crammed on it and a tiny airer, but if you’re not spending your time in your room then it isn’t really an issue. The beds were comfy, we all slept well. The spa is immaculate and the staff are very friendly, and we’re great with the kids too, I felt amazing after a Turkish bath and massage. There is a well equipped gym which we didn’t use, and the indoor heated pool which was a lifesaver for the kids due to the outdoor pools being freezing at this time of year. However, if you don’t want to be in a room full of shouting, splashing kids then it’s probably best avoided, the floor wasnt the cleanest either. The outdoor slides are in use at set hours and there is a lifeguard present, there’s also 2 big pools and a kids splash pool that’s only 50cm deep which was handy, but very cold. Around the pool is kept clean, there is always staff clearing rubbish and sweeping the floors, and you aren’t allowed to take food out of the seating area which keeps it clean. There was ample sun loungers, and we didn’t have an issue with not being able to get one regardless of the time of day,, just be prepared to get a dirty look off older people sitting beside the kids pool if your child dares to make a noise. The interior of the hotel is immaculate, you can see your reflection in the floors and there is always staff going around cleaning, it smells amazing too. The desk staff were lovely on arrival, however don’t lose your door key if you’re a man as they weren’t too happy about that. We were always able to get a taxi from the hotel, and there are shops around the corner. If you get sick of the food the Agora restaurant is lovely with nice staff. All in all it was a nice hotel but it didn’t blow us away and we wouldn’t return.

• Gürhan (10/5): Çok teşekkürler... - Fiyatına göre çok iyi bir hotel. Özellikle bizim bir çocuğumuz yemek konusunda çok sıkıntılı. İlk defa bir tatilden kilo alarak dönüyor. Çalışanlar ve yöneticiler çok başarılı ve pozitifler. Uzun yıllardır aynı ekiple çalışmanın bir getirisi sanırım. Otel sahipleri de misafirlerin içinde kalıyor ve aynı yemekleri yiyorlar. Bu da güven veriyor.
• Firstnurr (10/5): Unforgettable Vacation at Glamour Hotel! - We stayed at the Antalya Side Glamour Hotel for the second time, and once again, we had a wonderful vacation. 🏖️ 🛏️ Accommodation: We stayed in three different rooms, all of which were spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. We were very satisfied with the level of cleanliness. 🍽️ Restaurant: The restaurant area was very hygienic, and the food was always delicious and varied. The chefs and waitstaff were attentive and always ready to help. We would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Aslan Biçer, Mr. Bekir, Mr. Tarık, Chef Mr. Soner, Mr. Ulvi, Ms. Ayşe, Ms. Bilge, Mr. Atakan, Mr. Nebi, and Ms. Pınar for their kindness and attention. 🏊 Pool and Outdoor Areas: The newly built outdoor pool was very clean. There were plenty of sun loungers and many green areas to relax in. The poolside bar and snacks were always available. Special thanks to Mr. Mazlum for his helpfulness and friendly service. 🎉 Animation: The animation team brought fun and energy to our vacation. Mr. Halil, Mr. Maurice, Mr. Tahir, Mr. Yusuf, and Mr. Mustafa were with us throughout the day and took great care of us during the activities. Cons: impossible to communicate in english,only german and russian.Wine,beer and drinks are horrible if you are use to good stuff. You can't buy better quality beverages. Avoid contact with photo guys- they're rude ,annoying and don't know much about taking pictures. Mainly russians and germans tourists. Pros: room service very good,friendly and helpful staff. Good food.Restaurant at the beach.It's a cheap hotel-very good value for the money.Gym,spa.Wifi.Clean pool area.
• ian007dq (6/5): Good but not a 5 star resort - Check in - very little English spoken by the staff and apparently we should have printed off and filled out our own registration card?? Room - very clean, good size, nice bathroom Food - a la carte restaurant shut. Main restaurant was good, plenty of choice and you must go outside to the grill areas for something different each day. Cats - there are many cats roaming around looking for food. Lovely if your a cat lover 😁 Pool - not enough beds and this late in the season half the pool never gets any sun. So go to the beach 🏖️ Beach - 8 min walk, clean, loads of sun beds, beach bar and a lovely restaurant serving good food all day. Toilets were clean. Hotel bars - if you don’t speak German you will struggle. The staff only react to German or Russian. Very little English spoken which was annoying. Not a great selection of drinks and the local beer is awful. Outside - markets very close by selling loads of fake goods which are actually pretty good fakes. Supermarket and pharmacy next door.
• Z8233FUannikah (2/5): Photographers very unprofessional, arrogant , pressuring and inappropriate with young girls. - I go on holiday to Turkey between 6-7 times per year and Glamour is one of the regular hotels I have visited throughout the years. Unfortunately the last time I visited my holiday was completely ruined due to the rudeness of some staff members. The photographers in this hotel are extremely rude, they harass people from morning to night pressuring them to take photographs. If you do not buy what photographs they have taken ( for example the €250 package) they become hostile and very unprofessional at their job. On holiday, people work hard all year and want to relax without constant pressure. My daughters were very uncomfortable with the photographers behaviour as they’re only 13 and 16 years old and a couple of them asked for both their phone numbers. I am so angry I reported this to reception at the time but I don’t think this issue has been taken seriously. These guys continue to work here I’m sure as I have seen many reviews by other people regarding these photographers. I suggest if you have a family with young daughters DO NOT go to this hotel it is not safe. They will constantly harass them for their phone numbers which is not only illegal but very inappropriate. I find it strange that grown men kept pressuring young girls to have a beach photoshoot, very inappropriate. Other hotels I have been to have between 1-2 photographers who may ask but if you decline they’re very polite and will not bother again. This hotel is the opposite. They’re scammers and con artists do not trust them or give them your hard earned money. I am very saddened to say as much as I love glamour hotel I will never be returning here due to these people , they ruined my holiday and me and my young daughters felt very unsafe. Many of my family and friends visit Side each year and because of my experience will never step foot in this hotel. It is a shame, other than that the hotel itself is okay and could have so much potential.

• Tev02 (4/5): Not a 5* Hotel. - Very average 4* Hotel. Not a 5*. Firstly, the when we arrived the reception staff were amazing made us feel very welcome and showed us to our rooms and took our bags. One even ordered food for us as we arrived late. The rooms are of 5* standard very clean, modern bathroom with a nice balcony. Be aware sea view is really only available in the top floor as there is a building opposite the hotel. Only grope was being charge 2 euros a day to use the safe… The bad - Food is very average and repetitive. The a la carte wasn’t open at all the week we were here due to a lack of interest - is there really a need to charge a 5 euro fee to book? Seems very petty. We had no table service in dinner time or lunch and had to go to the bar ourselves to get drinks. Not really what I would expect from a supposed 5* hotel and have experienced much better service at 4* hotels around Europe. I would recommend looking at local restaurants as there are so many great places around to eat & outside of the hotel the locals were very welcoming of English people. The staff are clearly very hostile with English people and we were one of 2 English speaking groups here who were experiencing the same problems. We were constantly ignored and some staff would even walk off after asking them something in English. The hotel is dominated by Germans and it is clearly the favoured guest. The cleaning was great and rooms were made up nicely every day as well as the nice lady who cleans the lobby reception area who was always smiling. Drinks in the evening were painful to get as there is only one bar with one member of staff working on the queue so it made the waiting time quite long. Table service is available however not once were we asked if we wanted to order from our table we refused to tip the waiters due to this. Yet every German speaking group around us were ordering from the table every night. Hassan in the bar was the only person who made an effort to speak to us and even came over to take an order of drinks one night so credit to him. The spa is decent and steam & sauna were nice. I would avoid the pool and just go for the Beach as it was a 5 min walk and a shuttle is available. Sunbeds were hard to get and were out of the sun past 2-3pm anyway. Overall if you only speak English avoid this hotel it was still a nice stay but a lot of the staff are rude and clearly dislike the English which spoils the service.

• S2896WEanitab (2/5): DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL - This hotel is not for English tourists. We were the only 2 English people in the hotel . Most of the staff were rude and hostile. APART FROM 2, ZEKI AND ERSKIN. They were wonderful. The other guests were very hostile to English people. I would not have booked this hotel having known the extent of racism shown to English people . I read the reviews and it seemed that people were very satisfied with the hotel period. But I do not think these reviews are accurate . There is no Alle carte restaurants available , no ice cream. The food was incredibly repetitive, I do not expect English cuisine when on holiday but if I never see another chicken in my life it will not be too soon. The entertainment was all in European and Turkish. On the whole this experience was extremely disappointing. Not worth the money. Our holiday was cut short by the airline who brought our flight forward by 12 hours.
• Pascal Thorsten (6/5): - Wir sind als Paar in das Glamour für 8 Tage gekommen. Der Service ist sehr Trinkgeld abhängig, wenn man keinen zahlt wird man konsequent ignoriert. Die Lage lässt auch zu wünschen übrig und generell ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir können es nicht empfehlen und würden nächstes mal definitiv ein anderes Hotel buchen.
• Elif (2/5): - Ich würde dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen weil die Bedienung richtig schlecht war und jeden tag das gleiche essen irgendwann hat man die schnautze voll. Auf Brötchen waren Ameisen drauf wir haben uns geekelt wenn es vorne so ist möchte ich nicht wissen wie es in der küche ausschaut. Habe 9 Nächte 2500€ bezahlt.. schade um das geld. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Also wenn man es mit anderen anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in der Türkei vergleicht ist es eher ein 3-4 Sterne Hotel..Die Fotografen zocken einen ab. Also wir würden nicht mehr dieses Hotel wählen war aber trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub. In der Gegend gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wo man Abends etwas bummeln kann. Sauberkeit war auch nicht die beste auch in den Zimmern wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt

• Zuzana (2/5): - The facility overall isn’t bad but what makes it bad is the staff and their attitude. Let me give you an example: I’m not Turkish but husband is. When I asked for a glass of drink I’ve received it in paper cup ( while speaking Turkish).. then after a while I’ve asked for a drink again but in English and to my surprise received it in a glass cup. Situation happened 3 times. but whatever… when my husband asked for box of milk ( for my little child) from lobby bar I’ve witnessed nothing but arrogance , anger and refusal from the staff. Embarrassing. Actually the hotel manager has tried to make things worked for us but nothing really happened, only promises. It’s sad that the staff cares more about people from abroad than about local people. Nevertheless the food - less than average plus waiting queue is ridiculous, drinks - cheap quality, cleanliness - not that bad, pool - you can’t find a available sun bed, all of them taken from early morning. Evening program - do not bother, it doesn’t worth. We’ve checked out one day before our check out date
• Gülcan (10/5): Süper - İnternet problemi olması dışında olumsuz deneyimimiz olmadı. Eşimle 7 günlük dolu dolu bir tatil geçirdik. Otel yabancı ağırlıklıydı, full doluydu. • Joanna (8/5): Super - Hotel czysty, jedzenie wyśmienite, codziennie coś nowego do jedzenia, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, wszystkie dodatkowe potrzeby klienta są spełniane, bus na plażę co 20.minut, jedzenie na plaży w porze lunchu. Jedyny minus dla mnie to słabe drinki (Pina colada).

Havuz basi sezlong bulmak cok zor sayi yetersiz, sabah erkenden yer kapmaniz gerek. Oda ve genel temizlik iyi.

Speiseauswahl zwar zu den einzelnen Mahlzeiten nicht extrem groß, aber trotzdem ausreichend und von früh bis nachts immer Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Auch die Auswahl an Freizeitangeboten für Klein und Groß war sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder!

• Ghada (8/5): - My stay at Glamour Spa and Resorts Hotel in Antalya had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and proficient in German and Turkish, creating a friendly atmosphere. The hotel was clean and cozy, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The restaurant offered a tasty variety of food options, and there were plenty of activities for guests to enjoy. The pools were clean and inviting. However, some downsides included the need for towel replacements throughout the hotel and slow, unreliable internet service. The pool areas tended to get crowded, requiring early morning reservations of your spot seat. Additionally, communication in English was challenging due to limited staff proficiency. In summary, while the hotel had its strengths, such as friendly staff, cleanliness, and food variety, it also had areas for improvement, such as towel quality, internet stability, pool space management, and staff English proficiency. In case of medical treatment please be aware that Anatolia Side hospital one of the worst medical centres and very expensive one to medical treatments!!!

• Tuncay (6/5): - Vor ab das Personal ist sehr nett und in allen Bereichen Hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend, aber...... mussten für 10 Tage Aufenthalt zusätzlich 100€ vor Ort zahlen damit wir ein Zimmer zur Pool Seite bekommen (sonst öde und laute Straße). Und dieses haben uns weitere Familien berichtet. Wer ein Langschläfer ist, hat ab 07.30Uhr keine Chance eine Liege zu bekommen!!! Handtuchmarathon ab 6Uhr bereits obwohl erst ab 8 Uhr liegen belegt werden dürfen Essen langweilig, jeden Tag das selbe, kaum Auswahl wie gegenüber anderen Hotels, Cocktails nicht empfehlenswert. Das Abendprogramm sollte mal überdacht werden (wir fanden es sehr langweilig) Arzt im Hotel wollte nicht mal ein Pflaster nach einer Schürfwunde ohne eine Zahlung rausrücken. Aus Protest habe wir den örtlichen Apotheker aufgesucht! Wir würden dieses Hotel so nicht nochmal aufsuchen zumal das Preis Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmte (verreist mit 3 Familien, 10 Personen)

• Maria (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage, 20-25 Minuten bis Side, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Hotel ist sehr modern, sauber, bequem. Personal macht sich viel Mühe. Sehr sicher. Essen war hervorragend. Sehr lecker, viel, für jeder Geschmack. Auch Strandrestaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Strand selbst ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 1 Minute mit Transfer zu erreichen. Sehr gepflegt, Sandstrand, Sand ist etwas schmutzig, aber geht. Meer ist sauber. Retter am Strand schaut nur ins Handy. Animation für Kinder ist sehr schlecht. In 2 Wochen gab es nie was neues. Dauert 30 Minuten und ist sehr langweilig. Animation für Erwachsene ist auch nichts besonderes. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Insgesamt kann man Hotel sehr empfehlen.

• LYNDA (6/5): - En premier, je te tiens à remercier Mr Zeki de la réception et la dame de ménage qui travaille le soir dont j’ai oublié le nom. Par rapport à l’hôtel, c’est un hébergement que je n’ai pas apprécié,, une seule piscine pour un nombre élevé de personnes et la plage est à quelques mètres de marche. On peut rajouter un peu plus dans un autre hôtel et apprécier le séjour.

• Mikalai (10/5): - So einen Hilfsreichen Personal habe ich noch nie gesehen. Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden. Essen, Zimmer, Strand und Restaurants am Strand und im Hotel waren super. Strand: 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttle ( wir sind immer zu Fuß gegangen), der Strand ist breit, Sonnenschutzdecken und Liegen sind im ausreichendem Zahl, Meer ist super, geeignet für kleine Kinder und Erwachsene. Lage: 1 Stunde vom Flughafen Antalya oder Alanya, mit dem Bus 20 Minuten bis zu Altstadt Side. Nachteile : Kinderbetreuung nur 3 Stunden in 2 Blöcken am Tag. Mann könnte immerhin einmal in 8 Tagen die Bettwäsche ahne anzufragen austauschen. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!
• Ceylan (10/5): - Am meisten hat mir das animationsteam gefallen. Sie haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegegeben. Das hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich . Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt. Das essen war immer gleich und am letzten Tag wurde mein Mann noch krank. Hygiene sollte besser werden

Rießen Minuspunkt , das Zimmer wird nicht ausreichend sauber gemacht , fast schon ecklig . Es wir nur aufgeräumt . Gefühlt wird nur der Boden gewischt und das Bett gemacht . Die Bettwäsche wird nicht gewechselt . Ich denke das Hotel hat großes Potential gerade mit dem Personal , aber die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist schlecht .

Der Innenpool aber ein bisschen zu sehr, hatte leider zu viel Chlor, der Badeanzug meiner Tochter verlor an Farbe nach dem Schwimmen. Essen war lecker und vielfältig. Und auch das Essen an der Strandbar war sehr lecker, unter Anderem frisch zubereitetes Fladenbrot. Zum eigenen Hotel Strand nur drei Min zu Fuß, es gibt aber auch ein Shuttle :D Für uns rundum eine super schöne Woche!

The person in charge even yelled at me saying it's hard to get money and he needs to trick people to get at least a bit. Do you want that experience in your vacation?? Additionally, it looks like soap and room cleaning is a luxury service in the top floor. In a full week our room was half cleaned only twice (just made the bed and replace the towels) and we never got soap again, so we had to trade with another room

• Alan Amin Aziz (8/5): - first day they put me in a room completely different from what I paid for because I paid extra to get something nice and get one double bed and one single bed so when I told the reception they told me tomorrow noon talk with the manager so that means I spend a night sleeping in a horrible room with no balcony and only one double bed they even didn’t offer refund for that night so if I didn’t tell them this is not a room which I paid extra for they could’ve left me there so make sure this is the room you asked for, foods are good lots of good choices all the time and clean but near the restaurant all the time smelling egg 😖 they should do something about it, staffs are polite and helpful.
