• Sandrine (8/5): - La bâtisse où est situé ce Bed&Breakfast est splendide. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. C'est la première fois que j'en fait la remarque mais le ménage n'était pas fait correctement. Poussière derrière la télévision. Le sol, notamment dans le salle d'eau n'a pas était fait je pense car on y distinguaient des traces de semelles de chaussures (et ce n'étaient pas les notres). Et la télévision ne marchait pas, ou alors je n'ai pas su la faire fonctionner.

• Adrienn (7/5): Ár-érték arányban jó, elhelyezkedése kiváló. - A szállás nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, csendes, udvarra néző ablak. Este nem volt hideg, jól működött a fűtés. Csendes volt a többi lakó is, lehetett a programok után nyugodtan pihenni. A kazán rendkívül hangos volt, a kommunikáció a szállásadóval nagyon nehézkes. A szállás elfoglalása előtt gyakorlatilag lehetetlen volt (rendszerhibával magyarázták). A csomagmegőrző nem zárható, így nem is használtuk.
• Maria (8/5): We loved our stay at this very special place. We would definitely come back. - The bead and breakfast is situated is a very special old building. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Good breakfast in a cafe nearby.
• Jürgen (8/5): - Absolut perfekte Lage - sehr ruhige Umgebung. Vor allem nachts hat man seine ungestörte Ruhe ! Das Café, in dem man das Frühstück einnehmen kann ist prima - eine gute Kooperation ! Das Frühstück dort war jedesmal ein Erlebnis - wunderbar ! Ich bin spät abends angekommen und musste mich erst orientieren, wo sich das Hotel genau befindet - ein wenig mehr Beleuchtung und ein Hinweisschild wären hilfreich gewesen.

• Viera (8/5): príjemné ubytovanie v meste - Páčilo sa mi, že napriek tomu, že ubytovanie bolo blízko centra tak bolo ticho v noci. Tiež ma potešilo, že som mala kanvicu a zopár sáčkov čaju ako aj kávy k dispozícii. Izba bola veľká, priestranná s dostatočným priestorom na uloženie osobných vecí. Na raňajky bolo potrebné vyjsť mimo budovu na hlavnú ulicu, takže sa nedalo ísť v papučiach. Výber raňajok bol dosť obmedzený.

• MASARU (4/5): ハンガリーのホテルサービスはこんな感じかと分かった。 - 朝食は近くのLINKAというカフェで頂けたがオムレツもキッシュも美味しく満足できた。（ボリュームは少ないが…）部屋は広々として快適、冷蔵庫やコーヒー、紅茶も揃っており重宝しました。風呂のお湯も熱くて良かったです。 タオル類、部屋の掃除、使用したカップなど 4日の滞在中、1日しか対応、交換してもらえなかった。（ゴミの回収とベッドメイクのみ） チップが無いとやらないのか、そういう仕組みなのか不明だが部屋が良かっただけに残念だった。

• Fanni (6/5): Kicsi csalódás - Jó helyen helyezkedik el a városhoz képest. Személyzettel ugyan nem találkoztam de, egyértelmű volt minden, jól informáltak mindenről. A szoba elrendezése igényes volt, a világítás nagyon tetszett. Az éjjeli szekrény és még pár helyen vastagon állt a por, a pipere dolgokból amit hirdettek a szappanon kívül más nem volt. A szoba festésén látszott hogy pár helyen mintha javítani vagy elfedni akartak volna esetlegesen sérülést de, igazából az zavart a legkevésbé.

• Szabolcs (6/5): Egész jó lenne egy kis odafigyeléssel. Összeségében elégedettek voltunk. - Jó elhelyezkedés,könnyű bejutás. Jó bekészítés, napi törölközőcsere. A fűtésreklamáció után azonnali intézkedés...2x is. A fűtésért szólni kellett és csak emailen tudtam megtenni, bár írták hogy a fűtés automatikus, mégis megérkezés után órákig még nem volt fűtés és a 20 fokban ültünk, úgy,hogy nem volt kinek szólni csak reméltük hogy olvassák. A takarítás hagyott némi kívánnivalót, igaz hogy naponta felmostak, de az előttünklevők hajszálai azért ott maradtak így is :) A pótágy kereke, rosszul volt felszigszalagozva :) kicsit billegett ha ráült a gyerek.
• Dagmar Klang (4/5): Ein Jammer, dass eine eigentlich so schön gelegene Unterkunft so vergammelt! - Die relativ zentrale Lage der Unterkunft und die gute und zuverlässige Anbindung an den ÖPNV haben uns gefallen. Das Frühstücksangebot im nahegelegenen Cafe war gut, aber eher übersichtlich. Sauberkeit - ein Fremdwort in dieser Unterkunft. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir ein verstaubtes Zimmer sowie ein nur ungenügend sauberes Bad vor. Der Zustand änderte sich leider während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht. Der Wasserkocher war aus hygienischen Gründen nicht benutzbar. Fernsehempfang gab es leider überhaupt nicht, obwohl angegeben. Die Heizkörper waren von uns nicht regulierbar - entweder sie waren extrem heiß oder kalt. Zur Frühstücksauswahl: Es gab 3 Omelette-Optionen (pur, Pilze, Schinken), Quiche oder Müsli mit Obst. Dazu entweder Kaffee oder Orangensaft. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wird dies leider sehr eintönig. Portionen sind eher klein.

• Tomasz (1/5): - I have received a full refund for the two nights. Very unpleasant experience. I arrived late at night and had to go through a dark courtyard, where there were suspicious people, which made me feel unsafe. I stayed for two nights. After the first night, there was a break-in in a neighboring room, which was very concerning. During the second night, I woke up with ants crawling on me. There were ants all over the room, including the floor and the bed. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety perspective. I would not recommend this place.

В апартаментах было прохладно из-за пасмурной погоды и дождя на улице

The stuff was nice and friendly The kettle was rusty inside and had old water. The shower was good and powerful but it was blocked. The shower screen doesn’t close completely so water can spray out.

A magnificent ancient palace transformed to apartment house with a couple of rooms used for Budapest Ville Bed and Breakfast. Very quiet place, windows in the courtyard. Big room, high ceilings, big bathroom, good pressure of water. Good bed. Clean, nice room once you manage to get inside. No staff. Confusing instructions sent by e-mail while travelling. Impossible to print out the message. Message badly formatted like an SMS for smartphone. Entry code explanation flawed. Overheated room, impossible to turn off the heating, had to sleep with open window. Also because of some indelicate previous client smoking in the room. Too few electrical outlets. Television impossible to use. No phone contact for human assistance with entrance code rebus in mail messages, only in the room, when the client no more needs it.

• Judit (7/5): Kellemes, csendes szoba praktikus helyen - A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, teljesen megközelíthető a Hősök tere, múzeumok. Tömegközlekedés sincs távol, trolik a ház elől mennek, de kicsit kisétálva az utcából, az 1-es metro is elérhető. Nagyon közel spar is van, ha bármire szükség lenne este. A bejutáshoz teljesen korrekt, precíz leírást kaptunk, mozoghattunk függetlenül a recepció "nyitvatartásától", voltaképpen személyzettel nem is találkoztunk. Ár-érték arányban megfelelő a szállás. A reggeli elegendő volt és finom. A zuhanykabin ajtaja sérült, ezt kicsit veszélyesnek éreztem (a görgő talán el lehet törve), az álló fogas rendkívül instabil, a lányomra rá is dőlt. A reggelihez a 3 főre foglalt szobához 2 személyre szóló reggeli kártyát kaptunk (bár ezt egy telefonhívással meg is oldották, korrigálták). A tisztaság nagyjából rendben volt, a hőmérsékletet kicsit alacsonynak találtuk.

• Mateus (10/5): A very spacious and comfortable stay. Responsive Staff - Large and very spacious room, as well as the bathroom. Very well located for public transport, with a bus stop right at the door and a nearby metro station. There is also a large supermarket just around the corner. The staff is very kind and welcoming, always responding promptly. Highly recommended.

Cicho, wygodnie, czysta pachnąca pościel, życzliwa obsługa, szczegółowe informacje jak dostać się do obiektu w godzinach wieczornych - widać dbałość i troskę o klientów💓 pyszne śniadanie w dużym wyborze w pobliskim bistro. La colazione viene servita presso il loro bistro, che è al di fuori del B&B, sempre sulla stessa strada, poca varietà ma decisamente buona. Il B&B é situato dentro un palazzo, molto caratteristico, ed è il suo fascino, però alla sera manca di illuminazione e quindi percorri tutto l’androne, dal portone d’ingresso, alla struttura del B&B, situata in fondo all’androne del palazzo, completamente al buio, con parecchi punti ciechi. Lasciando sensazioni non piacevoli.

• Tanya (5/5): Budget friendly but not clean - On a budget, this location is close to the city centre if you like walking (~40minutes to the main area with bars/restaurants and sightseeings), if not bus/metro stations are 10 minutes away. The room was really dirty. Dust everywhere, the bathroom was the worst part - water splashes, black dust and short hairs on the toilet seat, and there were shoe marks on the floor. There was no cleaning done between guests, just (hopefully) changed the sheets and towels.

• Larysa (8/5): Апарт-отель недалеко от вокзала Келети - По сути - это апартамент. Стойки регистрации нет, но она и не понадобилась - хозяин прислал заранее инструкции по заселению на эл. почту. Номер находился на 1-м этаже здания, во дворе жилого дома. Нужно ввести код на вход во двор и код для входа в дом (на ручке при входе). Номер чистый и удобный, есть чайник, отличный вариант для остановки на пару ночей. Для меня было важным, что объект недалеко от вокзала Келети, а самое главное - можно было заехать рано утром без дополнительной оплаты.

So I could have reserved the room without breakfast. Also I think I was in room 4 and the shower was not working properly. The head of the shower was kind of broken and made taking shower difficult and also water was all around in the bath
• ANDRE (7/5): Good value, good location. - Smooth communication with the manager, decent room. Not sure about the heating... Because of change of plans I did not stay overnight, only during the day but the heating was not on and I had no way to heat up the room. No air conditioner in the room, the radiator seemed to be centrally operated. The boiler that heats the warm water in the tap was a bit loud but not crucial.

• Ευριπίδης (9/5): Expected - It is right at a bus stop that takes you to the center. It also had nice beds. Lastly It was good that they were tidying the rooms every day Kind of dirty I could say. There was a blood stain on the pillow and 2-3 hair strings found on the bathtub. You might say I am crazy for pointing these things out but they made me feel uncofortable especially the blood stains
• Yakov (10/5): Contactless hotel in Budapest - Very nice small common area with contactless check-in. Cozy lobby for waiting. The room is small but warm and comfortable. Thank you for providing a bed for our child. Great traditional restaurant nearby. Large park within walking distance, as well as Heroes’ Square and the zoo. I couldn’t open the safe, but it was not an issue. An ashtray outside would be a useful addition.

• Mózes (1/5): Jó lenne ha betartanák amit ígérnek ! - Kényelmes volt. Benne volt a reggeli az árban, de még emberrel sem találkoztunk n hogy reggelivel 😆
• Bekteshi (9/5): it was a wonderful stay. - the bed was nice and the breakfast was amazing. The location- is way too far but with trains you go there easy
• Ahmed (5/5): Not a real hotel - They gave me 30 minutes more to check out. Pictures are not the same as the real room. I was shocked. It is a small room in an apartment, not a hotel.
• Ladislav (8/5): - Közel volt minden, ár-érték arányban nagyon jó. Kicsit dogos szag volt.
