They made our family feel very welcomed, Adored our children and treated them like their own. Short walk to the beach and restaurants The area of stay said seminyak but the hotel is just slightly out of Seminyak by like 15 to 20 mins.

It was the perfect place to get away from all the noise and hassle Just wished it had a microwave or something you could use to cook with as going into the hectic town for food was not relaxing. So it would have been nice to be able to cook something at the apartment.

I would have stayed longer and tried to extend directly with the hotel instead of going via a 3rd party booking site. Instead of reducing the cost, they increased the price. A bit silly as they were going to have to pay commission. So I went elsewhere.

The pillows seem very old as some of the texture are flabby. Also, if you are visiting the place please bring your own personal adapter as you will definitely need it.

• Phils (7/5): Good Budget Accommodation Close to the Beach - This is a budget property close to Belig Beach (100m) walk. The room has a separate living area and a small kitchenette with fridge and kettle. There are no cooking facilities in room but the property has a kitchen guests can use adjacent to the pool area. The pool area is clean, seldom crowded and has sun and shaded areas. Not the hotel's fault, but the beach area was being redeveloped when we were there, so the beach warung options were limited, with only 2 having been reconstructed. The area will be vastly improved when the redevelopment is complete. The business requires cash payment up front for accommodation which as a regular user of Bookings wasn't very convenient. The operators were flexible with this though and we paid the bill over a couple of our first days there. The ensuites are a bit tired and the rooms are not serviced everyday.

And love the hotel get a clothing holder thing in the balcony, so we can dry the laundry. The staff all very nice. The bathroom don’t have the window, airflow not very good in bathroom. Although have the fan instead.

The staff were initially helpful and friendly but I had a problem with sewage leaking out of the walls form broken pipes Sewage leaking out of tile cracks onto bathroom floor and flooding, strong urine smell, possibly internal broken pipe. Wifi didn’t work, fan was broken and noisy. Staff declined discount on late checkout, despite sewage, broken fan and wifi problems. Admitted they failed to do maintenance on room, but no compensation for sleeping in sewage smell with no wifi etc really disappointing. Other guests said they had leaking sewage coming out of walls also.

Upon arrival they informed us for a single mattress in the floor for 4 nights would be $80 AUS. There was no body wash and no toilet rolls on arrival. The sheets weren’t that clean. The room wasn’t that clean. We were charged an extra $55 for a late check out due to the late flight we had booked. We were charged for a large bottle of water that had been put into the fridge which we presumed was free. No where did it say it was to be purchased. The staff weren’t that friendly or helpful. No one was ever on reception you always had to call the bell. I wouldn’t waste my money on this place! Way better places to stay. I’ve been to Bali over 30 times and this has to be the worst!!

In the bedroom there wasn’t a window. The fornitures and in general the room need maintenance. Breakfast arrived cold and was not comparable to the outside offer so we decided to have it outside the hotel

A fantastic place to get out of the busy Seminyak nightlife, but still close to all the wonderful things Seminyak has to offer.

• Lara (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable - Great Location. I’ve big bed, Quiet Area but walking distance to beach restaurants & bars. 7-10 minute bike into the main Seminyak streets. If walking is something you prefer, you can walk through the W hotel next door and end up on a street with plenty of restaurants, cafes, massage, bars etc. you can also walk up and down the beach and end up in Kuta or Canguu. It’s a great location if you want to split your time into Seminyak and Canggu. nice pool, room cleaned daily, very comfortable pillows, helpful staff. Beautiful outside area with communal kitchen. Aircon Leaked one night however it was fixed the next day. Blankets thin, only 1 spot to hang towel which is IN the shower would have liked more hooks in the room to hang towels/clothes. Bigger bath mat as bathroom gets very wet and the whole unit is tiles.

• Michał (8/5): The stay was okay. - It is close to not so crowded and quite big beach with ~5-7 local bars with hot meals and drinks, it is quiet, the room was clean and spacious enough, big and comfy bed, Internet worked steadily in the room and is fast enough for anything like work or watching movies, they clean up every day, but a little too early for my taste. The bathroom has typical walk-in shower, hot water always works, they have normal bottles of body wash and shampoo instead of those tiny annoying soaps and gel sachets. Bathroom has space for everything and is rather spacious. AC works well and is not loud. You get some tea and instant coffee and a kettle and a small fridge, but works very well. Kitchen is outside, it's rather poor and not very clean, you can do something, but don't count on cooking your own meals, it's mainly for getting a plate and cutlery. The location is close to the beach and quiet, but the cost is that you need to go around a closed area to go to the main street where shops, bars, cafes are located. It starts around 10 minute walk from the property, but to get to the center with many more options, it's around 3-4km, Grab or scooter required. One hack is to go through the beach and ask a security guy in one of beach hotels/restaurants to let you go through and then instead of walking 3-4km, you get there in 10-15 minutes. They don't mind, but they usually want to check your bag. There is no view from the room if you care. There is no water dispenser available, so they provide bottled water, but we only had it restocked with 2 small bottles and not every day, 2 big bottles were only provided once for 8 nights. It should be always restocked to initial state or a proper water dispenser should be installed in common area. We had to pay extra for something on our check out, we were never informed something was paid additionally, I don't remember what it was and it was a small amount, but such things should be stated at check in, people run out of cash on purpose right before the flight.
