- Andrea (5/5): - Frühstück war sehr gut. Ausblick super Die Ausstattung der Lotussuite war recht einfach. Bad durch Vorhang nur abgetrennt. Wasseramaturen sehr alt. Bettzeug und Habdtüchee waren auch nicht mehr die besten. Liegen beim Pool ohne Auflagen. Eiskasten sehr laut.

Una maravilla. -El detalle que le ponen a la decoración del hotel, desconectas del bullicio de la calle principal de Ubud nada mas cruzar por el lobby. -La comida buenísima, bastantes opciones en los tres turnos de comida, o cuando simplemente te apetezca ir a comer. -La calle por la que se baja al hotel tiene muchisimas opciones para comer y demás si no te apetece ir a Ubud centro. -Por decir algo, quizás el café un poco flojo (es decir, algo aguado) -Y esto fue medio desesperante pero por lo menos nuestra habitación (la 101) era un bunker tanto para datos móviles, cobertura nula, imposible tener internet y la wifi lo mismo, imposible navegar o conectarse más de 1 minuto. Puede que fuese nuestra habitación puntualmente. También he de decir que no avisamos a recepción, así que tampoco es una queja formal. -Todo lo demás, perfecto.

The property is surrounded by nature everywhere you look. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was great. There was nothing not to like.

Malheureusement, la piscine n’est pas très propre car elle se situe au-dessus de l’espace fumeur et certaines personnes mal intentionnées jettent leurs mégots de cigarettes. Il y avait même du sopalin dans la piscine. Par contre, ils ne nettoient pas les filtres de la climatisation : j’ai attrapé un virus qui est entré dans mon œil et qui m’a causé une paralysie faciale. J’ai dû me rendre en urgence à l’hôpital international de Sanur, où l’on m’a diagnostiqué une paralysie de Bell. Donc faites attention à la climatisation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were very good. The dinner options were also good. The room cleaning was excellent. I was very satisfied. The massage service was also very good. I didn't experience any problems. It's a hotel you can choose with complete peace of mind. The hotel had airport transfer but It was expensive.

Breakfast wasn’t as tasty as in other locations. There were a good variety of options, but lacking some taste compared to other places. The BBQ night was ok but the dance felt really short and was maybe expecting a bit more from the experience overall.

- James (8/5): Really lovely hotel with outstanding scenic views, well located, but plan to eat dinners elsewhere. - Room was excellent (river view pool villa), although some English language TV channels would be nice. Hotel pools were very nice, with really lovely outlook. Breakfast and poolside lunches (club sandwiches) were ok, but the one dinner we had was poor in both quality and quantity, so had subsequent dinners elsewhere - other good options nearby. Overall a really lovely hotel, with any shortcomings outweighed by the fantastic outlook over the beautiful forest scenery of the river valley. No point booking with Booking.com in order to receive the ‘free taxi’ service. Our taxi never showed up at Denpasar airport, despite having all flight details etc, costing us time and frustration in trying to find same. No taxi company / driver phone number provided by Booking.com, so those trying to help had no phone number to call. Would have been better to book directly with hotel, who contacted us before we left Australia offering to arrange taxi.

- Nina (8/5): Erholsamer Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage - Die ruhige Lage im Grünen und dennoch zentral in Ubud sind die optimale Ausgangslage für Ruhe + Erholung, wenn man dennoch mitten im Geschehen sein möchte. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt. Hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche Personal, welches versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Traumhaft ist auch der Infinity Pool mit direkten Blick in den Dschungel, besser geht es kaum. Auch das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Frühstücksauswahl groß, wenn auch die Portionen eher klein ausfallen. Nach dem Checkout konnte ich noch viele Stunden mein Gepäck dort lagern um es dann erst zum Transfer abzuholen. Rundherum ein tolles Hotel, ich empfehle es definitiv weiter Das Bad meiner kleinen gartenvilla, war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, der Wasserhahn wackelt, die Klobrille hat Flecken die nicht mehr zu entfernen sind.. das wird insgesamt nicht so gepflegt aber man kann damit leben. Ansonsten ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Anlage überhaupt nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet ist, man hat viele sehr hohe Stufen zurückzulegen, das muss unbedingt berücksichtigt werden.

El desayuno a la carta muy rico y completo, con gran variedad Destaco la amabilidad del personal y de la gente del restaurante. El mejor hotel y más completo de todos los que estuvimos en Indonesia. - Nomadnige (10/5): Perfect second stay at Bucu Views with our family. We’ll be back for a third! - Breakfast was amazing. Such a large variety of choices and was included in the room rate. We enjoyed the restaurant overall with a good variety of food and very reasonable prices. Loved the open air dining. The room was beautiful and we were even lucky enough to have 2 x pool villa suites adjacent each other so we could open the interconnecting doors which was perfect for our children. Super relaxing and great value for money compared to other similar offerings in Ubud. This is our second time staying and we hope to stay again! Everything was great!

The room was amazing having our own pool villa with views of the river and jungle, we dined in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner over the 3 nights we stayed (and ate externally) and the staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. Happy hour by the pool was a treat and the peace and tranquility being tucked away from some very busy streets of Ubud was devine. Nothing! Everything was great, but if I had to list one thing, it would have been awesome to have the spa heated as it was a bit cool.

The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and the palace. Breakfast is lovely, with great options, though the portions are on the lighter side. If you’re travelling with teenagers, you may want to order extra or plan for a more substantial breakfast elsewhere. The rooms are fitted with air fresheners, which felt a bit unnecessary given the hotel is surrounded by pristine jungle and some of the freshest air you’ll find. It seems like a missed opportunity to let the natural environment speak for itself rather than using artificial scents.

Ci hanno accolti con una bevanda fresca e sono sempre disponibili. Se devo trovare un difetto, sono le tende della camera che non sono coprenti, per cui all’alba entra tantissima luce.

Location made it feel like in the middle of the jungle, so peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately, our aircon unit was leaking for the first 2 days creating a large puddle. It was ok and the staff were well on top of trying to get it repaired ASAP. Once it was fixed there were no more issues.

L'accueil est très chaleureux, la piscine magnifique, les chambres sont propres et agréables, les Pina colada et tout les plats sont super bons. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, nous avons même eu un BBQ avec danse balinaise malgré le fait qu'il n'y ait que nous d'inscrits. Gros plus pour le Spa qui nous ont fait de merveilleux massages à côté de la piscine. Merci Bucu View!

- Mariana (10/5): Amazing place - The staff was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, close to the ubud palace (about 10-15min walking), the breakfast was good and view from the pool is fantastic. We really enjoyed our time here Nothing, all good.

- Dolphin (6/5): Es hätte eine sehr schöne Erinnerung werden können ... - Sehr schöne Lage am Flusstal in Ubud mit toller Aussicht und ruhig gelegen. Kurze Wege zu vielen netten kleinen Restaurants und shops. Frühstück war zwar teilweise etwas knapp bemessen aber sehr schmackhaft zubereitet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Hübscher Pool, der auch eine ausreichende Größe zum Schwimmen hat, was ja nicht so oft der Fall ist. Beim Betreten des Zimmers 201 fielen sofort diverse Wasserschäden seitlich vom Bett und der gegenüberliegenden Wand ins Auge sowie Schimmelspuren an der Decke. Der installierte Luftbefeuchter verbreitete einen intensiven blumigen Geruch. Wir haben ihn ausgeschaltet und sind zum Tee trinken gegangen. Anschließend stand heftiger Schimmelgeruch im Raum. Die Rezeption schickte auf entsprechenden Hinweis einen Techniker, der Fotos machte und zur "Diskussion mit dem Team" wieder verschwand. Die Rezeption rief an und schlug vor, wir sollten trotz des Geruchs eine Nacht in dem Zimmer schlafen und am nächsten Morgen würde das Problem durch Überstreichen "gelöst" ... well, not really healthy I guess ...(https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/damp-and-mould-understanding-and-addressing-the-health-risks-for-rented-housing-providers/understanding-and-addressing-the-health-risks-of-damp-and-mould-in-the-home--2), ... weshalb wir dies ablehnten. Wir sollten die kommende Nacht dann in einem anderen Zimmer verbringen. Schon beim Öffnen der Tür wurde rasch ergänzt, dass dieses Zimmer (Villa Kelapa) eine höhere Kategorie habe und wir womöglich nochmals umziehen müßten. Spät abends Anruf der Rezeption: Wir sollten am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, es sei um 14:00 verfügbar, sie würden sich um das Gepäck kümmern. Nächster Morgen 11:00 Anruf der Rezeption: Ist Ihr Gepäck fertig? Das neue Zimmer sei "jetzt" fertig und wir "müßten" umziehen (was durch entsprechenden Tonfall unterstrichen wurde). Nachdem wir bereits sehr früh vom Hin- und Herschieben von Stühlen in der unter dem Frühstückraum gelegenen - an sich ausgesprochen hübschen - sogenannten "Villa" geweckt wurden, ging der weitere Umzug auch schon in Ordnung. Im Vorbeigehen sah man durch die offene Tür von Zimmer 201, dass der Schimmel überstrichen worden war, die Schimmelwolke war geblieben und zog auf den Gang.

- Letunic (10/5): Excelente - Tiene dos piletas en cascada con vista a la selva desde lo alto y al río que pasa por la selva. Es increíble todas las instalaciones. Muy recomendable. Te alquilan moto en el lugar y tienen masajes tmb.
