Ça a duré 1h sans écoute du client et sans discernement sur ses attentes. D'ailleurs l'adresse fournie du tailleur : il est 2.5 x plus cher que celui que j'ai trouvé = à fuir !
• Anne (10/5): - La serviabilité et les sourires de tout le personnel, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, le PDJ varié, la piscine grande et propre, l'emplacement calme mais qui reste proche de la zone très touristique (nous prenions vélo ou scooter pour nous y rendre). Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. Encore un grand merci à tout le personnel d'accueil qui m'a aidée dans les petits déboires rencontrés (téléphone portable HS, changement de vol). • Stephanie (10/5): Le calme a 10 minutes à pieds de l’effervescence de Hoi An ! - Nous avons passé 5 très belles nuits dans la suite HoneyMoon du Hoi An Odyssey. La chambre est grande, bien équipée, le matelas super. Une mention particulière pour l équipe qui nous reçoit et nous accompagne : tout le monde est attentif et serviable. Pour les personnes mal à l’aise en anglais : Ryan parle un anglais parfait et sera là pour vous aider ! Un bel établissement que nous recommandons chaudement Le Spa aussi mérite d’être testé ! Rien !

Net buiten de drukte maar toch dichtbij alles - Alles klopt, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ruime kamers (gratis upgrade), ligging perfect net buiten de drukke binnenstad , lekker zwembad, scooter service noem het maar op. En indien je iets mist doen ze er alles aan om het te regelen. Alles was top, geen dingen die niet bevielen.

• Alex (8/5): Good property for families who would like separate spaces for children and adults. - The property was clean, breakfast and meals were good, staff were friendly. It was a quiet location. The pool was small but lovely. Possible to walk to Memories show- just allow time. 8-10 min walk into Main Street of Hoi An ancient town. There were some restaurants near the waterfront on the island that looked really good and some nail salons down the Main Street of the island. It is several minutes walk from town. I was aware of this when booking, but it is something o be considered. Area is a little rundown. Be careful with shower tap as it gets hotter quickly and without warning.
• Kéven (10/5): Lovely stay - We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel in Hoi An. Located just across the bridge, it has a calm and peaceful atmosphere while still being only a 3-minute bike ride from the city center, with a beautiful riverside view along the way. The staff were always welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very spacious and spotless. We stayed in the honeymoon room, and the beautiful decoration prepared for our arrival made the experience even more special. The balcony and swimming area were also a huge plus after two weeks of travelling around the country. Breakfast was also nice and the breakfast room is by the pool which gives a nice holiday vibe.

• Leah (4/5): Great location but some issues - It was in a great location - just a 10 minute walk to the centre and riverfront The staff were quite overbearing - trying to be attentive but it was too much. There was an issue with our room (we booked a twin room for 4 nights) we were told they had to put us in a double for the first night whilst they fix an issue with the original room. The next day whilst we were relaxing by the pool they forced us to back up our stuff and move so they could clean it before new guests were coming that day - it was very inconvenient - compensation was given for this! The water temperature is EXTREMELY sensitive - almost scalded ourselves a few times

• Celia Priya (9/5): Great Stay in Hoi An - Helpful, welcoming & friendly staff. Comfortable beds. This hotel loaned bicycles to guests for free which was handy for getting into the Old town. They had a beautiful pool and a wonderful breakfast spread. We stayed in a family Bungalow and found the stairs quite steep and difficult to climb - quite dangerous for younger kids or older adults. No locks for the bathroom or toilet. The bridge to get into town was undergoing maintenance at the time which added considerable time of travelling into town (by car, with family).

• Hayes (10/5): Perfect oasis close to the Old Town - After a month travelling in Vietnam, Hoi An Odyssey Hotel is hands down the best property we have stayed at! It is a perfect, quiet oasis a very short walk or bike ride away from the incredibly busy and crowded Old Town. The pool was wonderful, breakfast was amazing, the rooms huge & comfortable but the absolute standout is the staff. Jessie & Anh on reception are a credit to the hotel. Their customer service was exemplary. They were so friendly and helpful and a delight to chat to each day. They both deserve a pay rise! Also Alisa in the restaurant was wonderful & provided excellent service. Do yourself a favour & stay here, you will not be disappointed! Not a thing!

• Tosin (7/5): Great location, amazing receptionists. - The ladies working at reception during the day are lovely, what an amazing service. Checking in late wasn’t pleasant. It was just security who don’t speak English. The room was full of flies, one dead in the bathroom.

Personal total aufmerksam und rund um die Uhr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Besondere Dank geht an das Reinigungsteam, das mein verloren geglaubtes Brillenglas wieder gefunden hat.

• Jens (10/5): Best stay and service in Hoi an! - The hotel—and especially the service—was outstanding. The hotel is in a very quiet location without being too far from the action! Since they offer free bicycles, you can reach the old town in under 5 minutes. The manager gave us great local recommendations to help us avoid the typical Instagram spots! Upon arrival, she explained everything to us in detail, including where and when things were happening. Breakfast was fantastic and had everything your heart could desire in the morning! The pool and bar area were also very well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely come back!

Das Frühstück ist sehr viel und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann sich kostenlose Fahrräder ausleihen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber und auch die Liegen sind hervorragend. • Fiona (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable experience. - Staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly and accomodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast had many choices, with a restaurant and bar on the premises. Pool was a good size and maintained well. Rooms were a good size and comfortable after a day exploring. Staff gave great suggestions on where to visit and were happy to organise. Thankyou to Jessie for her help and suggestions.
• Melina (10/5): - Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht und fanden es super. Die Leute sind mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Massage war auch sehr gut. Man kann vor Ort Fahrräder ausleihen und Touren buchen. Unser Bus ging am letzten Tag erst um 20:00 Uhr und wir durften den Pool, die Fahrräder und Dusche bis zur Abreise verwenden. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

That pool area is just lovely and the staff (especially Ryan) are kind and welcoming. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. • Sophie (7/5): Solide Wahl für 1-2 Tage Hoi An - Schöne Anlage, fußläufig (~10 min am Wasser entlang) in die Altstadt. Zimmer sauber und modern, netter Pool Lärm: Die Zimmer sind vor allem abends recht laut. Nahe ist eine Karaokebar und die Fenster halten kein Geräusch ab. Ist noch okay weil zwischen 9-9:30 aufgehört wird aber man hat halt den ganzen Abend das Gejaule im Ohr Personal: Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, allerdings ist es phasenweise zu viel. Beim Frühstück zum Beispiel empfanden wir es eher als störend dass uns das Personal beim Essen in langwierige Gespräche zu unseren Plänen für den Tag verwickelt haben Check-out: Check-out Prozess was nervig. Wir wollten abreisen, mussten dann aber noch 5min in der Lobby rumstehen während sie unser Zimmer kontrollieren. Die Implikation ist auch etwas anmaßend, dass sie jetzt kontrollieren dass wir im Zimmer nichts kaputt gemacht haben. Echt schräg, jedes andere Hotel nimmt einfach eine Kaution
• Cheyenne (10/5): Ein insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit toller Lage, komfortablen Zimmern & familiärem Ambiente - Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Gehminuten von der zentralen Innenstadt entfernt und dennoch ruhig genug, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Das Frühstück war bewusst nicht überladen, bot aber dennoch eine vielfältige Auswahl, sodass wirklich jeder etwas Passendes finden konnte. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass auch lokale Spezialitäten angeboten wurden, das war definitiv ein Highlight. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten und bot viel Platz. Die Dusche funktionierte einwandfrei und das Bett war äußerst bequem, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Jessie, die Gäste Managerin, war uns in vielen Hinsichten eine große Unterstützung, allein ihretwegen würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt während unseres Aufenthalts war eine größere Baustelle vor Ort. Zwar kam es zu keinerlei störendem Lärm, jedoch war der Zugang etwas umständlich, da der Eingangsbereich betroffen war und lediglich provisorisch mit einem Holzbrett vor Schmutz geschützt wurde. Schade fanden wir vor allem, dass wir im Vorfeld weder über Booking.com noch direkt vom Hotel darüber informiert wurden. Eine kurze Mitteilung hätte hier sicherlich geholfen, sich besser darauf einzustellen.

• Michelle (9/5): Wonderful stay in Hoi An - Jessie and her team were wonderful! Both friendly and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful with a nice selection of fruit, breads, pastries, cold meat, cheese and local dishes. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good, large shower. As we arrived late and were on an early excursion the next day I’d asked about an iron and ironing board which had already been delivered to the room when we checked it which was great. The location was good, in a quiet area in easy walking distance of the bustling old town.
• Carla (10/5): Estancia de 10 - No sé qué destacar más. El trato de Emily y el resto de su equipo fueron muy serviciales y amables con nosotras, nos ayudaron en todo (transportes, excursiones, etc). Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y lujosas. Las instalaciones te invitan a estar en un espacio tranquilo donde descansar, refrescarte y pasar tiempo de calidad. Está muy cerca del centro (5 minutos en bici). Esta bici te la proporciona gratis el hotel. Tener que irnos del hotel. Nos quedaríamos allí a vivir.

• Jeff (5/5): - Staff is phenomenal. Property is a fairly long walk to old town and you have to cross a bridge with no sidewalk, basically just a curb. Road in front of the hotel is under construction and lots of dirt and dust, It appears they’re working on the drainage as this area had substantial flooding several months ago, including the hotel. The hotel really needs to be renovated, the rooms and furnishings have seen better days. The entire staff is fantastic and really do a great job, had the other areas not been neglected we could have dealt with the location and would have rated it higher. Hopefully a renovation is in the plans soon.

• Tricia (10/5): Favorite relaxing spot on trip - Calm, relaxing spot. It was close enough to walk to the fun, but not in the chaos and noise of the main tourist areas. We took a two week trip and this was one of the top two hotels. We loved the clean pool, the large room, the balcony, the comfortable bed, the strong AC, the friendly staff, and the peaceful nature. The AC blew directly in our faces in bed.

Delicious breakfast and our room was very comfortable and spacious. We felt it was very good value for money We overlooked some waste land which could have been prettier, but the water buffalo visited every night and we loved to see them.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est complet et donne sur une petite piscine idéale face à la chaleur. Vous serez tout près du cœur d’Hoi An tout en étant éloignés de l’agitation ! Encore merci à Jessie et Emily qui ont maximisé ce voyage.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and were able to help out with any travel/booking requests. Buffet breakfast was good with everything you could want for breakfast, Western aswell as Vietnamese options. Will definitely stay again when we return to Vietnam 😀 Could not fault at all!!
