• JOSE Mª (1/5): Mala experiencia mi primera visita a Burgos. - Amabilidad del personal y ubicación, Hatacion sin aire acondicionado, con el calor que a hecho, la taza del w.c. y el bidet estaban sueltos te sentabas y se movían que parecía ser rompería. Las paredes se oye todo del vecino hasta los ronquidos, la tarima cruje con solo andar de puntillas, y la ubicación es un arma de doble filo, ya que al estar en el meollo del ocio , no puedes abrir la ventana, pues entra todo el ruido, anoche eran las 5 y aún se oían los gritos de los jóvenes divirtiéndose. Yo particularmente no lo recomiendo, aun siendo el personal lo mejor del hotel 🏨.

• Clive (9/5): Very good Hotel, would stay again. - Nice old building in the centre of town. Very clean, breakfast very good. Easy walk to all restaurants and bars and shops. Beds were metal folding type, two singles instead of a double. Not the hotels fault, we only booked on the day we arrived and it was the last room.

• Franz (7/5): Burgos war in zwei Tagen ideal fußläufig zu besuchen. - Zentrale Lage zum Zentrum und sehr Nahe zu den notwendigen Öffis (Bus zum Bahnhof). Beratung war sehr gut zu den Ausflugszielen. Kein Gemüse (Gurken, Tomaten, Zwiebel usw.) beim Buffet, welches sonst sehr ausgiebig und reichhaltig angeboten war! In Spanien ist Trinkwasser bekannterweise ein Problem und teuer (!), daher ist das fehlen von Trinkwasser (Flaschen) am Zimmer als sehr schlecht zu bewerten!!! Die kilometer-langen Parks waren sehr nahe zum Hotel fußläufig. Rückständig ist, dass im Kloster San Isidoro keine Fotos erlaubt waren. (ein Witz !!!)

Where to begin, no hot food, cereal choice cornflakes, no berries or seeds, everything was fresh 'out of plastic'. Orange Juice not really but cheap supermarket Juice. Bread again out of plastic even though the hotel surrounded by bakeries. Overall just like a school cafeteria only not as good. It was like they didn't care . . and staff observed in the dining room were not aware of hygiene . . .

• Zvone S. (8/5): - Great location, just few minutes walking from beautiful Burgos Cathedral and city centre, very convenient. Hotel would benefit from some "face lifting", you can see that time has taken its toll in many areas.

• Marina (9/5): Muy buena opción en el centro - La ubicación y la atención del personal. Muy muy buena. Lo único es que las habitaciones son algo ruidosas (especialmente si están al lado del comedor como era nuestro caso) ya que los desayunos empiezan muy pronto.

• Geraldine (5/5): Clean room - in need of a renovation - Clean and spacious room, great location, friendly reception staff & good shower pressure. I got a shock walking into this room. The decor looks like it's from the 70s and not in a good way. After doing the Camino, walking to Burgos and arriving in my "treat" hotel, I was so disappointed. This is just a place to sleep for the night.
