- Murat (8/5): - Location, size of the room, good breakfast. Kind staff. Good cleaning. The couch that was converted to a bed was uncomfortable. Sinking through the middle. It was also making noises when I was turning around while sleeping and waking up my wife from the spring noise. The room had plenty of space. They could keep the couch as a couch and put real comfortable beds.

- hua (10/5): 服务很好、位置优越、早餐丰富。 - 地理位置非常优越，离米兰大教堂走路两分钟就到。酒店提供的早晨非常丰盛，味道很美味，服务人员还很贴心的询问是否需要咖啡还是泡茶。房间面积不错，在米兰市中心这个面积感觉很不错了，还提供了公寓的电磁炉等等，方便自己简单加工一下食物，但是因为我这里是住一个晚上第二天早上就去坐飞机了，很遗憾没有使用这些设备。checkout的时候，发生了一点小插曲，我们三个人就住了一个晚上，前后收了85.5欧的城市税，感觉是算了我们三天的，当时因为赶飞机比较急，就先付了，跟前台抱怨了一下米兰一个人一天要收28.5欧的城市税也太贵了，后来在路上给酒店发了邮件询问，很快就发现有误会，退给我57欧，感觉酒店在处理客人的问题上非常及时，还是很圆满的解决了。以后来米兰还是会考虑这个酒店，服务很好、位置优越、早餐丰富。 checkout的时候有一些误会，很快沟通解决了，瑕不掩瑜。

Stanza tripla premium, camera e bagno spaziosi, arredamento moderno e di gusto. Apprezzatissimi il caffè e le 2 bottiglie d’acqua messi a disposizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo/distanza dal centro. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione perché per noi un po’ troppo caro.

- Sage (8/5): Good not great. - nice place, terrific location, clean with outstanding breakfast When we first arrived my wife tripped stepping into the automatic revolving door and got stuck there as the door rotated. She got herself up, i helped and the staff witnessed all and really did nothing. they just asked if she was okay once through. Frankly, this typified their aloof attitude throughout the stay. otherwise, was a terrific place.

- Mashael (10/5): - The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short distance from the Duomo. It is very well-organized, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Milan.

Huéspedes conversando a los gritos frente al front desk y el personal del hotel no les decía nada. Imposible escuchar las indicaciones que nos daban para hacer el ingreso.

Empfehlenswert. - Die Lage ist ideal, das Hotel ist mit dem Metro gut erreichbar und man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nichts.
- Liz (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a great location with everything you need. - We had a return visit the the Duomo Hotel and Apartments and staff and facilities were again excellent. Plenty of space and everything you needed. Great location and would stay again if in Milan. Nothing. A bit of morning noise from garbage collection in the morning but didn't worry us but if this is an issue for those that like to sleep in you could always request a room away from the street.

- Andrzej (9/5): Polecam - Świetna lokalizacja, pokój wygodny i przestronny. Łóżko podwójne było wygodne, natomiast to rozkładane nie jest płaskie i nie daje dobrego komfort spania. Śniadanie jest dobre, jest spory wybór opcji. Dobra kawa, z mlekiem roślinnym też można zamówić.

During our 4-night stay, we experienced significant noise throughout the day which seemed to be coming from the eateries located on the ground floor of the hotel, and it continued late into the night, making it difficult to rest. When looking down from our room windows, we could see rubbish bins below, and there was frequent loud noise from bottles and other stuff being cleared and disposed of, which was very disruptive. We contacted the reception to raise the issue, but unfortunately no follow-up action was taken. We were staying in Room 412, which was supposed to be a premium room, so this was especially disappointing, as we had expected a more comfortable and quieter experience.

It has everything from traditional Italian options to meats and cheeses. The location is walkable to most attractions (i.e. the Duomo & the Galleria) and higher-end shopping. The staff were super friendly and offered great recommendations for restaurants. nope

- Ferron (10/5): Excelente experiencia y ubicación. - La experiencia en el hotel fue excelente y las habitaciones son amplias. La ubicación fue muy buena también, a solo 3 minutos caminando encontrás la catedral de Milán. Por último, el desayuno fue muy variado y el personal amable.
