• Petra (8/5): - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sehr ruhiger und entspannter Platz im Inneren des Riads und authentischer Trubel vor den Türen. Taxi kann nicht vors Riad fahren weil die Gassen zu eng sind. Fußweg von ca 150 Metern durch dunklere Gasse ist nötig. Ist nachts um 12 Uhr irritierend, aber sicher! Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet, aber sehr süßspeisenlastig. Hätte mir etwas Abwechslung gewünscht (z.B. Käse)

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The courtyard was beautifully serene, offering a peaceful escape from the busy streets outside. It created the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. We had a genuinely lovely stay and would highly recommend Riad Alhama to anyone looking for a calm, authentic experience in Marrakech. NA

Location was good, little bit of a walk from the central square, but that afforded a quiet night sleep. Room was a mini riad within the riad. We had our own door to get to our courtyard before we got to our room door. Would certainly stay again. Pool was warm (stayed in April) and rooftop was beautiful. My wife had a spa treatment and said it was very good.

• Jessica (10/5): A really calm and peaceful stay - we would definitely reccomend and come back any time! - we loved our breakfast each morning - my friend needed oat milk for her coffee and they were really great at getting this in for the duration of her stay. we loved our private rooftop area and had an amazing massage for one of the days. we walked everywhere from the riad and everyone was super friendly. our room was huge with a walk in wardrobe from the bathroom. a perfect stay. the pool unfortunately isn't really in the sun, however it was still very nice and was great to have a dip when it got hot. We were grateful to have one at all.

Room spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Terrace not really in use at this time of the year. Didn't use the pool as not really warm enough.

Our suite on the ground floor was spacious and comfortable. Absolutely loved the bathroom and bathtub, wish I had more hours to while away in there! The roof top bar looked really nice but was too cold the evening we were there - some heaters might be a good idea. The breakfast is out of this world, I would go back just for that. I never knew that bread could be so good. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we’ll be back.
• Wolf-Dieter (9/5): Toller StadtUrlaub in einem traditionellen Riad in Marrakesch - Ein Riad ist kein modernes Luxushotel, man muss sich einen Augenblick daran gewöhnen, das es ein Palast aus alter Zeit ist. Wir hatten eine Senior Suite mit einer privaten Terrasse und das Hotel hat alles unternommen, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Technik ist sehr modern. Wi-Fi und Heizung (Klimaanlage) sind perfekt vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist exzellent. Das Restaurant und der Dachgarten bieten eine gute Küche. Trotz Ramadan war es ganztägig möglich, Speisen und Getränke (auch alkoholisch) zukommen. Das Personal war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Great comfort, attentive staff, good location and facilities. Was a breath of fresh air in hectic Marrakech in comparison to other options. Comfortable and clean room, greatly designed common areas. We really enjoyed.

Et parmi les services offerts, il est précisé qu'il dispose d'un parking. Sur place, nous nous rendons compte que ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un Riad. Et qu'il ne dispose pas d'un parking. En conséquence, l'établissement ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que nous projetions et à l'idée que nous nous faisions de notre séjour à Marrakech. Bref! nous avons été bernés par les informations de Booking. Heureusement que le personnel était génial de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Une compensation...
• Jos (9/5): Heel gastvrij hotel in een traditionele verbouwde riad. Werkelijk uitmuntend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. - Zeer mooie riad aan de rand van het oude centrum, binnen de muren van de oude stad. Alles is prima te voet te bereiken. Uitgebreide internationale kaart in het restaurant. Super gaafrooftop restarant én twee locaties binnen. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iedereen spreekt zowel Engels als Frans (en natuurlijk arabisch 😉). Ze hebben ons een paar basis woorden arabisch geleerd. Heel behulpzaam! Voorals vriendelijk waren Zineb, Hamza, Elias en Anas! Echte toppers met liefde voor de hospitality van de hotel gasten. We hebben een geweldige week gehad. Sokran !!! De prijzen zijn relatief hoog.

Nonostante potesse sembrare un posto esclusivo il personale oltre a essere estremamente professionale è stato accogliente, simpatico e ha avuto grande cura di ogni bisogno. Il riad è meraviglioso, la cucina buonissima e la suite è stata da sogno! Tutto PERFETTO

• Paolo (10/5): Best staff and beautiful building! Facilities not up to expectations. - Beautiful building. The staff was the best, very attentive and professional. Very friendly. We thank them very much. The restaurant served very good food. The pool was not warm and a bit cramped the position, so we couldn’t enjoy it. Hammam only if you pay the treatment. So basically we couldn’t use any of the facilities.
• els (10/5): - na een sober verblijf in de midden Atlas wilden we even drie nachten beetje meer luxe. we reisden in januari, dus we genoten al van laagseizoensaanbiedingen en kregen een ongevraagde serieuze upgrade van Almaha. superlatieven voor de inrichting van deze in de Kasbah gelegen heerlijke Riad. onze royale suite, met livinggedeelte, octagonaal bad, aparte lavabo, dressing, was ingericht in Marokkaanse art deco. werkelijk alles was voorzien, zelfs een kaarsje en lucifers naast het bad. badjassen, slippers, water, fruit, ....en een rechtstreekse toegang tot het magnifieke dakterras waar we een afgescheiden deel van hadden met een fenomenaal zicht op de besneeuwde hoge Atlas en de stad. de bediening was uitstekend en de jonge staf, van zowel de bediening aan tafel, receptie en hamam, was ontzettend vriendelijk. we reizen graag in de winter en hebben de indruk, die werd bevestigd door de mensen daar, dat het personeel ook gewoon meer tijd heeft in het laagseizoen om een praatje te maken. we genoten van de kleine extra attenties, bv extra briouat omdat we die duidelijk erg lekker vonden, olijfjes en kroketjes voor op de kamer na een fijne babbel,... Dank aan Ilias, Youssef Younes, Zuher, Zaineb, Hiba, Aisha, Wissal De Riad is prima gelegen op wandelafstand van een parking, en wandelafstand van de drukkere gedeelten van de medina en souks. wij genoten ook van een wandeling door Gueliz en onze lunch in het voortreffelijke +61.

Il est par ailleurs très bien situé, à quelques pas d’une porte de la Médina. Mais c’est surtout le staff qui rend cet établissement inoubliable - ils sont aux petits soins pour les invités, et sont adorables. Merci à tous ! Rien à signaler

Très bon petit déjeuner Manque de produits d'accueil. Pas de lait pour le corps, pas d'apres shampoing. Nous avons fait un massage au SPA decevant. Il n'y a pas eu de sous vetement de fournit pour le massage et le massage qui devait durer 50mns n'a en realité duré que 40mns (+5mns de repos après le massage)

• Daniel (10/5): An amazing experience in a fabulous Riad . - The hotel was in the Medina and we didn’t appreciate that meant no car access at all . Medina streets like a rabbit warren !! Hotel staff went over and beyond their remit escorting us in and out of Medina till we got the hang of it . The staff couldn’t do enough for us . Food at rooftop restaurant was great . Breakfast was really good too No street signs in the Medina !

• Sharon (9/5): Amazing hotel, but don’t bother with rooftop breakfast - The Almaha is a stunning property, the room was fantastic and the huge bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, down a quiet street but just a few minutes walk from the first souk. We treated ourselves a double hammam spa which was a wonderfully serene & relaxing after the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooftop terrace is probably the nicest in all of Marrakesh; a chilled vibe with gorgeous flowers and lovely views. Service on rooftop terrace was very erratic. We had breakfast up there on the first morning and we received coffee but no milk, and my partner never received his drink. We gave up on breakfast in the end. At dinner we asked for extra breads (the dish came with 3), after waiting over half an hour they delivered 17! The second day we ate breakfast downstairs and service was better, it feels like the staff didn’t want to run up and down 2 floors, so saved their trips until they could serve several people at once. This was disappointing for such a premium venue, a 3-star riad down the road we also stayed at had better service!
• Isabelle (10/5): Amazing!! - Absolutely amazing place of calm and beauty in a buzzing neighborhood. The staff was so nice and accommodating even letting us have breakfast early to catch our flight on time. The rooftop is a great place to relax! Nothing!
• Ian (9/5): Lovely Riad, helpful staff. Would recommend. - Very helpful staff and a great location which allowed an easy and safe 15 minute stroll into the main square. Beautiful Riad with a lovely roof bar/terrace where you could eat breakfast, dinner or simply enjoy the sunset with a drink. Nothing significant. Maybe more sun loungers on the roof. Only 2 that weren’t allocated to certain rooms.
• Raquel (10/5): - Estancia corta, pero experiencia y trato excepcional. Nos guardaron las maletas y nos dejaron usar las instalaciones el último día mientras hacíamos turismo. Atentos en todo momento.
• Manon (10/5): FABULEUX ! MERCI ENCORE - Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable ! L’anniversaire a été organisé à la perfection, avec une soirée magique au sein de la bibliothèque ( privatisée pour l’occasion ) et des attentions qui ont rendu le moment unique. La chambre était splendide, spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, varié et généreux. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

• Marion (10/5): Geweldige fantastische ervaring - Prachtige Riad, alle sterren waard. Je wordt echt door het personeel verwend. Hadden het geluk dat we een gratis upgrade kregen. Ook het eten en drinken was top. Wij raden de royal Almaha spa behandeling aan. De cappuccino was niet echt een cappuccino, maar alle andere dranken waren erg lekker.

• Leanne (10/5): Attention to detail - a piece of Art - The hotel is beautiful, leafy, wonderfully decorated and cool. It is genuinely a piece of Art! Both restaurants are intimate and unique. I can imagine this being an incredible hotel for a small intimate occasion. The suites are stunning and spacious. Attention to detail is great, from cotton ear buds to his/hers sinks and soaps. The Marble bath was just ginormous, our young daughter had a ball splashing in there in the evenings. The private roof terrace was wonderful - nice to pop up and get some sun, order from the bar and enjoy some tranquility. The staff are friendly, one gentleman at breakfasts in particular stood out. Just the happiest young man we encountered in Marrakesh - he was beyond polite and courteous. He was so wonderful with our child and welcoming to us. The spa beneath the hotel is incredible! We had wonderful massages and Hammams. Food in the restaurant/ room service was delicious and such a treat to be able to order to your terrace or room via Whatsapp. I would highly recommend it to anyone who asks. Nothing. The Hotel exceeded all expectations.
