Lady that cleaned the room was very nice and helpful. A Twosome Place, coffee shop located in hotel had great drinks and cakes. The breakfast was good, quite a lot of choice. This was our 2nd visit and hoping to book again for next year, this hotel is our favourite.

• Grace (10/5): Great location, friendly staff - I’ve stayed here twice now and cannot fault it. The staff are very friendly, it’s super clean and comfortable and the location is great. Even though you’re not in the centre of Seoul, it’s easy enough to get around with a subway station right by the hotel and there are plenty of amenities around.

However in early April they are still off and the rooms get stuffy. Staff recommended opening windows but then the yellow dust, pollen and level 150 poor air quality fills the room. Leaving you ill.

• Zihar (8/5): Parfait pour découvrir Séoul, avec un détail à améliorer - Très bon séjour au Arirang Hill Hotel Dongdaemun, idéalement situé à Séoul. L’hôtel se trouve juste à côté d’une station de métro, ce qui permet d’accéder rapidement au centre-ville et aux principales commodités. Même après la fermeture du métro, les bus prennent le relais avec une fréquence d’environ toutes les 7 minutes, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. L’établissement est donc parfaitement desservi. Le quartier est vivant et agréable, avec de nombreuses activités en soirée. L’environnement est propre et bien entretenu. Un vrai plus : la présence d’une laverie à petit prix (environ 3 000 wons pour le lavage et 2 000 wons pour le séchage), très pratique pour les séjours de plusieurs jours. Le service est également au rendez-vous : les serviettes et les bouteilles d’eau sont renouvelées chaque jour, et le personnel se montre disponible et attentif. Au pied de l’hôtel, on trouve de nombreuses options pour se restaurer ou prendre un petit-déjeuner, ce qui est très appréciable. Petit conseil pour les transports : il est préférable d’opter pour la Climate Card plutôt que la T-Money. La Climate Card permet de voyager de manière illimitée pendant la durée choisie, ce qui est particulièrement avantageux, tandis que la T-Money fonctionne par trajet et peut revenir plus cher. La Climate Card s’achète facilement dans des supérettes comme 7-Eleven ou GS25, et peut être rechargée directement aux bornes du métro avec une carte bancaire. Petit point à améliorer : le ménage de la chambre n’était effectué que deux fois par semaine, ce qui est un peu limité et peut être contraignant lors d’un séjour prolongé. C’est dommage au regard de la qualité globale de l’établissement.

The amenities were less compared to other hotels and the fact that we only had cleaning twice a week is inferior compared to other hotels.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. • ERI (9/5): - 駅からすぐの立地で、明洞、安国などへのアクセスも便利。周りにテイクアウトコーヒーショップやコンビニ、オリヤンもあり良かった。 宿泊は3月終わりで割と暖かかったが、空調をoffにしても部屋がかなり暑かった。空調調整の仕方がいまいちよく分からず。乾燥も凄かったので加湿器などがあると良いかも。
