  This house features lake views from all the rooms, 5 LED cable TVs. It has kitchen facilities, a dining room and a spacious living room. The main bedroom is fitted with a spring-box mattress and an private bathroom. It also has two other bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilette. The garden occupies over 1200 square yards. This unit also includes a games room with a billiards, a tennis table, another TV room with a smart TV 50" with Netflix and Youtube. A child´s crib can be accommodated for free.

• Julio Cesar (10/5): Lo mejor en Bariloche - La ubicación es de lo mejor en la ciudad, cerca de todo (restaurante, súper, panaderías, etc) y al mismo tiempo situado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso y salida a los distintos paseos. La vista al lago: 10 puntos. La casa es de primera, diseño, instalaciones, confort. La verdad super recomendable.. Rafael estuvo muy predispuesto y atento a cualquier consulta
• Sophie (10/5): Maison de rêve à Bariloche - Rafa est très réactif, très serviable très gentil ! Maison pour 6 adultes exceptionnelle! Un havre de paix avec sa terrasse surplombant le lac... Le barbecue dans le jardin...tout était parfait ! Il faut être un bon pilote et avoir de bons pneus pour pouvoir se garer... accès un peu compliqué pour atteindre le parking de la maison !
• adrian (10/5): La casa ideal para descansar en familia - La ubicación es ideal, está en una zona muy tranquila de Bariloche con una vista al lago inmejorable, es una casa para disfrutar de unos días de descanso, cada ambiente de la casa está muy bien pensado, totalmente funcional y armonioso. Fuimos en familia a Bariloche, para mis padres que son mayores fue una estadia comoda y agradable.

Sugestão construtiva, Poderia ter mais um chuveiro por se tratar de acomodar muitas pessoas, check out poderia ser um pouco mais tarde, mas nada a reclamar, tudo ótimo e Maravilhoso, Super indico. 😁
• Gerd (10/5): Exceptional - Out of 13 accommodations on our journey through Uruguay, Argentina and Chile, this was the best one! Lots of space, fantastic view from the balcony/terrace, well equipped kitchen, with pool billard / table tennis room, and a washing machine. A supermarket and bakery are nearby. Very good communication with the owners with great recommendations for restaurants in Bariloche. The mode of payment could be easier (we payed cash), however this wasn't unusual in Argentina at the time (04/24).
• Tal (10/5): Exceptional - The house is spacious and fully equipped. You have everything you can think of. The lake welcomes you from every corner, and the host Flor is sweet and welcoming. Thank you for everything.
• Paul (10/5): Fabulous house in a wonderful location. - The view! It is absolutely spectacular. The house is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and planned so that every room looks over the lake. There is a beautiful barbecue area and a large deck for relaxing. It is not far from Bariloche town. We decided not to hire a car and it was not a problem, as we used buses and taxis. Ubers are everywhere and very cheap. There is lots to do and see and we had a happy, busy week. Nothing.
