Guest Reviews
- Keith (10/5): -
- Carol (8/5): Great hosts - The house was very clean, great staff and fabulous breakfast The stairs up to top floor
- Kath (9/5): Home from home - Hosts were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
Lots of extras and special touches....biscuits, fresh milk, chocolates, treats,
Fabulous breakfast.
We loved the sun lounge and amazing views. Perfect location. Good to have a free parking pass. Our bedroom was quite small but the bed was comfortable and ensuite included.
If we book earlier another time we would request a bigger front bedroom with a better view.
- Swee Cheng (10/5): We had a most enjoyable and comfortable stay in Cornwall. - The owners Andrew and Stephanie were great hosts and so welcoming ! They were always hard at work, cooking , cleaning and making sure that our stay was comfortable and most enjoyable! The property is quaint and has a pretty view of the river. It is conveniently located near nice restaurants. There was no elevator but Andrew was always in hand to help with the luggage.

Great location for Looe both East & West. The stairs 😂😂😂😂😂

- Paul (8/5): Excellent in good location. - Stayed at the Dolphin Guest House for 4 nights in early September on a short break to Looe, we travelled by train and the Dolphin is close to the station but still has easy access into the town, in all senses the guest house is without doubt a traditional cosy B&B, comfortable and slightly quirky, but with a heart of gold, Stephanie and Andrew are lovely hosts, warm and friendly, ever helpful and considerate, everything you need is easily close to hand and have to say the breakfasts every morning where superb and a fantastic start to the day, what more could you want. Nothing to dislike.

Situated in just the right place as a short walk gets you into the middle of Looe. Don't let this B&B pass you by. Book it!!!!

- Monika (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Guest House in Looe. The food was absolutely delicious – Andrew (the host) is a fantastic cook and prepares breakfast with real care and love. The owners were very kind and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made me feel at home. My room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed, and everything was perfectly clean. The location was excellent – just a few steps from the town center – and the view from my window was amazing. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Looe.

Great breakfast cooked fresh to order. We stayed in room 1 which had a great view over the estuary and a sitting area. Lots of little touches in the room - fridge for fresh milk, tot of rum, good toiletries etc. Allocated parking space in car park across the road for the duration of your stay.
Be aware if you’re elderly or infirm due to its elevated position there is a steep incline and steps up to the property. Nothing

- Graham (10/5): Amazing honeymoon - Stephanie & Andrew were amazing hosts from our arrival till we checked out. Nothing was too much trouble for them, a pot of tea on arrival and chat about our journey there and providing information of where to go during our stay. Each day a fresh bottle of milk provided in our fridge with the tea tray topped up with biscuits and other essentials.. Andrew’s breakfasts are out of this world and set us up for the day and again nothing was too much trouble to change if we didn’t like a particular ingredient. Plus they gave us a permit so we had free parking throughout our stay. It’s a shame we had to come home. N/A
