Which in the day would be difficult to navigate. I booked my stay at 10pm as an emergency and this was not clear. After my uber refused to continue on the path I contacted the hotel to see if they’d allow me to cancel and have received no response

- סומך (4/5): - המלון ממוקם בין ההרים הנוף יפה עובדי המלון :, פקיד הקבלה, האחראי על חדר האוכל אנטישמיים. הם לא מוכנים לנקוף אצבע לעזרת התיירים. המלון מבודד לחלוטין ממקום יישוב ומחייב לאכול את הארוחות במקום. א הבוקר דלה ושום רצון או עזרה מהצוות להכין משהו שהוא חריג כמו חביתה. המלון בנוי על צלע הר, אין מעלית, אין גישה ללובי עם מזוודות אלא דרך מדרון תלול ומסוכן או אלף מדרגות וכמו שאמרתי שום נכונות מהצוות לעזרה. נדמה לי שהיחס שלהם היה מושתת בעיקר על אגנדה פוליטית לאחר שראו את הדרכונים שלנו. לעולם לא שוב במלון הזה!

- Alex (7/5): great location but the hotel itself is in need of renovation - + quiet area + great view from the top of the mountain + decent breakfast - noise in the hotel: the hotel is located in a quiet area, so there's no noise from the outside. But inside the hotel you can hear your neighbors well and everything that is happening on the reception - the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so whenever you take it, the whole bathroom gets flooded

No prior information or notification tell me whats going on here. I driven all day my car to get here to rest, i check in late and I paid 200 euro per night for sleep nad i can't If there are such issues you have to inform the guests in advance so i can cancel my reservation or find alternative You have not told me anything about this, I really can't sleep with this noise This is disrespectful to me, terrible service and you should inform me before. You must compensate for bad management and services

Location on a hill and takes at least 20 min to be on the highway. Hotel staff very nice and supportive. Fantastic breakfast Dinner possibilities could be better comparing to the breakfast.

- Rajeeve (8/5): - This Hotel is over priced. I booked two nights for standard rooms it cost £79 per night, I paid full amount of two nights. When I checked in the hotel that receptionist show me couple of nice rooms then I selected one of the room then he told me to pay extra €200 tax for one night I shocked. They did not price the room on website or expedia, this is kind of scammed. Then I paid that extra €200 tax. I asked them to can you please cancel my second night reservation but they did not agree with it. The important thing is if you don't have own vechile you are stuck in this hotel all day. I tried Mani times uber and local taxi they did not come to the hotel, therefore we left the Hote before one night early. They charged over and also they did not refund the one night payment. It is shame. I do not come to this hotel anymore. I'm not recommend this hotel anyone.
- Linda (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel, and as we had read that there was no lift and a lot of stairs, we asked for a room with minimal stairs. When we arrived, Joseph offered us an amazing suite on the same floor as reception and the restaurant, for a small supplement. We had an amazing view of the stunning main pool and a bath with a wall like the moon behind! Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Our only comment would be that the room had no kettle. As I am disabled, the staff told us to park our car inside the hotel grounds so that I did not have to go up and down the steps to the roadside parking which made a huge difference to us.

But once inside the staff was kind enough to assist with taking the luggage to the room. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing and view spectacular both day and night. I would stay here again but would definitely upgrade to a suite, skip the supper offered at the property, and arrive early enough to enjoy the pool we arrived at 7:30 and pool closes at 8pm.

The property is beautiful, interesting, spread out on various levels along the hillside. The only small issue is that the walls between rooms are thin. Bar and restaurant were very good.

- Fabian (8/5): - This is our second visit and this hotel has the most Incredible views of Torrelles de Llobregat and Monserrat. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We enjoyed a nice dinner overlooking The Valley from almost 1,000 feet up. Rooms are comfortable. Only watch out is the drive up is very steep with hair pin turns so if driving up be sure you can drive manual up without sliding backwards or use an automatic vehicle. We also ran into some wild boars on the road at night after dinner which was interesting. They ran off into the woods eventually. A unique and wonderful experience.

- melovebob (2/5): I was denied a breakfast that I paid for treated like prostitute - The truth is that the place is beautiful and in theory it would have the potential to be a discreet and romantic escape hotel but the quality of service left me speechless. I was threatened by dinner waiters who would throw me out onto the street when I wanted to settle the bill for dinner, I literally called the police out of fear. I went with my older partner and the first question when I ordered a bottle of wine was “where is your friend?” I came down for dinner, I asked if dinner is included and no one could tell me. When a man came back, seeming influenced by some substance, he invited me to the table. In the end dinner was a buffet of a couple of sandwiches, hummus or omelet. They told me later that it is €23 and when I went confused saying that I prefer to clarify it in the morning a waiter was aggressive, started threatening me and I literally escaped to my room. In the morning I paid for dinner and the receptionist told me that he will not allow me to eat the included breakfast for two people. I am absolutely amazed. He threatened me that he will report me for saying that I believe the waiter was influenced by drugs and he told me that he wants me to leave the hotel because I called the police at night. Well the conclusion? I paid for the night, two bottles of wine, dinner and two breakfasts, they charged me, treated me like a prostitute and effectively kicked me out in the morning without breakfast or coffee. Absurd. Nothing like this ever happened in my life.
- Ida (8/5): Nydelig uteområde og utsikt - Vi nøt oppholdet i avslappede fine omgivelser, med god service og hyggelige ansatte. Det var fullt da vi kom, men på vår andre dag fikk vi tilbud om å oppgradere rommet. Bassengområdet var nydelig og vi hadde det for det meste for oss selv. Det var fin frokostbuffet og litt mer sparsommelig middagsbuffet, men utsikten fra terrassen og spisestuen er som navnet tilsier fantastisk. Alt i alt et veldig fint opphold!

Un hôtel magnifique, un personnel très accueillant et très serviable, un petit-déjeuner très copieux, une chambre parfaite.. en résumé on frôle la perfection !! Seul petit bémol pas de restaurant au sein de l’établissement mais ils ont mis en place un buffet pour le soir très bon mais toujours le même!! Mais il y’a d’excellents petits restaurants dans la localité à côté

- Amine (2/5): Worst experience in Spain - the staff is professional and nice very fat from the airport. I had to pay 60 euros each ways. at 21:00, I could not order any food. very far restaurant and everything is closed. the photos are not showing the right picture of the rooms. it is misleading. MOST IMPORTANTLY, there is no loft and lot of stairs. I have knee and back injuries and was very concerned for me with my heavy luggage.

- Julian (8/5): Room with a view - The location of the hotel is stunning but with the view comes the challenge of getting around locally, you really do need a Hire Car as it is a 40 minute walk down (and then up!) into the local town. The staff are really friendly and helpful especially Joseph and Innes. The rooms are really comfy but just lacked the finishing touches, a kettle, small fridge, a toilet roll holder and some hooks for towels to name a few things that would really bring the level up. The pool areas were excellent with stunning views over the valleys.
- Fudge6 (6/5): This place could be amazing - Our stay here was pleasant... the views from the hotel are truly stunning... however some care needs to be taken when booking here.. I wish we had taken more time to research before we booked... YOU NEED A CAR HIRE... very remote and Nothing to do close by and no other restaurants ... Almost impossible to get to Barcelona city center without a car or spending a fortune on Taxi's €50 from the airport... each way. Our 2nd day we walked for 40 mins... to the closest bus stop took the bus to a metro stop to get to Barcelona city.. whole trip took almost 1.5 hrs...The hotel its self needs some love and attention.. toilet roll holders, towel hooks, fridge or mini bar would be nice.. as would a kettle in the room .... the room was clean and towels and bedding too... staff were mostly friendly and certainly appreciated a little spoken Spanish/Catalan.. water/drinks if you are staying several days is expensive in the hotel... and no snacks available except breakfast and dinner... so bring something with you... food was ok but not amazing... we wouldn't return to the hotel unless they changed a few things... as my title says... it could be amazing...
- jensen222 (2/5): Don't Do It! - Joseph, the manager, needs a lesson in hospitality and customer service! He could not have been less helpful or accommodating during our several interactions. He made us feel as though it was an imposition to have us there, rather than treat us as valued guests! The property also needs some attention. There were a number of broken things, with IKEA furnishings to "spruce up" the place. Although billed as close to airport, that's as the crow flies; it takes quite a while to get through all the twists and turns on narrow roads. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere, particularly if Joseph is working!

- obsterman (10/5): Great getaway far from the crowds - This is a really nice quiet place to stay near Barcelona. The drive to get there is steep and winding, but fun and worth it. The hotel is perched on the top of a steep hill with an absolutely unbeatable view from the swimming area (which is very nice, with a regular pool, infinity pool, jacuzzi, and comfortable seating) and the restaurant. The rooms are simple, not fancy, but our room was huge and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Definitely can recommend.
