- Mzamo (4/5): - It was disappointing more especially with the fact that we intended to have a dinner in the lodge but the circumstances didn't allow us. We were told that the food was prepared for the group that was booked there...for us, this implied that we were less important than the group that was booked-in that same day. Then we opted to order from the Menu by contacting the reception, we were then told that we must come to the reception to order...for me this defeat ed the purpose of being in a Hotel/Lodge environment where you want to rest and relax. We ended up going somewhere else to get something to eat... Please forgive me for my ignorance if this is how your lodge operates...maybe we should have done a bit of a research...but it was a very disappointing night for us. we ended up leaving the Lodge at around 23h00 and went back home because we didn't see the need to remain there.

We were itching the whole night and had dust mites type of bites. You could smell the previous person that stayed there on the pillow case. The rest of of the stay was very good as usual.

The noise from the other guests was terrible, doors making noises, people talking loud till early hours of the ,morning,It was a Thursday night so i dont understand why this could not be controlled by your staff, we did not have a peaceful night at all...No Laundry bag was issued , had to request..

Only downfall is the extractor fans in the restaurant don’t work so well so the rooms on the left hand side of the hotel gets all of the smelly food from the extractor fans in the rooms. That was unpleasant cause you can’t open the windows pool facing for those reasons.

We wanted to know if it is possible to have a room that would sleep the 3 of us but was told that unfortunately the sleeper couch is only available for children under 12. So disappointing that we have to look elsewhere for accomodation

The web mentioned different pricing not the same as we got on our arrival. The amount of breakfast was a bit steep to what was offered. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and we will call back.

- MR MAGESHAN (10/5): Pleasant Stay - Place was good overall and rooms very neat. Around 3:30am in the morning there was a slight disturbance, i guess from guests that partied abit too much, but never last long. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety. A big thank you to the staff at the kitchen for making us the chicken sausages as we don't eat pork or beef. Just a suggestion to put a sign board to turn right into the road lodge from the road access past the traffic circle, most people might drive right pass it. Most enjoyable stay :)

Reception insisted I first get my ID which was in my car. After a 7 hour trip I needed to go to the toilet urgently. When I had to go back to my car it unfortunately was too late and very embarrassing.
