- Takehiro (4/5): よくあることと思えば まあまあか。 - 「朝食」は良かった。 大風呂も空いている時間帯の利用だったこともあるのだろうが、そこそこ良かった。 ただし、どの辺が備長炭の効果なのか、全くわからなかった。 三人部屋を予約した時は、シングルベット３台のはずだった。予約後フロントに電話したら「間違いない」と言う返答だった。 当日案内された部屋は（シングルベット２台とソファーベッド１台）の組み合わせだった。 後日・・・支配人宛に契約違反の範疇ではないかの苦情の手紙を送ったが・・・未だ何の返信もない・・・残念だ。

En la habitación había una tele que quitaba mucho espacio sobre la mesa. Supongo que alguien ve la tele hoy en día en los hoteles.

Washou Market is an outstanding place to enjoy fresh seafood or purchase it. At the Kushiro train station, some staff members at the bus terminal or tourist information center can speak English, making it easier for visitors to navigate. You can use the Kushiro or Akan buses to explore various attractions, such as Wharf Moo, the speed ice skating rink, the warm water swimming pool, Fumizono Onsen, the zoo, and the AEON shopping mall. Big bath at basement is our favourite time to share and free massage chairs and two washing machines & driers at the corner. There are relaxing room at 1st floor, offer the teas n coffee and supper for Ochazuke is amazing! Even you can use free PC to search your favourite! The hotel is perfect for families!! None

- Koichi (10/5): - 朝5時半頃始発の花咲線に乗りましたが、釧路駅の目の前にホテルが位置しているので大変便利でした。施設内も綺麗で清潔です。フロントの方も大変親切です。夜中のお茶漬けサービスもあり難かったです。大浴場もありますので湯船にゆっくりつかり、一日の疲れを癒しました。周辺には居酒屋さんも数軒ありますのでお酒で一杯の夕食も楽しめます。大変便利で予定通り旅ができてありがとうございました。

- Chun Ching (6/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The air conditioner was not working well, making the room extremely hot throughout the night, even with the windows open. To cope, I had to tilt the air purifier to point at me just to cool down a bit. On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was generally good, making for a decent short shower. However, the WiFi was incredibly slow and almost unusable, which was quite frustrating. Despite these issues, the staff was very helpful and attentive, even though they had limited English proficiency. They did their best to assist me whenever needed, which I really appreciated. Given the considerably low price of the hotel, it’s hard to expect much more. However, some basic comforts like effective air conditioning and usable WiFi would have made the stay much more pleasant.
