- Christian (10/5): - Sehr schöne und weitreichende Anlage mit unheimlich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Hotel und die Infrastruktur sind sehr gepflegt, gerade wenn man die Belegungsfrequenz, gerade in der Hauptferienzeit, berücksichtigt. Das Essen ist vielfältig, wiederholt sich im Hauptrestaurant nach einer Woche. Es wird allgemein viel im Cretan Village geboten. Wir kommen wieder.
- Neil (10/5): - First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back, We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped. Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though.

- Geoffrey William (10/5): - Beautifully landscaped resort with excellent food options and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant distance from the airport for transfers. Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre. The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

- Maria (8/5): - Wonderful Family Holiday at Mitsi Cretan Village - Service Shines! We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Mitsi Cretan Village with our 3-year-old toddler, and overall, we had a truly lovely family holiday. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff and service, which genuinely felt like a proper 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive and hospitable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The layout of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beach and the various pools. As a family hotel, you should expect children and a lively atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. We wouldn't necessarily recommend this resort for couples or friends seeking a quieter getaway. We would also recommend requesting a room in the quieter parts of the hotel. We were initially allocated a room above the main bar, which was quite noisy. The best rooms are likely located on either side of the complex. However, it's worth noting that regardless of your room location, there will likely be some level of activity going on until at least 10 pm. Our little one absolutely loved the kids' areas, especially the fantastic pools. The kids' corner was also very welcoming, and the activities they had planned looked very interesting, with the children seeming thoroughly engaged. There were also plenty of
- Nina (10/5): - Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war super (All-inklusive), abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber, so dass das wenig auffällt. Das meer super sauber und toll.

Par contre quel gaspillage de nourriture pour certaines personnes...l hôtel avait mis une affiche pour informer 4 kilogrammes de nourriture gâcher pour une semaine par personne. Elle a été arrachée... le club coralia ne s occupe que des français qui ont le bracelet Club Coralia...le personnel de l hôtel est très discret tout en étant aux petits soins et serviables.

Seul défaut, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées et très froides! Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais un peu bâclé au niveau des poussières par terre, mais sinon bien quand même ! Nous avions une vue sur les jardins et c’est très joli et bien entretenu . Il y a le responsable du club Coralia qui s’appelle Paul, il est super, toujours là pour vous aider! - Rashesh (10/5): Lovely family holiday - The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday

Plage au pied de l'hôtel (attention aux rochers) Difficile par contre de se déplacer sans voiture. Un petit bémol avec une rembarde en peinture fraîche non indiquée (pantalon malheureusement irrécupérable).
- Birgit (8/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr sauber und ordentliches, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings wurde unser Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz beschädigt und das Hotel hat nicht zur Aufklärung beigetragen. Auch die Übernahme der Reparaturkosten wurde nicht angeboten. Wir sind auf dem Schaden sitzen geblieben und mussten einen nicht unerheblichen Betrag aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Das ergibt leider abschließend einen leicht negativen Eindruck unseres ansonsten schönen Urlaubs.

Das eine oder andere in die Jahre gekommen wird jedoch nach und nach erneuert. Das Essen egal wo in der Anlage sehr lecker! Strand etwas zu steinig nach unserem Geschmack. Wasserschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Wasser jadoch klar und sauber. Die Anlage würden wir weiterempfehlen. Der Strand ist Geschmackssache

The pools are not heated but we had the chance of plenty of sunshine in October. The food is of high quality. A lot of fresh and lovely prepared dishes. The 2 restaurants a la carte offers a very good culinary experience. Thanks a lot to all the team of the village especially thankx to Elena DAMILAKI for always smiling, helping, guiding and wormly welcoming.

- Arto (10/5): Loistava hinta-laatu -suhde ja mahtava palvelu - Alku lähti hieman kankeasti käyntiin, koska meillä oli ongelmia tilatun lentokenttäkuljetuksen kanssa. Juttelin asiasta manageri Eva Fragkiadakin kanssa ja asia hoidettiin erittäin upeasti ja hän piti huolen että 2vko reissumme oli muilta osin täydellinen. Meillä oli iso perhehuone, mikä oli tilava kolmen lapsen kanssa matkustaessa ja siistissä kunnossa. Altaat ja ranta olivat hyviä. Joiltain osin resortti voisi hyötyä pienestä kasvojenkohotuksesta, mutta sellainenkin on kuulemma tulossa pian uuden Mitsis-brändin alla. Ruoka oli all-inclusive resortiksi varsin maistuvaa, vaikkei valikoima ollutkaan valtava joihinkin isompiin verrattuna. Erityisesti hotellin aulabaarissa drinkit olivat poikkeuksellisen hyviä. Lapset nauttivat kerhosta ja kehuivat vetäjiä todella mukaviksi. He halusivat osallistua useana päivänä ja nauttivat eri aktiviteeteista. Erityisesti muihin vastaaviin verrattuna voi mainita sen, että vettä ja muita juomia ja jopa olutta voi hakea useasta paikasta ihan itse ilman jonotusta, vaikkapa omalla terassilla nautittavaksi. Tässä resortissa henkilökunnan asenne ja palveluhalu oli omaa luokkaansa. Jos sitä arvostaa, niin suosittelen lämpimästi. Hinta lomalle oli valitsemassamme huoneluokassa (5hlö) varsin kohtuullinen ja paikka todella tarjosi rahoille vastinetta. Meillä oli hieno ja onnistunut loma!

Un peu déçue de la chambre : Je ne vois pas de différence entre bungalow vue mer avec supplément et chambre : très bruyante, ménage quotidien léger. Restauration buffet basique, qualité relative mais beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant La Pergola est catastrophique en revanche. Équipe d’animation dynamique et motivée malgré la faible fréquentation de jeunes gens. Pour ce prix hors saison, offre correcte. Impensable en haute saison

Le mobilier du salon et la reception sont à moderniser. Les chambres familiales sont très spacieuses. Il faudrait changer les rideaux sui laissent entrer le jour et isoler.

- Christos (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt bei sehr nettem Personal! - Im Allgemeinen war es sehr schön und wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit dort verbracht!! Manche Sachen könnten besser sein, man kann aber nichts ändern, es handelt sich um ein altes Hotel, das sehr bald renoviert werden muss! Die Zimmer sind ok, die Reinigung war sehr gut, in der Taverne Frau Giouli die Bedienung, sowie die beiden Köche Lefteris und Vangelis machen ausgezeichnete Arbeit, sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich für das Beste!! Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, offen, will von sich erzählen und ein Teil des Urlaubs werden! Alle sind sehr froh, wenn man ihnen ein gutes Wort über ihre Arbeit sagt, sie lobt und natürlich sie machen den Aufenthalt angenehm und zum besonderen Erlebnis! Meine Familie und meine Freunde waren sehr begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft, der Qualität der Gastronomie, von der Valentina und dem Rahmenprogramm, von der Vielfalt und dem großen Angebot! Sehr bald müssen aber alle Stein-Böden frisch lackiert und die Löcher gefüllt werden, damit die Anlage überhaupt sauberer aussieht! An der Rezeption sind manche neuen Sessel nötig, die Fenster der Taverne müssen sofort gereinigt und die Lichter gewechselt werden, (sie machen einem sehr müde), die Tore mit dem Müll vom Restaurant direkt neben dem Eingang des Hotels müssen geschlossen bleiben, es sieht ja schrecklich aus, wenn man ankommt und vieles vieles mehr, damit man sich nicht so sehr unterstellt fühlt, in diesem Hotel zu wohnen und nicht in den beiden benachbarten Mitsis!!

- tony (8/5): - L'hotel en lui même est correct, notre chambre était bien située, propre et faite tous les jours. La literie extrêmement dure était un vrai problème. La plage de petits cailloux est agréable. nous n'avons pas participé aux animations (pas notre truc) donc pas de commentaire à ce niveau. Pour des Français, la nourriture n'est pas très savoureuse, ni variée. Les légumes ne sont pas murs, les plats locaux très salés (tapenade olives immangeables). Au niveau des boissons (mais c'est pareil dans toutes les chaines d'hotel) sodas trop sucrés et jus de fruits qui n'en sont pas, vins imbuvables. L'eau du robinet n'étant pas potable, la distribution de l'eau se fait par frigos remplis de bouteilles d'1/2l non recyclées car il n'y a pas de containers prévus à cet effet, hormis quelques poubelles au bord des piscines. Les pissicnes sont nombreuseseta adaptées a chaque tranche d'age, assez calmes et surveillées pour la plupart de 10h à 18h. Excellent séjour grace aux visites et trésor de cette belle ile.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Surclassé hôtel Royal Mare à côté... - Surclassées au Royal Mare en 5* juste a côté (même groupe) c'est très beau, mais la chambre était vers l'entrée tout en haut, ça fait loin du cretan village, ça grimpe énormément pour profiter des animations là-bas, car au royal mare c'est très calme aucune animation, peu adapté pour un séjour avec enfant... Plusieurs piscines, il y a en pour chaque bloc de chambres, en plus des communes. Le personnel est adorable. Les repas sont bons, surtout resto a la carte et buffet du soir. Le snack bar du midi manque de diversité sur toute la semaine... Rien autour de l'hôtel, pas possible de faire à pied ou en bus, il faut louer une voiture et s'éloigner pour visiter un peu, ou prendre taxi. Le cretan village est plus ambiance club, plus vivant, c'est pour cela que je l'avais sélectionné. Différentes équipes d'animation (différents pays) pas facile de trop comprendre les plannings d'animation... Nous avons pu profiter de moments au calme au royal et animés au cretan mais les allers retours nous ont vite lassées, et on ne se sent finalement d'aucun hôtel... plus difficile de créer des liens avec d'autres vacanciers.. Donc meme si c'était bien, je reste mitigée sur cette réservation. Ce complexe hôtelier se trouve sur le couloir aérien de l'aéroport d'Heraklion plutôt proche de là, un avion toutes les 10 minutes toute la journée, c'est assez pénible

- Tatiana (8/5): Bon séjour en général - Bon séjour en général. Petit hic à l arrivée : nous étions 4 et avons reçu une chambre pour 3. Plusieurs pannes d d'électricité le 1er soir. Chasse d eau des wc défectueuse. Appartement vieillot. Pas beaucoup de luminosité : une fenêtre au plafond. Le lendemain on nous a proposé une autre chambre, bien mieux que la 1ere. 5 lits, rénovée et moderne, belle salle de bain. Beaucoup de lumière et une jolie petite terrasse. La manager s est excusée de nous avoir donné cette première chambre. Nous etions ravis du changement. Buffet incroyable : beaucoup de choix et produits frais. Restaurants et bar de plage (fermé la 2ème semaine) où l on peut prendre sa nourriture et ses boissons à la piscine ou à la plage. Les enfants ont adoré aller au mini club. Mini disco pour les petits et animation tous les soirs. Sympathique équipe d animateurs italiens. Hotel tres propre en general. Notre chambre était très bien nettoyée la 1ere semaine, par contre, très mal faite les 2 derniers jours (changement de personnel ?). C etait la fin de saison et le bar de plage était fermé notre fin de séjour. Piscines pas chauffées, c etait un peu difficile d y entrer. La mer était plus chaude, mais malheureusement il y avait beaucoup de vagues et presque chaques jours le drapeau rouge.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Kurzaufenthalt - sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang der Receptionisten abends um 23 Uhr, kostenloses Upgrade erhalten (Garten zu Meersicht) , grosses geräumiges Zimmer , gutes Frühstücksbüffet .. Abendbuffet durchschnittlich .. Nach nur 3 Abenden hatten wir die Auswahl am Buffet gesehen .. Speisen waren kalt .. am Pool hatte es immer genügend Liegen .. abends Barbetrieb mit 2x guter Livemusik ..
- sabrina (6/5): buon hotel, eccellente accesso alla spiaggia - Discreto hotel, giardini molto ben curati, bellissimo mare e spiaggia, ben curati con lettini e ombrelloni. ristorantino alle spalle della spiaggia eccellente dove mangiare ottimo cibo. Pasti a buffet molto vari e con quantità abbondanti di tutto quanto. pulizia camere nì.......reception un po' fatiscente sicuramente da migliorare. Animazione super , ragazzi bravissimi e competenti., Villaggio preso d'assalto da russi, lettoni.... Nel complesso bellissima vacanza da consigliare sicuramente!

- tomas (8/5): - Summer vacation. The food was limited a little (vegetable and fruits especially). Although the hotel offers wifi, the connection was not stable at all and I rather used data roaming than wifi.
- emmanuelle (4/5): Accueil nuls et séjour nuls - Pb dans la réservation, nous avis été transférés vers un autre hotel de qualité cette fois. Que des russes ou des italiens. Animation qu'en italien, rien pour les ados. D'autant plus qd tout est en italien. Nourriture exécrable : toujours les mêmes viandes, légumes et salades sans parler des des desserts. Jamais de place sur le transats aux piscines, d'ailleurs piscines impraticables tellement il y a de monde. donc nous sommes très déçus par ce club. N'y allez pas!
- shirley (6/5): Nice hotel with own beach - Bed was really firm which ment no sleep for me for a week. Rooms were small and could of been cleaner. Wifi was sketchy and limited so my husband had to buy extra data so he could send emails for work. Nearest town is a taxi ride away so you are limited to resort unless you don't mind taxis. All inclusive food was very good, cocktails awful but still a lovely place to be in May. I wouldn't book when high season. Would be too crowded.
