• Daniel (7/5): - This is a great place to stay for a couple of nights; it’s right in the heart of Valencia, so you won’t need to use public transportation at all. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and interesting places to visit within a 20-minute walk. The price for the apartment is well below market rate, and overall, it’s a great option for two people. The apartment is also well-equipped. The price you pay for this location is constant noise. It’s an old building right in the heart of downtown, on the second floor. You’ll be able to tell what time of night it is without even looking at a clock, because the bars around here close between 1 and 4 a.m., and over time you’ll learn the schedule of each one. The noise from cars driving over the manhole below will also never leave you alone. But overall, if you’re okay with sleeping in earplugs, you can get around this problem. The couch in the living room was old and a bit broken, so my friend who stayed with us wasn’t very comfortable sleeping there.

Единственный минус - очень мало розеток для электроприборов, рядом с диваном ни одной. Неудобно, тк вечером сидишь отдыхаешь, а телефон на зарядке в спальне. В остальном, претензий нет

All’ultimo momento ci contatta il proprietario dicendoci che non potevamo più recarci qui perché i precedenti ospiti avevano danneggiato la doccia e non sarebbe stato possibile ripararla per il nostro arrivo. Purtroppo ho dovuto accettare lo scandaloso posto che ci ha offerto in alternativa perché non potevamo fare altrimenti. Prenotare per lo stesso giorno era impossibile. Tra l’altro non ci ha fatto nemmeno uno sconto per il disagio dato che l’altro appartamento era vecchissimo e che da solo non avrei mai scelto. Servizio deludente Poca serietà da parte del proprietario. Seppur mi ha offerto una soluzione non mi ha fatto nessuno sconto sul prezzo. Me lo aspettavo, anche perché l’appartamento che mi ha prosposto non era lontanamente nemmeno nelle porte simile a questo. Vecchio e con le finestre che non si chiudevano. Non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua come benvenuto.
• Karen (1/5): Absolut KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!!! - Zentrale Lage Hände weg von diesem Anbieter! Wir hatten 6 Tage in einer Fewo gebucht, die wir uns – wie üblich – nach Bildern, Ausstattung und Lage ausgesucht hatten (Dachgeschoss, 2 Zimmer, Balkon) Einen Tag vorher hieß es, wir könnten nicht rein, weil die Dusche kaputt sei. Es wurden uns 2 Alternativ-Appartements an anderen Orten angeboten, die unsere Kriterien nicht erfüllten und zudem extrem schlechte Bewertungen hatten! Als wir diese ablehnten, sollte die Ursprungswohnung überraschenderweise doch plötzlich beziehbar sein. Vor Ort war unsere angebliche Wohnung dann eine komplett andere – ein Zimmer statt 2, im EG (extrem dunkel ohne Lüftungsmöglichkeit) ohne Balkon und völlig unästhetisch und verwohnt! Beim Verweis auf die gebuchten Kriterien und Bilder gegenüber der Vermittlerin hieß es, das sei nur ein wahlloser Pool an Bildern von allen Wohnungen, es sein Glückssache, wo man letztendlich landen würde. Sowas ist uns noch nicht passiert! Unfassbar! Als „beste“ aktuell noch verfügbare Wohnung bekamen wir letztlich erneut an anderer Adresse eine Raucherwohnung, immerhin im 1.OG. Nach schlichtweg keiner anderen Option aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit, konnten wir lediglich den Preis reduzieren, mussten aber in den sauren Apfel beißen und die 6 Nächte dort aushalten (Schlafzimmer „belüftbar“ zu einem modrigen dunklen Lichtschacht, Inventarvöllig kaputt und verwohnt und als weiterem Mitbewohner einer Kakerlake im Bad, Zustand insgesamt an Lieblosigkeit nicht zu überbieten).

• Annik (7/5): - Grandiose Lage und gute Ausstattung des Apartments. Einfaches Einchecken und gute Anleitung für das Erhalten der Schlüssel. Leider ist es nachts extrem laut und man hört alles, was auf der Straße so vor sich geht. Ohne Ohropax kommt man hier nicht zur Ruhe und selbst das ist teilweise nicht ausreichend.

• Diana (6/5): Das Apartement ist leider nur durchschnittlich, hat aber eine super Lage. - Die Lage des Apartements ist super. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Apartement hatte viel Platz. Neben dem elektronischen Zugang wurde auch ein Schlüssel zu Verfügung gestellt. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind sehr gut. Es war ausreichend Duschgel und Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Das Wifi hat super funktioniert. Die Möbel bis auf das Bett sind schon sehr abgewohnt. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist total kaputt. Auch 2 der 4 Stühle sind nicht mehr in Ordnung. Es gibt nur 3 Frühstücksteller, kein Brett und auch kein Messer zum Brot schneiden. Es gibt keinen Tritt um an die hohen Ablagen in den Küchenschränken zu kommen. Es gab nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer.

• Vicente (10/5): - Me gustó mucho la ubicación del apartamento, también la distribución y sobretodo que era igual que en las fotos, la verdad que el precio es acuerdo con el apartamento que nos tocó. Había algún que otro baño que olía mal o no estaban disponibles, pero por todo lo demás cumplió bastante bien nuestras expectativas y también lo que mejoraría sería el sistema para entregar las llaves.

De plus la télécommande pour le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Je n'ai jamais eu satisfaction. Je me suis couverte avec mon manteau ! J'ai eu froid et c'est très embêtant. Pour terminer c'était sale . Des cheveux dans la douche., les sols . J'ai tout nettoyé, balai et serpillère . Je ne reviendrai pas .

• Jasmine (3/5): Tremendo - La posizione. Avrei dovuto alloggiare al Down Town ma il giorno prima dell’arrivo mi spostano al Hideout 26 per problemi alla doccia. Non ci sono state scuse per questa cosa. Arriviamo e non riesco ad entrare, arriva una ragazza che (mi ripeto) non ci ha chiesto scusa per l’inconveniente e nell’appartamento non c’era NULLA. Neanche una bottiglietta di acqua… una macchinetta del caffè e neanche una capsula. La casa era GELIDA. C’era un solo condizionatore a scaldare tutto l’appartamento.. inutile dire che lo abbiamo dovuto tenere acceso tutti i giorni a 30 gradi per riuscire a tornare in una casa tiepida e non dormire congelati. Le finestre non si chiudevano, la tapparella in salotto era sempre alzata per metà. Doccia lurida, macchie sul divano, muffa sul soffitto… una delusione totale.

• P. Santero (3/5): - Location The flat was old, dirty, cold and dark. They changed my reservation the day before, claiming there was a problem with the shower in the flat I had originally booked. They offered a generous 50% discount, but the flat I was given was unacceptably dirty. There were stains on the walls, the air conditioning unit was full of dust, the furniture was dented and broken, the corners of the flat were filthy, and there was ash in the window rails. I looked for alternative accommodation but couldn’t find anything, so I decided to stay. However, I do not believe the flat was in acceptable condition to be rented.

Estuvieron atentos a todas mis necesidades. El lugar era muy ruidoso, de día y de noche. En el apartamento había un sofá con almohadones para ver la TV, parecía cómodo pero estaba muy sucio, olor a sudor, cabellos, etc.

• Javier (5/5): Mucho ruido de noche. - La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena, muy cerca del centro para poder ir a pie a cualquier lado y hacer turismo o salir a tomar por las zonas de ocio. La habitación es bastante espaciosa para una pareja. Tiene los techos altos. Hay mucho ruido de noche, las ventanas apenas aíslan y cualquier persona que pase hablando o vehículo parece que está en la habitación. Si necesitas tranquilidad y poco ruido a la hora de dormir este sitio no es para ti. Además no hay persianas y entra la luz a pesar de las cortinas.
• Mauro (5/5): Non soddisfatto - Facilità di accesso, la possibilità di avere anche le chiavi a disposizione oltre al sistema con il link per aprire l'appartamento. L'appartamento era vecchio e al piano terra. Seppur pulito vi erano alcune crepe nei muri e in alcuni punti il muro si scrostava. Sinceramente per il prezzo che ho pagato mi aspettavo molto di più.
• PM1962 (8/5): Cinq jours au coeur de Valencia historique - Situation parfaite dans la vieille ville de Valencia. Proximité des sites historiques, commerces, restaurants, etc. Accès aux transports en commun. Equipements bien adaptés pour un séjour de quelques jours. Prise en charge rapide d'un petit incident de machine à café remplacée dans la journée. La rénovation date un peu, et quelques petits travaux de rafraichissement seraient utiles. Le studio au rez-de-chaussée (légèrement plus bas que le niveau de la rue) manque un peu d'intimité (même si en hiver, et en étant le plus souvent de nuit, les rideaux tirés sont moins frustrant qu'en été.

Me gustaron los alrededores en pleno casco histórico de Valencia. Muy bien equipado en cuanto a utensilios para cocinar en el alojamiento. Los horarios quizá de entrada y salida creo que son un poco limitados. El alojamiento tiene poca luz natural pero no se puede hacer mucho al ser un bajo. El regular la temperatura es un poco confuso.

Non curato, sporco, privo di prodotti necessari (sapone ecc) letti piccoli e scomodi arredamento scadente e vecchio. Staff arrogante e poco disponibile nell ascoltare e risolvere il problema e il disagio creato da loro.

• Lawrence (7/5): Lovely apartment and location was great and place was spotless and would stay again. - it was tricky as you need phone signal to access the door but they do send you the WIFI so you can connect to that to open the door, so it was all good. the place did not quite look like the pictures advertised but was clean and tidy and everything was exactly what we needed for our city visit. it would be nice to have some sachets of tea and coffee so you could make a drink on arrival bar that it was great. • mike (6/5): - The apartment was okay, and the staff were nice. I didn't like the electronic key that required access from your phone every time you opened or closed the door. All the windows were tinted, so I had no view of the outside unless I opened the window. The apartment is situated on the sidewalk, which is very busy. The bars on the window made me feel as if I were in prison. The noise was constant, and I never got a good night's sleep because of it. I do not recommend this apartment.

• Cocaña (1/5): Triste, agobiante, incomoda. - La equipación de la cocina La atención al cliente. No podía acceder al registro y no me ayudaron a solucionarlo. Me dijeron el día antes que si no podía me quedaba sin habitacion. El baño desprende olor a alcantarilla que inunda toda la estancia. El sofá esta deshecho incluso me he hice daño con la madera central. Es una verguenza que uno de las dos cosas principales de un apartemento (Sofá y colchón) que son para descansar están de pena. La terraza esta tapada con un brezo de aprox 1.8 mts que no te deja ver la calle, te da sensación de zulo y es agobiante.

• Romica (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The location is central, with easy access to the city's tourist attractions. The apartment has everything you need, TVs in both rooms, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and everything you need in the kitchen. In addition, the information about accessing the apartment is very clear, everything is easy and detailed. We paid via a link. Initially, I was a little wary that it might be a scam, but it wasn't. We really liked the location and got on very well with the owner.
