A localização é ótima, o café da manhã é completo e os quartos são bem confortáveis e equipados. O ar-condicionado do quarto estava fazendo muito barulho. Além disso, senti falta de um espelho grande e de uma iluminação melhor.

Staff gentile e colazione ottima. Camera pulita con vista, letto comodo. Ottimo bar ristorante in cima. Il prezzo è un po' caro rispetto al resto del Brasile, ma siamo a Rio. Forse non è proprio un 5 stelle come camera ma è ottimo.

A camareira só passou no nosso quarto na 1ª noite , para deixar a cama pronta ou seja deixar pronto para a noite , como todo hotel de categoria 5 estrela fazem , esticar os lençóis , posicionar os travesseiros , fazer a troca das toalhas , deixar as águas de cortesia e chocolate, não fazia a reposição dos amenites , tive que comprar sabonete e creme de cabelo , na verdade só fez isso no 1º dia . Achei um descuido !

- Philip (7/5): Amazing view, great location, and stunning Rooftop Bar, but don't expect luxury. - We picked this hotel because of the view, and it didn't disappoint. The view from our room over Botafogo Bay to the Sugar Loaf mountain was amazing, and the view from the Rooftop Bar was even better as you could see Christ the Redeemer too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, both at Reception and at the Bar. The hotel is situated opposite a lovely beach and there are lots of walking routes and parks in the close vicinity. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a large Shopping Centre with Food Halls about 10 minutes away. It seemed safe walking around. The breakfast was ok, but it was a little chaotic around the buffet. We were given tokens on arrival for a free drink at the Rooftop Bar which was nice .... we enjoyed our Caipirinhas :) Although the room was modern, I'd say it was style over substance. It all looked nice and neat, but it wasn't particularly comfortable. The lighting in particular was not good. Over the bed were two industrial looking lamps. If you tried to push them up away from your head they fell down again to just above the pillow, and you couldn't turn them to face in any other direction. So you basically had the lamps lighting up your pillow, a dull tall lamp in one corner, and a bulb up behind the tv. It might not be an issue for everyone, but it was for me. To get info about the Hotel Facilities & Amenities, eg: the Mini Bar, you had to scan a QR code and look it up on your phone. The USB ports were not easy to access behind the bedside tables.

So sweet to our baby, quick with our drinks and food, brought us crayons and some ice when the baby bumped his head. Highly recommend!

- Rosalie (9/5): Great atmosphere hotel with great amenities - Great buzzy vibe and decor. Rooftop has incredible views and nice pool and lounge area, as well as good food. Breakfast was great. Rooms were really nice and clean, plus location was good. Easy to go for a long walk/run along the beach and explore the neighbourhood. I didn't get to use the coworking area or spa within the hotel but would have liked to with a bit more time.

- KimKim69 (8/5): Amazing Views and Breakfast, Rooms Could Improve - I stayed here for 3 nights with my family. I wouldn’t consider this hotel a true 5-star property. The standard room we were first given had many stains and a moldy smell in the bathroom. The floor was dirty and had visible stains. I spoke with the concierge, and they changed our room immediately. The new room was much better. The breakfast had a high-quality selection, and the rooftop was amazing, with a nice bar. They even had live music and a DJ during the weekend. The location was fantastic, offering a main view of Sugarloaf and the beach, and it was very close to Flamengo Beach. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

- andrewmH1198PN (8/5): Great location and staff but tiny rooms - Went with my teenage daughter. Incredible hotel staff - friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good but not excellent - not as much variety as I was hoping for though the quality was good. Very central location made it reasonable to Uber easily to everywhere we wanted to go. Biggest drawback is the rooms - they are tiny! Couldn't even fully open the closet door in our 2 twin room. Room was quiet, thought the beds did not over the usual Hilton-level of comfort. Would consider staying here again, but I would explore other options as well.

- rosall66 (10/5): Fun modern hotel, nice vibe and good quality - Wonderful stay in a great location in Rio. Cool, modern decor and esthetics- good vibes. Rooftop bar has a panoramic view of the city including Sugar Loaf mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Nice for sundowners. Have had two meals so far and they've both been delicious. Thank you to Junior, who does a great job at the rooftop restaurant.

Café da manhã ótimo! Chegamos antes do horário do check-in e entramos no quarto que já estava disponível. Valor do estacionamento elevado.

Vista do terraço Absolutamente Magnífica, com serviço de bar/refeições leves e piscina. O Serviço de refeições no terraço muito lento (cerca de 30 min para receber um fallafel) para a hora de almoço de dia de semana. Apesar da vibe jovial que o Hotel pretende projetar, as instalações precisam de manutenção (algo que nao esperava de um Tapestry Collection by Hilton). WC do quarto apenas inclui os básicos (e.g. shampoo, gel, amaciador). Overall, o price clearly doesn't match the quality offered.

Im Abfluss der dusche stinkte es extrem, habe reklamiert und sie sagten es ist normal. Die Bettwäsche hatte flecken. Ich habe 100.-CHF zu viel bezahlt als mir booking angezeigt hatt.
