Sudeep (10/5): A wonderful homely experience with excellent hospitality. - The most outstanding aspect of the property was the hospitality we received even though we checked in very late and they were ready to greet us and show us to our room. Since we had to leave early next morning and breakfast would only start at 8, they went out of their way to prepare coffee/tea and any other beverage with to-go cups as well as freshly baked muffins for our journey. I have not found such hospitality anywhere and I would recommend anyone coming to experience this. The facilities and room were very clean with comfortable beds. Had a good night's rest and felt energized in the morning. Considering that this is an inn and owned by a couple who do an outstanding job, my only advice is that the inn could use some updating but that is not a complaint in any way. The property is good as it is.

Kendra (9/5): You're treated like you're family! - The owners and the manager were all so wonderful to us, and we felt like we were very welcomed and at home in the whole building, not just in our room. It is a very quiet, peaceful area, and the house reflects that tranquility! It is historic and serene, and all of the plants and butterflies were so wonderful in the summertime! The photos on the listing don't do justice to how cute and well kept this place is! The breakfast was also amazing! The only thing I can think could be an improvement would be if they had a larger pitcher or container of some sort for guests to get fresh water. It's helpful to be able to fill up your water bottle from the pitcher, but we always felt like we were taking *all* of the water when we'd both fill up.

The area is a bit remote and away from the town center with limited dinning options. If we come back again we will likely stay in the inn which is the main house with lots of interesting artifacts and also the benefit of homemade breakfast included!

George (10/5): - Overall the stay was very comfortable. The hosts were very courtious and accommodating. Our room was large, clean and quite. Breakfast was wonderful. The location was easy to find, but a little odd in the sense that it was on the edge of town behind an industrial building. Not a big deal, just odd from area asthetics point of view. We'd certainly return should our travels bring us this way again.

Vincent (10/5): Cozy Stay with Excellent Service - Cozy boutique hotel. Owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. They allowed us to check in early and provided us with a steamer when they heard we were going to a wedding. They had a good selection of cookies and drinks available throughout the day. They even let us know when we left something behind in the closet after we had left.

Shaye (10/5): Better than a hotel - Location is easy to get to, close to campus, parks and museums. The host was wonderful. The place has lovely decorations from local artists and photographers. Everything was very clean. The room was a very nice size. Bathroom was clean with nice soft towels, soaps and lotion from Beekman 1802 company. Nice snack and drink area with hot beverage options (coffee, tea, hot cocoa), water, OJ and Apple juice. Had a delicious breakfast of banana bread, french toast, fresh fruit, and sausage. Will accomodate to food allergies. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody coming to the area.

John (10/5): Beautiful Inn - Fantastic inn and innkeepers. Could not have been more pleased and Margie and Jay were very welcoming and helpful. Spotless and comfortable. A mini art gallery and history museum too. Breakfast was delicious.
Dana (10/5): - I absolutely loved the staff. They were so kind and accommodating. We had to leave earlier than the breakfast would be ready the following day - and they went out of their way to wrap up some goodies for us to bring with us upon exit! Also, they apply ALOT of effort to keep the walkway and stairs safe - which is NOT easy during Geneseo winters! We will definitely be staying again soon!

The Inn keeper ws so friendly and gave us great advice about where to eat dinner and a glass shop to visit on our travels after checking out. It was so nice to have tea and coffee available all day. The bedroom was very comfortable with a jacuzzi and fireplace, equipped with bathrobes and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite good, prepared on site by an owner. Staff was very nice to us and helpful.

I really liked the very warm welcome and the personal touch by the owners of the hotel I liked the welcoming entrance and having a coffee outside on the veranda in the morning Having the bar and restaurant right next door was very convenient The breakfast was excellent and again with an amazing personal touch We wanted a room with two beds and the room we had was quite small. Noises pass quite easily through the walls.

Margo (10/5): Gracious, historical, comfortable! - Beautifully restored and appointed old home full of history. Friendly, helpful, informative staff. Oak Suite was spacious and gracious, good view, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing! Great place for us to stay while visiting Letchworth State Park. It was not a problem for us, but be prepared that the front entrance is up a significant set of stairs.

The place is very cozy and makes for a perfect stay with art all over the walls , fresh made breakfast each diff that the cook picks out . Amazing staff who makes cookies at night for the kids .
