- Steve (10/5): Plas Tan-Yr-Allt Historic Country House B&B, a little slice of heaven! - A beautiful house and grounds, with incredible views. Mark is a genial and considerate host. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful variety of choices. The owners attention to detail is a joy to behold, with even providing a small pair of scissors at the dining tables to open sauce sachets. We shall definitely stay here again when back in this lovely part of North Wales. Nothing.

- John (10/5): Fabulous guest house, a true home from home, highly recommended! - Fabulous 18th century historic house as original as it could possibly be, beautifully restored, maintained, decorated and furnished. Exceptional hosts in Mark & Howard who made us feel very welcome, we enjoyed a 3 night stay and it truly felt like a home from home. The house sits in a secluded an elevated position and has fantastic views over the estuary to the mountains beyond, with a lovely garden and covered verandah from which to enjoy them. There is also a guest drawing room where it is really pleasant to sit and read a book, chat, have a glass of wine etc. If you are interested the hosts provide a wealth of information about the history of the house, its original owner, it's many historically important former residents and visitors.

- jackson (10/5): The Plas, Tremadog - The welcome from our host was very friendly the facilities were like stepping into Downton Abbey we indulged in the 'afternoon tea' served in the drawing room. Our room with 4 poster bed was extremely comfortable. If we are in the area again 100% we will return. Not meeting the elusive business Partner, but have to say Mark 'front of house' couldn't have been more accomodating to our requirements
- Jane (10/5): Sumptuously comfortable and peaceful stay. - Gorgeous comfortable historic house in very peaceful natural environment with lovely elevated view towards the estuary. Mark was a most considerate and attentive front of house host.
Every detail was attended to. The breakfast was delicious. The afternoon tea in the drawing room indulgent. I have come home and had to buy a butter curler inspired by our stay! All was excellent.

- Lynne (10/5): This is one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve had in the UK… - The breakfast was exceptional!… the food, presentation and service was second to none!… My family call me a Hotel Snob!…. because I own up to being quite “picky” …. but I have to say I could not find any fault with this hotel… The location is amazing, fabulous grounds and views, the proprietor’s attention to detail is unsurpassed!… I would challenge anybody to find a better hotel!…

- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (10/5): A B&B that I would most definitely recommend to friends - Lovely breakfasts and we even managed to place our order using the tablet set up in the room! Mark ensured that all our needs were met. The room had double aspect windows which gave us views of the gardens and across the estuary to Harlech. We sat out on the veranda enjoying evening drinks on a couple of evenings, with blankets provided if needed. The room was a really good size but apparently not the largest and dressed with some lovely pieces of furniture. Really hard to say what could be better but it took a couple of attempts to learn how much pressure was needed to press the button on the WC for the flush to work - but we mastered it and all was well!
