Dominique (8/5): Bonne qualité et bons services - Hôtel moderne et confortable, bien équipé. Le restaurant est de bonne qualité le petit déjeuner varié. Emplacement proche de la route principale mais orientée vers l’est. Pour rejoindre l’ouest il faut éviter les bouchons du matin jusque 9h. J’ai réservé une chambre on fumeur mais située au 1er étage, les odeurs de fumée venant du rez de chaussée étaient trop présentes. J’aurais préféré une chambre à un étage plus élevé.

Rahmi (1/5): - ich habe mein Fahrzeug über Nacht auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels abgestellt – in der Annahme, dass dieser durch Kameras überwacht wird und somit ein gewisses Maß an Sicherheit besteht. Leider wurde mein Auto in der Nacht mutwillig beschädigt. Die komplette rechte Seite wurde zerkratzt – offenbar mit einem Schlüssel. Der oder die Täter hatten offenbar gezielten Zugang zum Fahrzeug. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich umgehend an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob es Kameraaufzeichnungen gibt, anhand derer man den Vorfall eventuell nachvollziehen könnte. Zunächst wurde mein Anliegen nur sehr oberflächlich behandelt. Man teilte mir mit, dass die Kameras zwar sichtbar seien, aber leider nicht aufzeichnen würden oder nicht auf den entsprechenden Bereich zeigen. Erst nach rund 20 Minuten wurde meine Telefonnummer aufgenommen – mit dem Hinweis, dass sich jemand bei mir melden würde. Leider ist bis heute, vier Tage später, keinerlei Rückmeldung erfolgt. Ich habe mich bewusst für das Hotel entschieden – unter anderem, weil ich einer renommierten, internationalen Kette vertraue und mir dort ein sicheres Umfeld erhofft habe, sowohl für mich als auch für mein Fahrzeug. Dass die Kameras offenbar nur als Attrappen dienen und bei einem derart ernsten Vorfall niemand Verantwortung übernimmt oder auch nur Kontakt aufnimmt, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.

Line (10/5): - En fantastisk hotellopplevelse! Vi hadde et utrolig fint opphold på dette hotellet. Personalet var svært imøtekommende og hyggelige, og gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle føle oss velkommen. Selv om ikke alle snakket like godt engelsk, gikk kommunikasjonen fint – vi brukte både Google Translate og kroppsspråk, og ble alltid møtt med et smil. Ved ankomst ble vi møtt av en ansatt som tok hånd om bagasjen og bar koffertene opp til rommet vårt – en veldig god start på oppholdet. Vi hadde en liten utfordring med sluken i badekaret, men det ble ordnet umiddelbart etter vi sa fra. Det var alltid rikelig med vannflasker og kaffe tilgjengelig på rommet, og renholdet var upåklagelig – rommet ble rengjort hver eneste dag, og alt var skinnende rent. Vi er strålende fornøyde og har absolutt ingenting å utsette. Anbefales på det varmeste!.

Verified traveler (6/5): All good but not a 5 nor 4 star hotel. - The hotel was decent. The location is by the highway so rooms facing the road can have a noise problem. The main issue was that even though it was a nonsmoking room, the room had a smoke smell. Especially in the bathroom there was a constant cigarette smell, which was bothersome.

ivtim (8/5): Great hotel, awesome employees, WiFi could be improved - I was checked into this hotel after having to book something deep in the night (as the hotel I booked originally decided to cancel my reservation without any notice). The front desk employees were absolutely welcoming and polite, the check-in process was smooth and I was shortly in my room. The room was spacious, clean and had every amenity one could have wanted to have. There was a couple of complementary bottles of water, as well as tea/coffee making set. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked. All I cared was to get a good sleep and a bit of a breakfast before heading to the city. The breakfast was good enough, albeit I would have imagined that a few more fresh fruit options could be beneficial. WiFi wasn't working that well, when I had to take a call early in the morning, I re-connected via my phone, as the internet dropped - and this is, perhaps, my only real point of improvement towards this hotel.

Also very good turkish hamam. It smelled like cigarette smoke all over the hotel, not ideal for families with children. The pillows and beds were not very comfortable. Also there are many cats in the garden, i consider myself to be an animal lover, still there were many of them running over the tables at breakfast time , again not ideal for hygiene and allergies. The hotel is worn out, even though it’s relatively new.

Rasmus (10/5): Wonderful hotel with friendly staff - My family stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding. It was a wonderful experience. They upgraded our rooms, we were allowed to check out later and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay at Best Western Premier Karsiyaka!

Gözde (4/5): Hayal kırıklığına uğradık - Hayal kırıklığına uğradık! Mis gibi uyumayı beklerken korkunç derecede rahatsız ve sert yataklar sebebiyle bel ve sırt ağrısıyla uyandık. Sigara içilmeyen bir odada kalmamıza rağmen diğer odalarda içilen sigaranın kokusu bizim odamıza doluyordu. Bu nasıl oluyor? Ses yalıtımı çok kötü, diğer odalarda çekilen sifonlar, yapılan duşların sesini tamamen odada duyuyorsunuz. Şikayetlerimizi lobide anlattığımız halde hiçbir indirim veya başka bir telafi önerisi yapılmadı. Bedavacı değiliz ancak iyi bir ücret ödeyip kaldığımız otelde en azından bunu beklerdik.

Pan-tso-eufora (7/5): I will not be a returning customer - it was clean with all basic room provisions for the guest. Nice breakfast ! I checked-in to my room, at midday, while my wife would leave the city at 17.00 for business responsibilities. Dispite the fact that we had already arranged with the concierge for a taxi to drive her to the airport at 15.30, the stuff did not let her come to the room for this 2,5 hours period to rest, to fresh-up, etc. First time experience thoughout my traveling life, to let the wife of a freshly arrived customer to sit at the lobby for 2,5 hours.

Kerem (8/5): - A nice place if you need to stay fairly close to Menemen. Non smoking rooms may not be available on the quite side. Your room may face the noisy road. Rooms are aoundproof, but if you need to open the window, it will be a problem. Self parking available. 194 TL is too expensive for a hotel guest.

667denize (8/5): Comfortable and cozy hotel - Comfortable and clean hotel with helpful and courteous staff. We prefer it on our weekend trips mainly because we can just take the train from the airport and the station is just behind the hotel (3 min flat walk) and my daughter’s friend live nearby. There aren’t many grocery stores or other shops nearby, except that if you decide to walk 10-15 min there’s a good shopping mall with plenty of options. It is easily accessible by car. The breakfast is ok but won’t be included if you made your reservation through the hotel’s own website, which is odd as that option is not offered at all. You can use other reservation sites to choose that option. Room service menu is limited and quality is ok. The lobby area is quiet and comfortable, offers bar and restaurant menu. We keep coming to this hotel and recommend it.
Jose (2/5): - On the sixth floor where I stayed, the shower does not drain and if one person takes bath, the next person in a pool of dirty water to take bath... No solution --all the rooms have the same problem... No ironing board / you need a taxi or car to even step out of the hotel.. The blinds between the toilet and bedroom is basically a peep show kind. My son complained that he could see the profile of the person who takes bath.. Food is very expensive and the surrounding area is so noisy I will not recommend this to others.

He made my stay at the Best Western hotel so great that I hope to return in a couple of weeks. I stayed on the eighth floor in the most beautiful room with the most beautiful view is the most comfortable bed the most fabulous shower. Room service was always quick, breakfast was a large range of foods. Pool area was fabulous I really enjoyed my stay here
