- Monique (7/5): OK for a close stay to the airport - We stayed in two rooms. First room was clean but had a lukewarm shower. Second room had a hot shower, but room was filthy. Numerous stains on walls and hair that wasn't ours everywhere. Beds comfortable. Cleanliness. Would have also loved to see an ATM in the lobby - that would be helpful. Breakfast options weren't great. Not much selection.

- Amjad (2/5): Not recommended at all - Aside from the location, absolutely nothing. The room and bathroom were extremely filthy. Restaurant was extremely filthy. Smoking is everywhere even in the hallways between the rooms. Very noisy.

- Firas (6/5): - Property is about average. A lot of the furniture needs to be fixed. Tv was about to fall down. Bathroom had no toiletries. Safe was broken and had no batteries, not working. In the restaurant, a rude lady was saying that we had our reservation without breakfast, which is not true, was talking to us in a rude way, as if we were stealing. Then she went back to her computer, and saw that she was mistaken, and never came back to apologize. I went to the reception and told me that everything was fine. Not a good experience

- Azhar (2/5): - I hate to complain but I was disappointed because our room was not cleaned. And my other room had a real bad tobacco smell. We had to go down to the lobby and let them know to change our rooms. They didn’t believe us and sent someone to go check. We asked for another room and were told we can upgrade to a suite. I will always recommend this hotel because its location is in the heart of shopping and food districts and the airport is not far. Also their breakfast is not bad at all.
