Cull (5/5): - The room is spacious and all necessary equipment are there include free cup noodle available in the room which is convenient when get in late and could not be bothered to get out for food. The air con sits above the wardrobe so first it is hard to get air blow thoroughly for the entire room. Second the air blow on the top of wardrobe and blow all the dust down to the bed. No good

Isabella (6/5): - The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. The room itself is sufficient, the bed is VERY firm, the room we were in had an unpleasant odour for the duration of our stay, possibly linked to the plumbing. We bought products to try to nullify the smell, which helped a little but not enough. End of the day you get what you pay for, I would likely not stay here again.
