The key drop off after departure was not very clear on the instructions. We left before the office was open. Perhaps if instructions stated the key was to be put in the box behind the desk at reception. But all sorted with a phone call!

Close to everything. Will be staying again Not a biggy but I do miss my king size bed when I cone here , but the beds are amazingly comfortable.

Das Bett war so durchgelegen, dass wir kaum geschlafen haben und alles schmerzte. Teppich sehr fleckig und unappetitluch. Abfluss im Bad stinkt extrem und müsste mal gereinigt werden.

• Abbey (8/5): Very pleasant! Enjoyed it thoroughly - We liked the style of the room and it was easy to access. Wasn't too far from the main part of fremantle but definitely needed a car. The rooftop bar we loved, so easy to access and great food and vibe. Maybe wouldv've been nice to have the option of a cleaner even if its less than 7 day stay. Or potentially room service from the roof top bar?

Great IGA a very short walk away which had so much and is 24/7 Only one thing I could complain about is the toilet paper, as it seemed very cheap. They only give you 1 toilet roll paper and with 2 ladies in the room, ended up buying my own.

• Jonathan (8/5): Met the basic requirements - not made to feel welcome. - Nearby food stores and shops. Friendly cleaners. The carpet by the balcony doors was very dirty/stained . There was an issue with the air con. The unit did not work one evening; ( subsequently found it had tripped out) I was told there had been problems with it previously! Staff did respond in a timely fashion however. The room safe had been left locked so we were not able to use it. This should have been rectified when the room was serviced prior to our arrival. The master key could not be found. There is a fair amount of traffic noise from the busy road.

If the directions/instructions for the undercover parking were on the email sent rather than in an envelope (I arrived after 4.00. pm) that would be better. Also the room needs a good scrub eg. Carpet and bathroom; and the aircon rattled - needs servicing?

Would definitely stay here again if travelling by car! As we had a car (hence the need for parking) it was easy to get around but being in East Freo it is a good 3km to the Esplanade part of town.

Large carparks. Grocery store right on doorstep. A bit of a walk from main Freemantle shopping area. The leather sofa was so old and marked I didn’t want to sit on it. Carpet in that area very stained. On corner of main highway so deck was noisy from traffic and fumes.
