El espacio era pequeño, pocas mesas, gente esperando, faltaban alimentos, cubiertos, etc. No deberían hacer eso con los huéspedes. Todos reclamaban y la verdad que nos sentimos mal atendidos.

- NorthernAlberta2 (10/5): Neat and Tidy - This Hampton is located in a great area of Santa Cruz. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Viru Viru airport is about 15-20 minutes drive away. The hotel is neat and tidy, and offers an excellent breakfast. Our room was compact, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is best suited for a short stay as there are few/no extras (ie. pool, bar).

The restaurant was only open for breakfast, the staff were not able to communicate with us (English) easily. There was no hot food available 30 minutes before breakfast closed.

The restaurant was not open for lunch or evening meal. They had a lovely rooftop bar which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel, but this too was not operational. The breakfast closes at 10am, we arrived at 9am and there was no hot food or fruit left and weren’t being replaced, so we had to order an omelette which had to be paid for. We ordered and paid for a taxi for 4 and a car for two people turned up. As we were on the way to the airport this was a little stressful. Luckily a taxi was sat behind so two of us took that. But it wouldn’t start. It would actually be funny if it wasn’t 6am and heading for an international flight.

Preguntamos si iban a traer más pan que se llama marraquetas y la respuesta “es se ha acabado.” Los tres días que fuimos solo tomamos té Que mal para un hotel que si vale la pena Si usted va no planee tomar desayuno ahí porque no vale la pena.
