Rhys (10/5): Great people. All the staff. - The staff at Calm House 1 are very lovely people. Very helpful and friendly in all ways. I was suffering from the heat in HoiAn city and decided to cut short my stay and move to a nearby beachside. Rosy and Lee the managers were very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend Calm house.

Thị Phương Thảo (3/5): - Home ở khu vực khá yên tĩnh, tiện đi sang Đảo Kí ức hội an để tham quan. - Home yêu cầu trẻ em bơi ở bể phải có người lớn ngồi canh, trong khi con mình học lớp 7 cao 1m7 rồi vẫn phải cần người lớn ngồi canh nếu không sẽ đuổi không cho bơi. Rong ruổi cả ngày trên đường đến Home tưởng được nghỉ thì phải xuống ngồi canh con bơi vì có vấn đề gì Home không chịu trách nhiệm, nghĩa là Home cũng nghĩ cái bể bơi này không an toàn. Vấn đề này gia đình nào con nhỏ nên cân nhắc. - Không có ấm đun nước trong phòng, cần nước nóng thì xuống lễ tân đun giúp. - Mình để quên dây sạc ở Home và nhân viên trả lời ko có hỗ trợ gửi bưu cục để gửi về nhà được, không hề có thái độ hỗ trợ khách mà hỏi ngược khách luôn phải làm thế nào. Nếu book ship giao ra bưu cục thì phí là 100k.

Personalmente trovo la location perfetta per stare fuori dal caos del centro e godere del silenzio per riposare bene. 2 minuti con le bici siete nel vivo del paese e con un grab la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile. Alojamiento muy acogedor. Nuestra habitación muy amplia, cama extra extra grande. La agua de la ducha no tenía mucha presión. En el momento de la salida, nos pidieron que pagáramos el agua embotellada que había en la habitación encima de la mesa - no en la nevera. Esto no nos lo habían mencionado a nuestra llegada, y en muchos otros alojamientos, el agua embotellada que suele estar en la mesa junto con sobres de té y café suelen ser un gesto de bienvenida. Esto nos pilló por sorpresa.

Jaqueline (9/5): - Very nice people and interior. Comfortable beds and a little balcony that we enjoyed a lot. For the price a precious homestay. Calm area since you have to walk about 10min to the main area - supermarket and restaurants right infront your door. The aircon works well but turning it off/ on lead to drops on the bed. But I‘m pretty sure it can be fixed. You have to walk over a bridge to get into the center which is a little bit inconvenient but nothing that had a big impact on our stay.

Katrin (9/5): - Ruhige Lage auf der Insel und sehr schöne Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Eingangsbereich. Sehr bequeme Betten im Dorm, der nach hinten zum Garten ist daher kein Straßenlärm. Ich war die gesamte Zeit fast alleine im Zimmer. Zur Innenstadt benötigt man 15 min zu Fuß. Das Bad ist ans Zimmer angrenzend und es gibt eine Duschkabine, was ungewöhnlich ist. Man hat einen eigenen kleinen Ventilator überm Bett. Es gibt ein Bügelgerät, daher konnte ich tatsächlich mal das zerknitterte Kleid aus dem Rucksack anziehen.

Sarah (7/5): Geräumiges Zimmer mit paar Problemen - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Lage der Unterkunft, die Größe des Zimmers. Leider hat das Zimmer 31 ein Schimmel(geruch)problem. Sobald ich die Klimaanlage anmachte strömte der Schimmelgeruch in das Zimmer und füllte den Raum. Ich war zwei Nächte dort und die Kleidung die ich während des Schlafens an hatte roch auch noch Tage danach muffig nach diesem Geruch. Bei Ankunft im Zimmer hat das Personal ein Duft- Gerät aus der Steckdose entfernt, sodass ich vetmute, dass dieses Problem auch den Gastgebern bekannt ist. Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was per se nicht schlimm ist. Hinte dem Kopfteil vom Bett ist ein sichtbares Loch in der Wand. Die Straße ist abends viel ruhiger als im Oldtown von Hoi An, wenn man gegenüber Straßenlärm empfindlich ist, ist der Schlaf jedoch nicht erholsam. Die Fenster sind leider gar nicht schalldämmend. Tut mir leid für diese schlechte Bewertung aber ich möchte ehrlich sein.
Antje (9/5): Tipp Topp! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Etwas ruhiger gelegen, nicht ganz im Trubel. 10 bis 15 min bis in die Altstad zu Fuß. Fahrrad- und Scooterverleihe in der Nähe Restaurants und Minimärkte in der Nähe Frühstück auswählbar von der Karte. Kleine Auswahl aber völlig ausreichend. Restaurant und Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet. Lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Poolbereich ist etwas vernachlässigt. Bislang nicht sehr einladend, aber ich hoffe daran wird gearbeitet

The house itself truly lives up to its name and has a unique charm. Overall, everything was fine, and we had a pleasant stay mainly thanks to the excellent staff and the unique character of the property. We had booked the suite under the roof, as it appeared more spacious and high-quality in the photos. However, in reality, this was not entirely the case. Due to the sloped ceilings, the room actually felt no larger than the others—possibly even smaller. Additionally, the room showed some signs of wear and tear. It was quite humid, and there were stains and small patches of mold visible on the walls. Overall, the photos on Booking no longer fully reflect the current condition of this particular room, which seems to have seen better days. At checkout, we were asked to pay for the bottled water provided in the room. This had not been mentioned to us upon arrival, and in many other homestays bottled water is usually included in the price as a complimentary welcome gesture. This came as a small surprise at the end, even if it may not have been intended that way.

Charles (10/5): Brilliant hosts - Beautiful building, the staff are amazing and very welcoming. We were given some really helpful advice to make our 4 days in Hoi. The location is great, just a 15 minute stroll to the centre of the old town but far enough away to feel relaxed and peaceful. Breakfast here is fantastic, especially when I compare it to other places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Everything was great!

martin (8/5): Schöne ruhige Unterkunft in Stadtnähe. - Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und auf dem Weg dahin befinden sich viele Restaurants. Im Haus selber sind keine Straßenschuhe erlaubt, was dem ganzen ein ganz warmes Gefühl gibt. Uns wurde zuverlässig mit buchen von Taxis geholfen. Für das Frühstück kann man auf einer Karte wählen. Leider war jeden Tag ein Teil des Angebotes nicht verfügbar.

Dirk O. Mat (10/5): Ein totaler Wohlfühlort, so angenehm in jedem Aspekt. - Wir waren fünf Tage hier. Sehr freundliche, liebe und sehr zuvorkommende Beschäftigte (Man sagte uns zum Beispiel auch einmal umsorgend, wir würden zu viel Kaffee trinken <3 ). Wunderschöne Atmosphäre, Inneneinrichtung und Bauelemente aus dunklem Holz im traditionellen Stil, schöne Musik, tolles Frühstück (Das Cao Lầu hat uns hier besser geschmeckt, als in unserem Lieblingsrestaurant in der Stadt) Recht ruhige Straße und vor allem sind für Zimmer nach Hinten raus sehr ruhig, dort gibt es nur Flusslandschaft, sehr schön. Sehr schöne, zentrale Lage (und gleichzeitig nicht mittendrin im totalen Gewusel). Sehr bequeme Betten. Das Hotel hat auch Dorms. Toller Gemeinschaftsbereich unten. Wir reisen immer preisbewusst, wollen aber saubere Zimmer und gute Atmosphäre. Da geben wir sehr selten einmal eine 10 Punkte Bewertung. Hier hat es uns allerdings so gut gefallen, dass es nicht leicht fällt, überhaupt genügend angemessene Worte zu finden für diesen schönen Ort.

Cao (8/5): - Vị trí thuận tiện khá gần phố cổ Hội An. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và thân thiện Không biết có phải do mình đến vào đợt mưa ko nên phòng có mùi ẩm mốc. Có 1 điều mình không hài lòng là không được nói trước về tiền pizza sẽ được charge (chỉ được thông báo khi checkout). Nếu nói trước nhóm mình sẽ không join vì cũng đã ăn tối ở ngoài trước đó.

Mariangela (5/5): L'apparenza inganna ! - Receptionist sempre con il sorriso, ci hanno riservato un'accoglienza super. Posizione molto tranquilla lontana dal caos, a 15/20 minuti dal centro. Nonostante le potenzialità della struttura, ho riscontrato poca cura nella pulizia generale e delle camere. Sopra i fornelli che usavano per cucinare la colazione, ho trovato topi; gli asciugamani forniti per doccia erano sporchi; la doccia era rotta. Le foto su booking non rispecchiano assolutamente la realtà.
Laura (7/5): Muy bien - La habitación es amplia. Silencioso de noche. Las vistas al rio espectaculares. El desayuno correcto. Las chicas te ayudan con todo y te ofrecen tours y buses. La limpieza en el baño un poco pobre. La habitación no es la de las fotos. Un poco alejado del centro, pero eso le da la tranquilidad.

Anna (10/5): - מקום מדהים! מיקום קרוב למרכז הישן, 10 דקות הליכה עד הגשר. המלון מעוצב יפה, אווירה נעימה, הצוות מצוין. בחדר שלנו היה נוף לנהר, מאוד יפה. מעל הכל, הניהול המדהים של לי ורוזי מורגש בכל פרט קטן - המלצות על מקומות בהוי אן, פיצה ענקית (!!!) שהאורחים אוכלים יחד, תה ירוק קר, אפילו חיממו לנו אוכל שקנינו בחוץ. הכל הרגיש נעים, מזמין וחופשי. היה קשה לעזוב.
