- Clavero (8/5): Buena ubicación y buen rollo. - Me gusto el trato amable en recepción y compartir la habitación solo con tres personas. Me pareció que había gente joven y adulta mezclada y eso estaba bueno para que no sea una fiesta constante. El ruido del exterior, la luz y que los baños estaban ocupados mucho tiempo y había que hacer fila.

Quería agradecer especialmente a lucia ! Que trabaja en recepción porque fue un amor conmigo. Me ayudó a solucionar algunos problemas y fue muy simpática :) de corazón muchas gracias ! Hizo completamente la diferencia en mi estadía !

- ПоЗемлебюджетно (9/5): В целом хороший хостел! - В этом хостеле очень приятная атмосфера, дружественная. Это поддерживается и администраторами, и этот вайб есть среди проживающих. Хорошая зона отдыха с диванчиками. Есть столы для работы и розетки рядом с ними. Приятные сотрудники, вежливые, услужливые. Кухня всегда содержится в чистоте. Сами сотрудники её в том числе моют и поддерживают порядок. Чистые душевые и санузлы. Комнаты постоянно прибираются. Хостел находится в очень удобном месте, рядом со всеми площадями. Везде пешком можно добраться. Рядом станция метро. Постоянно размагничиваются карты. Дважды в день приходилось перезаряжать, притом даже если она не касалась сотового телефона. Так что я с января, когда мы были впервые в этом хостеле, эта проблема сохранилась. Шумно закрываются двери, с грохотом открываются ящики, в которых хранятся рюкзаки. Из-за этого постоянно пробуждаешься.

- Chen (5/5): - 很大的除非和公共空間 走廊七彎八拐，如果發生危險狀態不方便逃生；浴室小得讓人恐慌--連我這麼一個正常體型的亞洲女性都覺得狹小的空間，對更壯碩的人而言更是根本無法轉身吧；外面就是熱鬧的街區，雖然交通方便是方便，但到很晚都還是有喊叫聲，房間隔音不好。如果遇到喝醉的室友就更可怕了，但他半夜想下床卻站立不穩跌下樓梯，根本就是驚嚇等級的狀況。

- Diana (10/5): - Todo. Es de los mejores hostales en los que he estado en Europa, el staff es súper amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Las instalaciones siempre están limpias. Las camas fueron bastante cómodas. Está cerca de todo lo que necesitas ver en Madrid caminando, así que la ubicación es ideal. Tienen bastantes actividades dentro del hostal que te ayudan a conocer gente.

- Lucy (7/5): Nicely presented hostel in the centre of Madrid - Location was excellent - close to central attractions and well located to public transport. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating The hostel was very well presented, a lovely common room and shared kitchen Not the fault of the hostel but the etiquette in my room was very poor- someone turned the light on repeatedly throughout the night to get things from bags etc - after midnight it's just not ok. The room wasn't well ventilated so it smelt quite bad I think if the protocol was to leave outdoor shoes in a designated area it might help with keeping the room fresh
- fernanda (9/5): Por ser mi primera vez , excelente - Super comoda la hab, a 8 calles de Gran via y 5 de Sol , metro el la bella plaza tirso de molina y parada de autobuses que te acercan a varios puntos.. cama muy bueno el colchon y el cafe con churros muy buenos. No tengo nada para opinar
