- Mauro90 (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Ottima colazione, posizione molto valida, hall e bar all'altezza. Terrazza del bar molto bella. Apprezzata anche la piccola palestra non molto attrezzata ma funzionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo poco giustificabile. Alcuni aspetti della struttura sono da 4 stelle, altri da hotel a conduzione famigliare. Trascurando tutte le peripezie sfortunate, la prima camera che mi è stata data era minuscola, la più minuscola di tutte e puzzava di fumo. È stato riconosciuto e mi è stata cambiata offrendomi anche un drink omaggio per l'accaduto. Ok. Con cosa è stata cambiata la stanza? Con una stanza ben più spaziosa ma "vicina agli ascensori": più che vicina era comunicante in pratica. Il rumore dei 2 ascensori funzionanti di continuo era abbastanza spiacevole non per il disturbo acustico in assoluto (la notte si placano e ho sempre dormito bene) ma per il fatto di per sé. Non capisco davvero il perché di questa scelta dopo aver già fatto una brutta figura con la prima stanza... di stanze libere ce n'erano parecchie. Altro aspetto che denota poca professionalità è che la mia stanza è sempre stata pulita alle 4 del pomeriggio, non mi è mai capitato in altre strutture. L'ultimo giorno volevo tornare in camera ma ho dovuto temporeggiare per 20 minuti al foyer. Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole ma i dettagli sono da rivedere.

- Zaheer (1/5): Reception staff very rude. - Reception staff very rude. Refused to give us a cot for the baby unless we paid for a bigger room. They said either sleep with the baby in the bed (which is unsafe) or pay for an upgrade so the room can fit a cot. - even though we had clearly booked for 2 adults and a baby (cot)! I had to escalate to the manager as the reception staff were very rude.

- Ram (9/5): The hotel as such was great . - The overall experience was good The staff at the reception during my check in was not so friendly and engaging . He was like , why on earth you have come here .... My booking did not include breakfast but i was thinking to have my break fast there .. normally the staff used to tell me about the breakfast timings and options, also I observed the other staff telling another guest about the bar and the restaurant . This discouraged me to have my breakfast at the hotel and I chose other options elsewhere .

- احمد (8/5): فندق جميل واقامه جميله - المكان جميل يبعد عن السنتر 15 دقيقه مشي وسعر مناسب نوعا ما وموقعه هادي صاد شوي عن البارات والزحمه ممكن يكون مزعج لبعض الناس ان البار بجانب الرسبشن ولازم تمر من وانت رايح لعرفته و لا يوجد غرف للمدخنين لكن يوجد منطقة للتدخين مفتوحه بجانب البار غير مناسب للعوايل تقريبا

- Haddyjatou (9/5): Stunning hotel, lovely view, slept like a baby - Friendly reception, beautiful hotel, great soundproofing, my room was upgraded! Would’ve been nice to have a robe and slippers. When I checked out I wanted to leave my bags for the day but felt very rushed by reception, made my last day in Birmingham quite stressful.

The shower was a joke...trickled out with no power. The toilet was constantly blocked. Pillows like sacks of potatoes and bed uncomfortable. I made a complaint to Valerie on customer relations...result was that she just wrote it down then sent 1 not 2 ..tiny tiffin biscuit with an apology. They should have offered at least a complimentary drink. In my opinion...this hotel is run and managed by amateurs.

Bedroom was dirty, dust on the headboard, mirror, tv, skirting boards, it was grim. Broken bathroom door lock, room was small in comparison to others, which also meant bed was significantly smaller than others.

Easy access into Birmingham city centre The shower was unfortunately one of the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. Water pressure was extremely poor and the temperature fluctuated, making it uncomfortable to use. I didn’t even bother showering on the second day as it left me cold and frustrated. Due to this experience, I’ve decided to cancel an upcoming stay I had booked at this hotel.
