• Mohamad (10/5): Excellent Hotel to stay in Trabzon - Great hotel to stay in. Location is ideal for walking around town with shops nearby. Staff of the Hotel were polite and helpful. The room was clean and pretty spacious. We enjoyed our brief stay and would not mind staying again there on our next visit. Thanks to the Staff once again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location. The breakfast room on the top floor was lovely, with views over the water and a wide selection of breakfast foods. AC worked great, bed was comfy, and bathroom fully equipped. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

• Omar (2/5): Personal experience. - Hotel is clean, location is good. However staff do not speak any other language and communication was bad. They do not have much control . Breakfast not reach and served cold. Noisy place and windows are not closing to avoid noise. Last we went as family, they put us in distanced rooms

Kahvaltı salgın önlemleri kapsamında streç filmli ve güvenliydi fakat çeşitleri vasattı. Otopark olarak belboy/vale hizmeti ücretsiz verildi. Banyo setinde kulak pamuğu yoktu.

Le personnel très attentif, le voiturier disponible. Et la vue sur la mer Noire très agréable. Nous le conseillons à tous les voyageurs.

The receptionists know very little english so everything you want to communicate with them that is not part of the standard procedures may be a problem. They are friendly and willing to help. I enjoyed my stay.

• Jaak (10/5): - Vi sov över en natt i väntan på flyg hem efter tre veckor utomlands. Väldigt fräscht hotell ganska nära flygplatsen. Litet men mycket bekvämt rum och tyst trots ganska livligt område med affärer intill.
• Krystof (10/5): The best value for money in Trabzon - Unbeatable value for money. The hotel is newly renovated, rooms are nice and clean with super-comfortable bed, good wifi connection. Location couldn't be better - right in the city center. I have no complaints.

• john (8/5): Midden in het centrum, zeer dicht bij dulmuvervoer - Schoon, comfortabel, eenvoudig doch goed ontbijt Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Mijn hotel hoeft niet uit te blinken in luxe, ik kom er alleen om goed te slapen, te ontbijten etc. De rest vindt ik in de omgeving Horon voldeed hier prima aan Kom daar zeker weer als ik in trabzon ben

• Zehra (10/5): Super leuke locatie om te verblijven! - Werden heel warm ontvangen en snel naar onze kamer begeleid. Ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid maar wel heel goed verzorgd met behulpzaam personeel in de buurt. Kamer netjes en schoonmakers vragen na naar behoeftes. Receptie geeft goede begeleiding. Heel beleefd en behulpzaam. Mooie locatie vlakbij Meydan en alle Dolmus busjes. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding heel goed. Kindvriendelijk.

• ghazi (2/5): فندق لا يصلح السكن فيه - الغرفة أكثر من سيئه صغيرة مره مره ولا يصلح السكن فيه ابدا والله والله تعبنا نفسيا من الغرفة وصار أكثر الوقت نطلع علشان ما ننزعج من الغرفة والإفطار غير جيد ونوع واحد اللهم لك الحمد الله يديم النعمة لا أنصح السكن فيه أبد
