• Paul (4/5): Overrated converted office space with the name "spa" making the place sound more substantial. - Location of hotel is great, good water pressure on the shower and the air conditioning is good, but that is where the positives stop. There is a 2.5 flight spiral staircase to get to the room, so getting your luggage to your room could be difficult or even deadly. The rooms are small with no storage for luggage. Extra towels cost you 15 Euros. There are no English speaking channels (such as CNN or BBC) on the TV. The virtual check-in was difficult, and my entry code did not work. Other reviews do not provide a good evaluation of this property, and I would never stay here again.

Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux La salle du petit déjeuner trop petite.faut pas etre claustrophobe L ouverture du petit déjeuner à 8h30, trop tardive pour des jouneees bien remplies. L accueil mitigé ... prend pas le temps de parler doucement... s'agace de notre incompréhension de la langue.
• DAVID (9/5): Top séjour dans un endroit vraiment charmant et chaleureux - Très chouette établissement, idéalement situé avec une grande autonomie pour entrer, sortir (deux entrées accessibles avec la clé de la chambre). Accueil extrêmement chaleureux, petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et excellents. Des chambres très propres à la déco soignée et originale. Literie très confortable et excellente insonorisation, nous avons dormi comme des bébés ;-) En résumé, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit très chaleureux ! Un petit bémol concernant la taille de la pièce où se déroulait le PDJ, vraiment trop petite.

• Riitta (9/5): Erinomainen sijainti, ei huono jalkaiselle, rappusia paljon. - Erinomainen sijainti, ystävällinen henkilökunta, myöhäinen kirjautuminen onnistui hyvin ja online check-in toimi hyvin. Huone oli hieman kostea, ei riittävää lämmitystä mutta tarkeni kuitenkin hyvin. Aamiaiseen olisi kaivannut pientä vaihtelua, majoituttiin 5 yötä. Spa oli auki vain klo 20 asti, joten ei ehditty yhtenäkään päivänä. Ei huono jalkaiselle, rappusia todella paljon.

However, for people with limited movement, it could be challenging, especially with luggage. Nice cozy breakfast. And cute terrace. I would definitely recommend.

La colazione non l'ho fatta iniziavano a servirla alle 8.30 ed io avevo un appuntamento di lavoro alle 9. E' decisamente troppo tardi iniziare a servire la colazione alle 8.30 in una giornata lavorativa. Peccato anche che ci fosse un secchio d'acqua delle pulizie appena entrata in struttura (alle 3 del pomeriggio le pulizie dovrebbero essere concluse.

Courtyard was very cute and finally after travelling through Italy for 8 days we had a proper breakfast ! Not just sweets and coffee 🤣🤪we finally could eat eggs , bacon , bruschetta , mozzarella, fruits and more ! We did really appreciated the breakfast. Camere molto ben arredate e pulite. Colazione assortita. Vicino alla stazione dei taxi. Non è accessibile a persone con difficoltà motorie.

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit einem besonderen Badezimmer und einer schönen Terrasse. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar, direkt an der Spanischen Treppe, fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

• Anna (9/5): - Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Direkt an der Spanischen Treppe und wenige Gehminuten von der Metro hat man hier den perfekten Ausgangspunkt,um Rom zu erkunden-auch zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gemütlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und bequem. Besonders haben wir uns über die Memory foam Kissen und Matratze gefreut. Wir haben super geschlafen. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren,hat uns das Zimmer zum Innenhof nicht gestört,sondern die perfekte Dunkelheit gefreut. Abends ist die Terrasse super für Vino,um den Tag Revue passieren zu lassen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter! Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Para acceder a la ducha hay que brincar la tina, no tiene de donde sujetarse y resbaloso, muy humeda la habitación todo el tiempo, el guardaropa muy pequeño, 4 ganchos, la comida muy simple y apretado el espacio para desayunar. Escaleras para ingresar por cualquiera de las dos puertas. El ingreso es autonomo muy complicado, una puerta para ingresar al edificio, otra puerta para las habitaciones, tuvimos que pasar 4 puertas para ingresar a la habitacion.

L’emplacement est également parfait : à deux pas de la Piazza di Spagna, très proche du métro et à quelques minutes à pied de la Fontaine de Trevi. C’est idéal pour visiter Rome facilement. Un grand merci pour l’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes, tout était vraiment parfait. Si nous revenons un jour à Rome, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter !

The female member of staff looked after us extremely well, was very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned each day. Cleanliness of guest house was very good. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our chat with the female member of staff. There are a lot of steps which was fine however assistance with luggage would have been helpful. Bed was good size but sunk in the middle. Bin men came at 4am and woke us up each morning. So with the bed being uncomfortable and the bin men our sleep was very much disrupted. If bed was fixed and the noise from bin men was sorted our stay would have been perfect.

• Derks (10/5): Uitstekend verblijf met lieve mensen! - Hele lieve mensen! Ze helpen je graag als iets niet lukt. Perfecte locatie om alles goed te kunnen zien in Rome. Je kunt veel lopen en de metro zit op loopafstand. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en verzorgd. Ook de hygiëne van het verblijf is uitstekend! Geen opmerking :)

• BRUNONI (8/5): - Un bel accueil du responsable qui nous a tout expliqué. ́La chambre est magnifique, elle est décorée avec goût. Un lit immense est très confortable ! Une salle de bain aussi très belle. Tout était très propre et agréable. Nous n'avons pas eu accès au spa. Mais ce n'était pas grave car nous avions pas mal de choses à voir dans la ville !

A due passi da piazza di Spagna e relativa Metro. Struttura accogliente, funzionale, personale accogliente e gentile. Il proprietario, Dario, persona davvero squisita e cordiale. Colazione ottima. Stanza pulita e ordinata, bagno con una bellissima vasca.
• Serena (8/5): Suites nel cuore di Roma - Suites situata in piazza di Spagna! Posizione centralissima! Struttura d’epoca ben tenuta, camera accogliente e pulita. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto: la mancanza di doppi cuscini, quello che c’era era molto alto e scomodo. E l’impossibilità di oscurare del tutto la stanza, non c’erano tapparelle o persiane, ma solo una doppia tenda che non riusciva comunque a coprire l’ingresso della luce.

• Julia (9/5): Super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Die zentrale Lage und das Frühstück sind super. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bett komfortabel. Der Check-out um 11 Uhr hat uns gut gefallen. -

• Nedda (10/5): Molto buono - Localizzazione comoda, e più sicura a rispetto delle zone vicino a R.Termini. metropolitana a pochi metri.Personale disponibile e molto gentile, anche per telefono. Camera pulita e carina. Bagno nuovo con qualcosina da migliorare come il rubinetto del lavandino, che perdeva acqua lateralmente, e lo scarico della doccia, che non scaricava bene l'acqua, perdendo un po' fuori dal box doccia. Ma niente che abbia impedito un piacevole soggiorno..
