The bed was huge and so comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing, some more fresh fruit would have been really appreciated.

The hotel provided small extras like aftershave and toiletries in a basket, and the minibar/fridge drinks were replenished daily during cleaning, which was a really nice touch. The pool was small but very enjoyable and relaxing. Breakfast was good and fresh. Overall the atmosphere, service and comfort made the stay feel special and well looked after. 👌 really recommend.

Breakfast was ok, both coffee machines need to be either fixed or replaced as they were both giving issues every morning.

The staff were so helpful - unprompted , they gave us a ground floor room when they realised that my husband has knee replacements. They helped us with printing boarding passes - a last minute panic where they saved the day. The 4 course evening meals were excellent - fresh menu every day and really good value. Breakfast buffet was a feast and had different options each day. The outside area was a lovely place to spend the day, and the staff helped to arrange day trips. We really felt relaxed and will definitely go back. Nothing at all. Our favorite hotel from some pretty extensive travelling.

La nourriture est excellente et très copieuse. Un grand merci à Hassan et Ahmed pour leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur. Quant à Loubna, ses massages étaient un régal. Nous reviendrons. Rien.

A parte de alimentação extremamente ruim, o café da manhã incluso era melhor não ter nada, utilizavam o mesmo pano de enxugar e repor o pratos e copos inúmeras vezes e molhado, ou seja, tudo cheirava a ovo podre... impossível de comer qualquer coisa no restaurante. L’accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel toujours disponible et professionnel, et les services proposés étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. La qualité des installations ainsi que la propreté des lieux ont grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience très agréable. Nous souhaitons toutefois mentionner deux petits points d’amélioration. Tout d’abord, durant les moments de l’adhan, la diffusion de musique nous a semblé inappropriée et pourrait être ajustée par respect pour ces instants. Ensuite, l’absence de bouilloire dans la chambre a été un léger inconvénient, notamment pour préparer des boissons chaudes.

Schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und Poolblick, wenn gebucht. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet Continental/Marokkanisch. Der Innenbereich mit Pool ist zum Verlieben - siehe Fotos. Besser kann man im quirligen Agadir nicht entspannen. Man findet immer einen Rückzugsort und es ist nicht laut. Gediegenes Hotel-Restaurant mit gut ausgestatteter Bar und leckerem Flag Speciale vom Fass... Hassan, stell schon einmal ein Fass kalt für Oktober :-). Zweimal die Woche gibt's Musik von Mustafa <3 Das Personal ist immer freundlich, sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zugewandt Die 3 Sterne sind untertrieben. Immer wieder. Ich finde nicht wirklich etwas zu kritisieren... okay: Das Hotel Wifi zickt manchmal. Aber das ist in Agadir mit seiner hervorragenden 5G-Netzabdeckung nicht wirklich relevant Und der Aufenthalt ist immer zu kurz....

Absence de bouteille d’eau (à part payante dans le mini bar !) La SDB minuscule : les WC, le lavabo et la douche sont collés ! Impossible d’être à deux ! De l’eau partout des qu’on prend la douche. La piscine a besoin d’un gros entretien ! Les carreaux de faïence se décollent Nous avons eu une grosse réduction grâce a mon statut sur Booking …. Heureusement!!! Car cela ne vaut pas du tout le prix affiché !!

• Mark (8/5): - Clean and comfortable hotel on walking distance from the beach. The private beach area was also very comfortable with nice personnel. The breakfast felt a bit dull compared to what we had elsewhere in Morocco (this was the only breakfast buffet we had though)
