- Donna (8/5): If the bedroom issues above were resolved I would most certainly return. - The pool was very refreshing and relaxing. My grandson and I loved the pool. The kitchen was compact and had everything you need for your stay, The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nicely furnished. The owner was very pleasant and helpful in retrieving my phone charger. My only issue was the lack of power points in the bedroom and specifically by the bed so unable to charge my phone without having to pull the bed out from the wall and unplug the lamp with my plug barely making it up to the bed to charge it. Our other phone was charged through a switch high on the wall behind the tv .Consequently I left the second phone charger left on the wall. There was no remote for the tv and no instructions for how to operate the tv with the absence of the remote. The wifi would fall off.
- George (5/5): OK. - Good location with a nice rose garden An oldish motel which had been partially improved. More upgrading/improvement required to be a good standard.
- Eugene (6/5): Pleasant. - The property was old but well maintained and some things were clearly done up over time, like the bathroom sink and cabinet. The spa bath looked quite tired though, so I decided to not use it. All in all not a bad place and not too expensive. The staff were really friendly and the room and kitchen were nice and tidy every night when I came back from work. The spa bath could definitely do with a good upgrade, it looked so old and tired that I didn't want to use it.

Also appreciated having free use of the laundry. Had to drive to the main part of town (not a big issue, but too far to walk). Also the outdoor spa was old and did not look inviting.

Were made to feel like special quests, We really appreciate that we get to have our favorite room when we stay no problems at all. We like everything the hot pool is great.

- Sara (6/5): Not a resort, good if you expect a motel - Room with kitchen and parking, very useful The structure is old, it does nothing for paints etc. but not being able to close the front door... I had to put a chair in front of it. The point is to create unfulfilled expectations, the hotel itself is not bad, but it cannot be defined as a resort.

- Kevin (7/5): Overall good. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and cozy comfortable cottage feel. Need more milk! - Nice cozy comfortable cottage feel with beautiful grounds to relax in. Comfortable beds and good showers, good water pressure! Nice balcony off upstairs room overlooking the lovely gardens. More milk!!! We checked in for 1 night in the evening and made 3 hot drinks. When we woke up in the morning we had barely enough milk for one morning coffee and we needed 3! Had to go to service station to buy some more milk because reception was closed..... and no upstairs toilet was a bit inconvenient, having to travel downstairs during the night to use the bathroom. And the spa bath pool needed a re -paint as the bottom wasn't very appealing with paint peeling etc.

- Tara (5/5): - Location. Hot tub. The garden is pretty, however it is small. Holes in the walls in the bathroom that had not been patched. For how expensive it is, I expect things like the wall to be patched and painted properly, a lot cleaner (skirting boards, etc), and being able to cast to TV... only foxtel available and not that many channels to choose from. The other thing was that the tree right in front of our windows could be cut down about a metre to give an actual view of the lake. Just seems to be a lot of dodgy maintenance.

- Donna (8/5): - We had a relaxing stay here, The location is quiet with easy parking on site. It was a one-bedroom apartment, it's nice to have a space that is bigger than a hotel room. Super clean and well maintained. We took the opportunity to use the shared laundry facilities. Enjoying the lovely garden after a busy day was a bonus.
