- Sam (9/5): - Affordable price for great view, great Japanese style room, private onsen. Good service, huge room. Location was so difficult to reach. Recommended to drive because it will be easier to move around. You are not able to walk from this place to town. Even if you can walk, it will be dangerous as is very very dark & narrow road. Needs to carry luggage through few stair case. Microwave only available at reception/lobby.

- Djurdjica (9/5): - Die Lage ist wunderschön. Es ist eine sehr moderne und grosse Unterkunft. Das private Onsen ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Generell ist die Wohnung schön eingerichtet ausser der Küche!! Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Wir wollten in der Wohnung kochen und das Ambiente geniessen, dies konnten wir aber wegen der fehlenden Küchenausstattung nicht machen. Es hat keine Teller oder Besteck (neben Dessertgabeln) und keine Kochlöffel oder Pfannenwender. Es hatte keine Messer um etwas zu schneiden oder einen Topf um Wasser aufzukochen. Daher viel der Kochabend leider ins Wasser. Auch waren wir sehr traurig, da wir spontan zu dritt (anstatt zu zweit) angereist waren und die Wohnung eigentlich noch Betten frei hatte, aber uns ein viel zu hoher Preis für eine zusätzliche Person abgeboten wurde (das Doppelte, was Booking für eine zusättliche Person verlangen würde). Wir mussten auch fragen, ob wir zu 3. dort kochen dürften und uns wurde das erlaubt.

- HYOSOOK (10/5): - 위치가 완전 산 속에 있어 전망이 너무 좋았습니다! 렌트카를 이용해서 다녔기 때문에 크게 불편한 점은 없었고 여러 후기를 살펴보니 송영서비스도 가능하다고 해서 전혀 문제가 되지 않을 것 같아요! 주차장도 불편함없이 무료로 잘 이용할 수 있었고 공기도 좋아서 완전 만족했어요! 산 속이라 벌레도 걱정이었는데 온천이 내부에 있고 방충망도 설치되어 있어서 편하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 굳이굳이 아쉬웠던 점을 꼽자면 온천시설이 지하?에 따로 있다는 점 입니다. 그래서 세면시설도 지하에 위치해서 양치나 간단한 세면도 지하에 계속 왔다갔다해야해서 조금 불편했어요. 침실 옆에 위치한 변기에 나오는 세면대는 협소하기도 하고 아무래도 아기를 계속 씻기기에는 적당하지않아서 지하를 왔다갔다해야했습니다. 연인끼리 온다면 그다지 불편한 점은 아닐거같아유

- RIA (10/5): Don’t miss out on this dreamy stay!! - Amazing view, design, layout, hottub, tatami mats, furniture. Everything was nice. The big balconies were awesome too. The girl who checked us in was so sweet. We had an awesome time staying here, last moment booking for 1 night and we are glad we got to experience it. At night so many stars are visible in the sky. Don’t miss it!! Nothing. It was great.

- Cerdeira (10/5): Meilleure expérience - La beauté du logement, l’emplacement très paisible. Côté traditionnel. Personnel proposant un service plus-que-parfait. Nous avons tout aimé. La connexion wifi trop faible et la restauration qui n’était pas possible. Pour ce genre de logement les repas auraient été un énorme plus.

- 亜由美 (4/5): 残念ではありましたが、誠意を持って対応して頂きました。 - 由布岳が正面にあり、静かな温泉宿でした。 高齢の母、叔母と宿泊しました。当日湯布駅でお祭りがあり、食事も兼ねて駅まで外出 スタッフが送ってくれ、帰りも電話してくれれば迎えに来てくれるとの事だったので安心しておりましたが、いざ電話をかけてみると、「電源入っていないか、電波の届かないところ‥」のアナウンス 仕方なく、現地のタクシーに連絡して迎えに来てもらい、帰宿しました。 スタッフに確認すると、間違えて電話を切ってしまっていたと。 ？？？ですが、最終的には謝ってくれて、タクシー代も支払っていただきました。

- 姿秀 (10/5): 真的非常推薦想要有個人泡湯空間，並且想要放鬆身心的遊客前往！ - 旅館位置離車站有一段距離，但設有接駁車的服務，會非常仔細關心住客的需求，去程跟回程都能搭接駁車，雖然早上車子有些問題，旅館馬上想出解決方式，替我們叫出租車，並且由他們負擔費用，真的感受到滿滿的誠意跟溫暖！ 這次旅遊前有詢問旅館一些推薦飲食的部分，實際體驗後真的非常驚艷，不僅好吃性價比也好高，真的有點隱藏版的感覺，還替我們訂位，讓我們能放鬆的旅遊。 這次住的房型，上層為榻榻米房型，小客廳和兩張床中間有門可以改變空間配置，房間非常大，旁邊的窗可以看到外面的美景，下層為湯屋，木質調的設計，備品非常足夠，本次入住的體驗真的有讓人身心洗滌，非常放鬆的感覺，下次有機會想在不同季節帶家人一起前往！

- miyaji (8/5): 自然！！！ - 自然を感じられて最高でした。温泉もついており快適に過ごさせてもらいました 夏だったのでとても虫が多く、ドアを開けた瞬間に蝉が入ってきて大変でした。あと工事中？でご飯がつけられなかったことです。でもとても綺麗なコテージで最高でした！
- terrycsq (9/5): - 房间很大，免费专车接送，和酒店服务人员提前预约即可接送。有两位服务员都是中国人哈，沟通0障碍，晚上住在山里的感觉很不一样，早上起来的雾气弥漫，空气太棒了，唯一可惜的就是晚上看不到星星，问过酒店人员平时晴朗天气也很难看到，估计是雾太大了能见度太弱 无餐食无自动售卖机，尽可能在镇里超市买好上去。

- hidetoshi (4/5): 日本人スタッフを休ませてる間も外国人を使って稼ぎたいのかな？ - 部屋にお風呂がついており、いつでも温泉に入れる点がよかった お盆のせいか、日本人スタッフはおらず、日本語はほんの少ししか通じない外国人スタッフのみでした。また、チェックインの際も人がいないのか何の時間？って待ち時間が15分ほどあり宿泊施設としてはあり得ない対応でした。

- Debbie (9/5): Peaceful & Relaxing - Room is spacious with 2 floors, the lower floor being the private onsen/bathroom. Although located a distance from town, Anson was very helpful and offered to make reservation for restaurants. Feel like having a VVIP treatment with pick up and drop off service to and from town everyday. The onsen facilities seem a little rundown/mouldy but it’s fine. May be inconvenient for old folks to walk up and down to the bathroom but otherwise, it’s a great place.
- Miguel (10/5): Exceptional - The Vila was very comfortable and the place was beautiful with an incredible view. The staff was very kind and available. We asked for the transfer service and it was perfect. When we arrived they didn’t had dinner service but quickly offered to make a reservation at a local restaurant for us. We totally recommend this place! Thank you very much! Nothing to comment.
