• Martin (1/5): Never again. Rude, confrontational front desk and unfulfilled promise of secure storage. - Not much. It was difficult to find, out in the west side of Amsterdam. It had a scuzzy quality. The ventilation in the pods was poor and I woke up with a headache. They promised secure bike storage which turned out to be locking it to steel pole outside the hostel. There was a gate but it could be opened by anyone inside so not secure. When I showed the front desk the email promising secure storage inside I was told they did not have it and too bad, take it or leave it. I was offered my money back but by this time it was 9 pm and too late to go hunting a place. I spent the night, bike not stolen but I left and found somewhere else the next night. Never again.

• Dave (2/5): NO! Don't stay here. - Pretty much nothing. I've stayed in hostels all over the world for the last thirty years and this is on my list of the worst ten. No privacy curtain on the bunks, no individual plugs, no individual lights. Cheap noisy rickety metal bunks. No ventilation in the room 🤢 Not enough toilets to go around and some were out of order. Showers were cold at busy times. The shower to walk connections were all broken and only functioning.as hand held. The whole building is dirty and very run down and desperately in need of basic essential maintenance. Extremely overpriced for what it is.

Het beneden bed was ook vuil er was haar van een ander en losse stickers aan en op vensterbank zwart schimmel

• Radek (8/5): Very good position to Amsterdam SLOTERDIJK station! - - Very good position (1km) from Amsterdam SLOTERDIJK station (bus & train). - Lidl is next to the Hostel. - Tasty traditional STROOPWAFELS on reception for free. - There are 14 capsules in the room. Take ear protection or choose a bed as far as possible from the door which are nearly still used for guest going in or out… I had a good luck that all guests were respecting this special area. They were silent and triyed to be quiet also with soundless mode of mobile phone. IT WAS GREAT.

No toilet roll upon arrival at 11pm and people in the room came back at 3:30am trying to continue the party in the room. Everyone should know hostel etiquette!

• Tainá (8/5): Satisfactory - Friendly staff, including the cat. Satisfactory facilities and cleanliness. Good teas and waffles. The kitchen was being renovated during the weekend I stayed there, so it was unusable. Instead, the materials were moved to the TV room, and the dirty dishes piled up.

На стенах разнообразные засохшие субстанции телесных выделений, страшно даже представить что там делали в этой капсуле🥴 Возле матраса на полу тоже очень грязно. Если у вас что-то завалится туда, между матрасом и стеной капсулы, то доставать будет очень неприятно. • В некоторых душах поломаны лейки. В туалете на раковине нет мыла. • Ещё на кухне постоянно присутствует какая-то странная уборщица, которая убирает в то же время что вы пытаетесь готовить. Вот вы готовите, а она подходит и в сантиметре от вас с не очень чистой тряпкой что-то начинает тереть. А потом моет мочалкой для человеческой посуды миску для уличного кота… И всё время очень громко гремит посудой, швыряется ею буквально, сама при этом в наушниках, поэтому наверное не слышит, насколько большой дискомфорт создает для окружающих.

• Nilesh kumar (7/5): Value for money - Well, for the short stays like 2-3 days, this hostel is value for money. Location is not so far from train and bus stations. A supermarket Lidl is just in front of hostel. The common area for sitting is well organized. Kitchen is also very clean and large enough to use. WI-fi is also working quite well. Room was also proper clean and with enough light. not much enough to say but they have only 2 toilets for several rooms. The shower room can be more better. The draining system is not well good. when you take shower, water is always filled there.

However the amenities, external grounds and doors need working on due to their - The location was good, the tram line was close which made exploring the city centre easier. The bed and rooms were decent size and include lockers. The door closer was loud and would wake the room everytime the door opened. The entire hotel had two working male toilets which made it hard. The outside grounds were disgusting.
