- Sara (8/5): - Increíbles vistas desde la entrada del alojamiento. Muy barato para ser un hostal de Suiza en un pueblo tan turístico. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, aunque siempre es algo incómodo quedarse en habitaciones compartidas. El desayuno muy completo también. La ubicación no era ideal ya que había que subir muchas cuestas para llegar al centro del pueblo, pero el transporte gratuito incluido con el hostal facilita el desplazamiento.

- 영란 (9/5): 아이거 로지 호텔 - 그린데발트 터미널에서 가까워서 여행하기 편했고 공동주방, 샤워실 이용했는데 물도 잘 나오고 깨끗하고 좋았어요 아침 조식 음식 신선도가 좋고 맛있었습니다 아름다운 경치를 감상하며 식사 할수 있어 아주 좋았습니다 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다 다시 찾고 싶은 숙소입니다 지하에 있는 공동주방에서 환기가 잘 되지 않아 1층까지 냄새가 올라왔고 레스토랑에서 식사할 때 파리가 있어 불편했어요

El mejor desayuno que me dieron en un hostel en la vida. La atención del personal buenisima. Y esta al lado de la estación de tren TERMINAL donde tmb hay supermercado. Tiene restaurant y esta al pie de la montaña. Tambien tiene cocina en el piso de abajo. Me gustó todo!!
- Stine Thørner (7/5): Ok, men alt for dyrt i forhold til hvad det var - Det lå rigtig flot med udsigt til bjergene og gode gå ture. Værelserne var egentlig fine, men manglede simple ting. Nyt og flot bygninger. Personalet var rigtig søde til at hjælpe med vandreture. F.eks. at der ikke var håndsæbe ved håndvasken på værelset. En mindre ting, men ret væsentligt. Der burde være lidt bedre faciliteter til at kunne smøre en madpakke til vandreture. Morgenmaden var lidt for simpel.

- Alexander (8/5): Excellent value given the location. - Free parking on-site (subject to availability and there wasn't much), access to a lovely sauna area for a very reasonable fee, excellent breakfast. Location for major lift access is excellent. It would have been really useful to know that there are precisely zero dinner options in Grindelwald Grund in the evenings. I had to speed-hike up to the village to catch a restaurant still open and willing to serve me.

- Lewis (7/5): Great breakfast and comfortable bed - Nice clean and walkable to main centre. Also few mins walk away from terminal train station. Breakfast very very good and best breakfast of the whole trip Nothing the property did however was woke up several times in night and early morning by room next door banging and slamming door at 4am in morning. Just have to be mindful that it is a hostel and not all guests will be as respectful as you.

Petit déjeuner copieux, magnifique buffet et salle à manger. Les douches situées 2 étages plus bas; l’insonorisation de cette partie plus ancienne du bâtiment.

- Thilo (10/5): Rundum zufrieden. - Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Perfekte Lage. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Uns wurde, da die Eigerlodge nur das base camp für eine Bergtour war, trotz lediglich zweier Übernachtungen am Ankunfts- und am Abreisetag, ein Parkplatz für die gesamten 7 Tage angeboten. Nachts gegen 02:30 wurde ein Gast mit einem Notbett in das mit drei Doppelstockbetten und 6 Personen eh schon volle Zimmer einquartiert. Natürlich ist mir klar, dass unkomplizierte Hilfsbereitschaft (siehe Frage 1) auf der anderen Seite auch Nachteile (siehe Frage 2) bedeuten kann.

- Flurina Sara (10/5): Hervorragen gut. Die Erwartungen übertroffen! - Die Lage ist super zentral neben dem Terminal. Zudem war ich absolut überrascht vom Frühstücksangebot. Auch das frühe einchecken war dank des super Personals möglich. Und es gibt sogar eine Sauna ( diese habe ich jedoch nicht benutzt;)) Duschen waren 2 Stockwerke entfernt vom Mehrbettzimmer.

The shared toilets and bathrooms were really clean. Breakfast offered a nice variety of food, and the place was also great to spend the evening and to have dinner. However, only a kettle, a microwave and dishes were available.

- LUIS BORJA (1/5): the hotel itself was very nice!!! except for bed bugs which ruined my weekend!! - the location and staff, they have a billiard downstairs which is really good The bed had bed bugs. I developed a severe allergic reaction and woke up on Saturday morning covered in bites. When I reported this, the staff said they had not found any bugs. However, I went to a dermatologist who confirmed that this was 100 percent a reaction to bed-bug bites and prescribed medication. the hotel tried to blame it on me and asked if I had travelled somewhere before, but of course this was very recent for the severe allergic reaction i could tell it was from the night before that i slept there- To their credit, the hotel changed my room to a single room the second night, but I am now required to take cortisone, antihistamines, and other medication for an entire month due to the severity of the reaction!!! my friends didn't get any bites though so maybe you are lucky! or i was unlucky! I attach a pic the second one is on the hotel room they gave me the second day, the first one is when i came back home, this really ruined my weekends as i could not ski bc of this issue, and had to go home for treatment!

- Sarah (10/5): Es war das erste Mal, dass ich alleine und in Hostel gegangen bin und es war perfekt! Ich habe im Eiger Lodge den Jackpo - Alles war perfekt! Ich war wirklich überrascht, dass es so enorm sauber und gut organisiert war. Es war das erste Mal das ich alleine unterwegs war und auch das erste Mal in einem Hostel und ich habe mich noch nie so sicher und wohl gefühlt! Top Ausstattung und sehr leckeres Frühstück 😊 Gibt nichts zu mekkern

The staff really kind. It's the best ratio quality/price for the area. The lockers are in metal so it's a bit noisy even when you try to be careful.
