- MAX (8/5): Comfortable and convenient accommodation. - Breakfast N/A
Liked the location, character of the old buildings and beautiful verandah & garden. Wifi did no work. Also disappointing renovations to bedrooms which do not complement the historic character of the old buildings.
- Adele (7/5): - Great location easy 5-7 min walk to Main Street. Lovely interior Shower over a spa bath. The bathroom floor gets very wet this is quite as hazard for older people. Would have been nice if they’d lit the fire
- Stephen (8/5): -
- Pam (8/5): Beautiful accommodation & excellent location. This was our 2nd stay here & we’ll definitely be back again. - Very comfortable. The fire in the living area is very nice. Only a very slight criticism…the mattress on the bed felt a bit lumpy & that many people had slept on it.
- Danny (9/5): Nice experience, comfy stay. - Location, comfortable, lovely gardens Dogs loose in garden area. Seating in top garden area could do with some love. We didn’t have any interaction with staff during our stay so couldn’t rate.
- Gretel (8/5): - Beautiful building and gardens One chair in the room - not especially comfortable or practical for a couple
- Natalie (10/5): - Loved the verandah and the quiet. Very close to main town. No good tv like Netflix options etc. Volume button didn't work either. No bench space for making coffee or snacks etc. Or shelving in bathroom for toiletries. But very comfortable otherwise. Lovely room.
- Tanya (10/5): Uncomplicated check in and checkout. Discreet and yet welcoming. Great for a group. - The gardens and ambience of the guest accomodation. Undercover parking onsite, included in tariff. Nothing
- Mark (8/5): Good value for money -
- Paul (8/5): - There wasn't any
- Chantal (8/5): Comfortable - Room was well appointed and in winter the loungroom would be cosy with afire. The bathroom was spacious and gracious.
No breakfast. No staff contact made it impersonal.
Location pleasant. lovely garden and vedandah but noise from road made it unappealing to sit in. See above

- Karen (9/5): Magical, beautiful and a gift for the soul. - Magnificent gardens, room furnishings and spa. The building was like stepping into an English picture book. Furnishings were soft and restful with beautiful wallpaper and decor matching the bed linen and cushions.
The garden and building had many areas to sit and relax to enjoy the autumn colours, roses and garden decorations. The building has beautiful climbing plants up the walls and a water feature at the front entrance. The rooms inside the entrance had lovely antique furniture and seats to enjoy reading or playing board games. I was initially disappointed breakfast wasn’t provided, however the coffee was excellent. I quickly realised the many places nearby drew me out to explore dining options and their decor was rich and rustic with antiques, open fire places, and so much history. This complimented my visit and I would love to return with friends next time for a longer stay.

- Tanya (7/5): Convenient - It was lovely. Nice room and nice bathroom. Easy access when arriving after hours. Undercover parking. Convenient location.
Very clear instructions via text. Light on smoke detector meant the room was lit up all night, even though the room had good blackout curtains to block out external ambient light.
- Rhonda (8/5): Say was lovely - Cute , clean comfy Needed a toast .
- Wendy (10/5): Would definitely stay there again - It was a beautiful and comfortable room.It was lovely to be able to sit outside on the verandah. It was a short walk to the town centre which was great.

- Jodie (9/5): The perfect place to stay for quietness, beauty and comfortability. - We loved how luxurious the room was - almost regal. Bed was super comfortable and the location to town was great. There was a solar inverter? On the wall outside our room that made noise during the afternoon - nothing overly loud just there. It was not active at night so not a huge deal.

- Jai (8/5): Comfortable, warm atmosphere with a unique charm. - Comfortable, warm with a unique charm. The common area had a wonderful atmosphere with the lit fireplace. The rooms were clean with very comfortable bedding/pillows.
- Chris (8/5): -
- Scott (9/5): -
- Anastasi (5/5): - Cleanliness No dining table inside room,
Room relatively small.
Was berated on arrival by the senior male owner when I asked about check-in time, which was at 3 p.m., and I hadn't received a text.
A concern of mine is due to a change of telephone number.
A concern due to my recommendations for other couples looking for accommodation regarding weddings, etc.
Overall, this experience created a negative feeling of being and staying at the property in comparison to other accommodation, I frequent in the area..
- Effie (10/5): - Clean, charming surroundings, very close to Beechworth town
- Jennifer (9/5): -
- Terrence (10/5): -
- Michael (9/5): -
- Danielle (9/5): -
- Janet (10/5): Beautiful quiet garden setting - The surrounding gardens are beautiful. You have a sense of peacefulness the moment you walk in. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water flow was lovely. Within walking distance of the main street which was very convenient. The accommodation was very quiet and peaceful. I could not hear any of the neighbouring guests. N/A
- Kathryn (10/5): -
- Eelan (9/5): Rooms and foyer area beautifully decorated and put together and place very clean. - Lovely room. Foyer was gorgeous. Gardens lovely but we couldn't use as weather was too hot (the 3 days there it was over 40 deg.) Location good. Car under cover good. What more can one say. It would have been nice to have a little kitchenette for simple things like toast, breakfast, casual eating. In most places one goes to, they all lack hooks for hanging, eg. bathroom/or bedroom for Dressing gowns, used clothes one doesn't want to put back in the wardrobe. Maybe tissues in bathroom. Mostly all was fine.
PS just noticed down below under Preview of your experience the name Eelan (?) - if it's meant to be my name it is Elena?
- Garry (10/5): - Room well prepared and clean. Nothing really
- Mel W (8/5): We had a lovely short stay here, great location and very comfortable. - This is a beautiful adults only building with lovely gardens (and gorgeous dogs!). Parking was easy and the room was quaint and lovely. Staff very friendly and it was an easy walk into town. Wifi isn't great and no access to streaming services. The room was very bright with light in through the glass in the bathroom door and the smoke detector in the middle of the roof which was super bright.
- Colin (8/5): Comfortable and quiet stay - Overall it was clean and comfortable. Well located and very quiet Needed central cooling in the lounge area to encourage guest to come out of bedrooms to further enjoy the property
- Anna (10/5): Would stay again! - Nice little cottage style suite in good location. Walking down to the Main Street took us less than 10mins. Quiet, really comfy bed and cute room.
- Marilyn (9/5): Lovely Country Setting in Beechworth. - Nice rooms, lovely large lounge area and undercover parking. Walking distance to pubs, breweries, restaurants and shops. A small kitchen area would have been nice. The beds could be a bit firmer!!
- Mark (10/5): -
- Martin (9/5): Very relaxing after a hectic year - Old world charm and tranquility. Location to central township and sights and shops.
Good restaurants nearby. Walking distance Liked it all. No negatives
- Joseph (8/5): -
- Suzanne (5/5): Beautiful room and surrounds. - The room was very comfortable with a nice mattress, linen and pillows.
Bathroom has a full sized bath.
Iron was good.
Nice kettle.
Fridge in the room. Contactless check in with no personal touches, greeting or instructions about the property. We booked a boutique hotel for the warmth and personal touches you normally get. We felt uncomfortable using the shared lounge or garden as there was no information about this. It would have been wonderful to have some local goods used in the room - local soap, local tea and coffee, maybe a pastry or biscuit from a local cafe. If no personal greeting on arrival would be nice to have a letter in your room with some info on our stay and on the hotel and surrounds.
- Peter (10/5): -
- Terri (8/5): -
- Russell (6/5): Nice place but the staff were unpleasant - The room and spa were great The staff were discourteous and somewhat unpleasant
- James (9/5): Lovely stay - The ambiance A little far out of town
- Toniann (7/5): Old style charm - comfortable stay. - Location A bit dark and cold inside on arrival as no one was around. Key was in a key safe.
- Kam Ling (10/5): Most pleasant! - Liked the tasteful, boutique style with 4 rooms. The room was big, comfortable with a lovely, leafy courtyard. The bathroom was good size with great shower. Quiet place with lovely garden. Nothing to dislike.
- debra (10/5): Very comfortable and lovely location. - comfortable room - very nicely appointed. Easy accesss to shopping, good communications throughout.
- George (9/5): -
- Maria (10/5): - The serene and stunning ambiance.
- Sandi (9/5): A lovely place to stay in Beechworth - Such a lovely place. It was spacious, beautifully presented, a delightful communal lounge as well. No normal tea bags... only herbal tea bags. Would have been nice to have some English Breakfast tea. Thankfully I had brought some with me. 😀
