- Alshehri (6/5): سلبيات اتمنى تفاديها مستقبلا - الموقع ممتاز .. امواقف السيارت متوفرة .. الاستقبال رائع .. الممرات جيدة و منظمة المصاعد ثلاثة مصاعد ممتازة تعمل بشكل جيد .. العزل جيد الى حد ما السباكة متهالكة تحتاج الى تجديد .. المروش لايعمل بكفائة والماء يخرج الى باقي دورة المياه .. لا يوجد سليبرات .. التلفاز ليس حديث من نوع سمارت .وغير موصول الكيبل القنوات لا تعمل .. التكييف بارد جدا ولا يمكن التحكم فيه من الغرفة

- Hani (9/5): رائع جدا - الفندق جميل ومرتب والغرف واسعه ومريحه. الاستقبال كان رائع. الموظف والموظفه المناوبين كانو لبقين ومحترمين وقدمو خدمه ممتازه باسلوب سلس واحترافي . جميع الخدمات متوفره حول الفندق. اشكرهم ولي تجربه اخرى معهم مستقبلا لايوجد افطار. رائحه معطر الجو لم تكن مناسبه اتمنى تغييرها

- Tajammal (3/5): I will never rebook this hotel again. - Location was good, bed was comfortable. Washroom doesn’t meet any level of expectations. Shower is poring water with very lower flow.. it takes lot of time to soak the body.. I told the guy and he said on Geyser it will be slow.. Shower area doesn’t look clean.. no place to keep soap/shampoo. WiFi is very bad.. no signals in the room, only shows a life when room door is open.

- WASEEM (8/5): مناسب للإقامة العائلية - الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة ولايوجد بها اي رائحة ، قرب الفندق من جميع الخدمات مطاعم سوبرماركت محطة حلاق صيدلية والفندق مطل على الطريق العام بالاضافة للهدوء داخل الفندق وقريبه لمن يرغب بالذهاب الى مكة عدم توفير مواد فندقية كمناشف والمستلزمات الاخرى بكمية كافيه يعني يعطوك بطريقة شحيحة

The price I paid was different from what I had on booking.com So I paid the higher price and got the wrong room Told them I wanted to stay in this one and give me my money back after I settled in and I just came from an 8 hour trip The manager insisted I change the room again to the bigger one It was a total mess
