- P.P. (6/5): Ihan ok hotelli - Hotelli oli siisti. Aamupalalla oli kaikki tarvittava ja kahvi erittäin hyvää. Vastaanoton henkilökunta olisi voinut olla ystävällisempää. Hotellin ympäristö oli rauhatonta. Lisävuode kova ja huono nukkua. Varsinainen sänky sen sijaan oli hyvä. Hinta ja laatu ei kohdannut.
- Gabriele (8/5): - Das (Einzel)Zimmer ist sehr gut isoliert, ich musste das Ohropax nicht benutzen und habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer wird nur dann gereinigt, wenn man an der Rezeption Bescheid sagt. Aus ökologischen Gründen finde ich das sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist für meinen Bedarf gut sortiert. Wurst- und Käseaufschnitt, Brötchen/Brot, Müsli, Gebäck, Joghurt und Obst machen es vielseitig. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist - wie in den anderen Hotelbereichen - sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist minimalistisch ausgestattet, was für eine Städtereise in Ordnung ist. Das obligatorische zusätzliche Kopfkissen fehlt im Schrank; ich habe es aber bekommen, als ich danach gefragt habe. Der Fön im Bad war defekt; bei der Endreinigung des Zimmers sollte man vlt routinemäßig die Funktion überprüfen.

Ich war jetzt zum wiederholten Mal da, leider ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück zu früheren Aufenthalten merklich geringer geworden, von der Qualität ist alles in Ordnung.

- Magdalena (2/5): Nope, never again - Nothing First the check in is quite stressing, too long and unnecessary Second only one lift with is extremely slow Third the room was smelling bad( after a while i realize they give it to you with window open so you dont smell it that much) Fourth my body was itching so the mattress have some bugs, for sure they dont disinfect the mattresses Fifth , to walk on this carpet with bare foot was very disturbing Sixth strange people outside at the entrance and after inside screaming on the corridors (some muslim language)very very loud Seventh the bed shits were dirty from blood i guess not sure, quite disgusting. Was aber gar nichts schlechter macht am Aufenthalt. Einzig der Preis für das Frühstück ist eher hoch angelegt. Man muss schon ordentlich zugreifen.

There was no coffee in the room or provided for free in the reception area, only if you purchased breakfast. Staff was rude when asked about this. Staff didn't provide WiFi password when we checked in. We had to go back and ask for it.
