• noemilV9916VB (10/5): Wonderful experience at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western East Wenatchee - I had a wonderful experience at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western East Wenatchee thanks to Barb and Veronica. Barb, the manager, was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind while I had to keep extending my stay due to some unexpected home remodels. She made a stressful situation so much easier and always treated me with genuine care and professionalism. Barb also took the time to explain the rewards program to me and helped me sign up, which I really appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. I also want to recognize Veronica in housekeeping for her wonderful service. She was friendly, thorough, and helped make my stay comfortable and welcoming. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond the way they do. • Jim (4/5): Dissappointing. I've stayed at the SureStay many times before. Seems like they are cutting corners. - The price is great and the staff is helpful and friendly. No carpet in the room and the vinyl planking was sticky. No coffee maker and the TV didn't work even after I reset the system as suggested by the front office staff. Breakfast is marginal at best.

They charge less for low quality - Location was central Unclean room, visibly not wiped down, loud air conditioner, smell of chlorine throughout the ground floor, no coffee pot in the room, pillows were the worst I’ve experienced. No hand soap inside the bathroom, instead at the outside vanity.

• Rodney (7/5): location and hotel are good enough, i would stay again - building and room were clean, breakfast was what it should be and location was good my room was right by a major street and was kind of noisy until bedtime but i expected that and will stay again.
• dtH5680UZ (10/5): Great Value, Great Stay - A great value. Stayed there two days to head up to Leavenworth and visit sights around Wenatchee Valley. Simple rooms, clean and well-maintained. Barb and Jay at the front desk were most helpful. A little simpler breakfast (midweek stay) but worth it. Great house keeping help.

Lots and lots of parking all around the property. Only constructive feedback would be to provide some more food options in general for breakfast, especially eggs on weekdays. :) Would definitely stay here again if we stop in Wenatchee in the future.

• jem19941 (10/5): Fun in the sun, good priced hotel - Barb was amazing! Our stay was amazing!! Clean throughout the hotel. Pool was clean clear and perfect temperature. Plan to return again!
• Vernon (6/5): - This property was average at best. It was relatively quiet, clean, convenient, and the staff was attentive. It was, however, dated. The furniture and carpet was worn and the beds were not very comfortable. The amenities were almost nonexistent. We got a tiny shampoo and conditioner. The towels, especially the pool towers, were small and worn. The pool was nice and so was the breakfast, which was a cut above most hotels of this caliber. The hotel was okay for the price, but we would probably stay elsewhere if we were to come back to Wenatchee.
• vernC958 (6/5): Average at Best - This hotel was average at best. It was clean, but a bit dated. The furniture was a bit old and the beds weren't very comfortable. The pool was nice, but the towels provided were tiny and worn. Breakfast was a cut above average. It include waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. It was also well-located. We'd probably look elsewhere if we ever come back to Wenatchee, but the hotel wasn't bad for the price.

• Jen (8/5): We will be back when we visit again. - We enjoy the location close to family. Hotel is older (looks are a little deceiving) but they take great care of the building. The back door is broken and not so secure. We did not have any issues but did see some unsavory people in the back (near the abandoned building) wandering in the evenings which did cause some worry.

The rooms and common areas were not cleaned well and we were very disappointed that the pool was not cleaned regularly either. By our 4 day of our stay, we didn't even want to go in the pool. :-(

• Bob (10/5): Nice hotel - Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, the facility was very clean and ready to go, including my room. Breakfast was good but could have used some eggs and bacon or sausage. I have used this hotel multiple times and have always left happy with my stay.
• Eric (10/5): Great Stay! - Great stay in an area that doesn't have a lot of traffic to keep you up at night. My chrome notebook wouldn't get wifi, but it's a cheapo. Kindle got hooked up fine.

• prestoninaj (2/5): they cancelled my reservation - I reserved my room through the BW app and checked in online the day before giving an arrival time of 9:30pm. When I arrived at 9pm, I learned they had sold my room. They said they tried to contact me, but there were no missed calls. As there was a show at the Gorge, the only option was another property owned by the same people. That "sister property" was awful--the kind that if I was travelling with my family we would've gone home. On the plus side, Barbara was great. Nevermind the customers, who ever messed this all up shouldn't be doing things to make her life harder.

• Radford (6/5): - Very comfortable beds. Continental Breakfast very insufficient. No eggs or any protein (bacon or sausage) of any kind during the week. Said they only provided that on weekends. Way sub-par compared to their competition down the street.
