• Lourdes (9/5): We had a wonderful stay, comfortable room and perfect location. - The hotel’s location was excellent and extremely convenient for travelers. It is only about a one-minute walk from the Railway Station, making it very easy for us to travel. The accessibility to public transportation saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. A simple suggestion for improvement would be to provide a water heater kettle in the room, if possible, so guests can conveniently prepare tea or coffee at night or during their stay.

• Badr Mimi (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience. - Très mauvaise expérience. Je suis un client avec une réservation confirmée dans cet hôtel. J’ai stationné ma voiture sur le parking avant de m’absenter pour la prière du vendredi. À mon retour, le réceptionniste et le gardien m’ont traité de manière irrespectueuse, comme si j’étais un fraudeur, sans même vérifier que j’étais client. Malgré mes explications, ils m’ont facturé 100 dirhams pour à peine une heure de parking, ce qui est totalement injustifié pour un client de l’établissement. Un manque évident de professionnalisme, de respect et de gestion client. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Einfaches Frühstück - Tolle Lage im Stadtzentrum, war schon mehrfach da und komme immer gerne wieder Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein, ist sehr einfach. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und manche Reparaturen sind mal notwendig zu erledigen

Un grand merci à la réceptionniste Najwa, qui m’a accueilli chaleureusement, m’a aidé à trouver une adresse précise, et s’est arrangée pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner très tôt. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont vraiment marqué mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

• Shaid (1/5): Never again….such a bad experience - Besides the location there was nothing to like Walked in and the person at the reception kept me waiting 10 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge me, after he acknowledged me he kept stopping my check in process to talk to other staff and other guests about other things, I made a point of writing his name down. The customer service was very very poor. I had requested two single beds as I was coming with my daughter, this was confirmed and agreed a month before arrival. On arrival the hotel claimed there was none, however within minutes that changed to, yes one has become available. Did they expect me to share with my daughter?? My daughter the last day wanted to reprogram me the room key, again reception didn’t even look at her for 2/3 minutes or acknowledge she was waiting. So it seems a definite issue and the staff seemed arrogant. The coup de Grace was the fact we thought we would have dinner at the hotel restaurant as it was late, so order as part of a meal a Diet Coke, now a soft drink in a shop outside the hotel costs 7 MAD, so I assumed it would be the same or maybe a bit more …..they charged 100 yes one hundred MAD for a soft drink, so 15 x more than the cost of a shop. So 2 soft drinks cost 200 MAD!!!!!!!!!!! Even a 5 star restaurant only charges 20 MAD for them but no not this hotel they think it’s acceptable to charge 100 MAD per soft drink . Would not come to this hotel ever again. As the staff are arrogant, ignorant and the charge for coke is daylight robbery, The only plus side is the location otherwise it has absolutely nothing going for it. In response to the Hotels reply...the reception area was completely empty at the time i checked in, i took a picture / photo and if the hotel wants it then i can provide it, it is a lie to say a group were checking in. Also it doesnt excuse fact that my daughter was completely ignored too when she wanted a key reprogrammimg.

• Elvira (8/5): Fijn hotel op fijne locatie. - Fijn hotel. Goed ontbijt. Goeie locatie tegenover het station. Leuke rooftopbar waar je ook kan eten. Schoon. Bed aan de harde kant maar wel oké. Buurt is leuk met verschillende restaurants op loopafstand. Tegenover het hotel is de bushalte voor de bus naar het vliegveld. Vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn behoorlijk gehorig. Op Dit moment wordt het station verbouwd, ze werken ook ‘s nachts door. Ik had eerst een kamer tegenover het station maar sliep daar heel slecht. De volgende ochtend kreeg ik zonder probleem een kamer aan de achterkant, helaas zonder uitzicht en balkon, maar geen last meer van de bouwwerkzaamheden. Ik werd wel wakker van de wekker uit de kamer naast de mijne. Er is wel zeep en douchegel, maar geen andere toiletartikelen. De douche is fijn, maar wel in een bad dus je moet niet slecht ter been zijn. De muziek in de bar staat erg hard. Helaas mag in de bar binnen worden gerookt.

Or hop on the tram to get to Agdal. Sometimes it can be noisy at night. But that's everywhere in Morocco. Just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Le bruit de la rue jusque tard dans la nuit que les fenêtres même fermées ne couvrent pas. Les oreillers gros et durs ! La moquette très sale (taches qui ne partent plus et donnent une mauvaise image de la chambre). Les remarques sont écrites pour améliorer car on aime le Maroc et les marocains 😁

• Evelyn (8/5): Clean and sleek hotel close to the train station - The hotel is across from the central train station in Rabat. The room was comfy and clean. Onomo hotels are more minimal, and I appreciate that. The lighting was great for working in my room. After taking a shower, the room becomes quite humid. I think they need to install a better fan system in the bathrooms.

• Anna (6/5): - After waiting for about 10 minutes in the reception area and having to watch 3 members of the reception staff have a heated and loud debate/argument???? We were then served, nothing explained to us, just given our room key and a member of staff took our cases and us to our rooms. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, excellent shower and the room has good AC. The breakfast was very average. Coffee from a machine and not very good. Very chaotic set up, i asked staff 3 times for some cold milk, which they "didn't normally have" it never arrived. Food on offer was also very average, not a great selection outside of breads, pastries and sweet cakes. Disappointing.
