Soledad (2/5): No recomendado - Horrible, nada de lo que aparece en la descripción es verdad, el personal no nos entendían, no nos brindaban información, todo mal, de hecho estuvimos 8 días, y no hubo piscina, ni juegos, nada.
Verified traveler (6/5): RESERVA FEITA 8 MESES ANTES NÃO FOI HONRADA - Fiz em maio reserva para o apto na Barra, a uma quadra da praia, pois sabia que o período pré Virada de Ano Novo tem muita procura. Após viajar 7 horas, dirigi-me à Ipanema, local da sede da GOHOUSE para pegar as chaves do imóvel. Fiquei uma hora em atendimento. Eles alegaram que tinha ocorrido uma "falha de comunicação", de modo que o imóvel não estava disponível. Ofereceram-me outro imóvel na Barra, muito inferior, a um preço R$ 200 menor para uma estadia de 3 noites. O apto estava limpo, porém: 1) ficava quilometros da praia; 2) não tinha microondas; 3) não tinha fogão; 4) não tinha wi-fi; 5) O único ar-condicionado estava quebrado: 6) a cama de casal estava com o estrado quebrado; 7) a geladeira só foi possível ligar usando um adaptador que eu trouxera; 8) a geladeira fedia a mofo (desligada e fechada); 8) o controle remoto da TV estava sem pilhas. Contactamos a hoteis.com e a atendente ficou horas tentando achar um apto, mas não conseguiu. Acabamos ficando "acampados" nesse apto, por falta de opção. No final das contas, a GOHOUSE reconheceu o erro e estornou o pagamento efetuado. Ainda assim, nossas férias 4 estrelas viraram um camping 0 estrelas. E o cansaço e o desgaste foram indescritíveis. A GOHOUSE mostrou não ser confiável.
