- Sandra (5/5): Trying another hotel next time. - The breakfast area furniture was very stained and we didn’t want to sit on it. The advertised cinnamon rolls were not offered. The second day the breakfast food was in short supply. Supposedly the supply didn’t arrive. The coffee pods in the room were awful cheap brands and the nice machine in the breakfast area brewed brown water. Again awful. The bathroom in our room had uneven tiles and were a tripping hazard. In short, IHG prices continue to rise but quality drops. Next time I think we’ll try another hotel. The staff were nice though. See above.

I never ever eat sausage gravy anywhere but home because there is always TOO much black pepper but your gravy and the hot biscuits were divine! Warm cinnamon rolls and bacon cooked to crispy perfection. Runny oatmeal but brown sugar and butter... YUM! YUM! We all left there FAT & HAPPY :) Water pressure in the shower was not good but it never is in any hotel so nothing yall can do about that

Their feedback was the room was very very clean, and that's bc my MIL has cleaned hotel rooms in the past so she knows what to look for. They said the bed smelled clean and was comfortable. The front desk clerk helped them connect to the wifi and was super friendly. Then the next morning they said they went down to breakfast at 7am and they over ate bc the food was that good and fresh! A bonus was when we all arrived to get them checked in, they had completely homemade strawberry lemonade made and it was so good! This was during the Christmas season so all of the quality they received for the price was phenomenal. They told me that they want me to book them at this location again in the future when they come to visit. It was hard to actually find something not to like. The only struggle my in laws had were connecting to the wifi but that was quickly taken care of

Water in bathroom sink came out very slow and shower head was bad. small fridge was off balance and would not close unless we constantly closed it. mildew or mold around the edge in bathroom ceiling. ac maybe needed to be cleaned, we could not stop sneezing and my wife really got sick. we checked out a day early due to her not feeling well.

- Christie (8/5): Clean and comfortable - This was a clean, comfortable hotel experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room, although showing a few signs of wear, was very clean. Bedding was comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Overall the hotel seemed pretty quiet. Breakfast was ok. They had the usual breakfast options, but a lot of it wasnt hot. The coffee was great. As a hotel brand in general, they offer few options for people who need to avoid allergens like dairy. I wish they'd consider offering some milk substitutes. Overall, decent comfortable stay, but nothing extra or noteworthy. I stay in this town frequently, but next time we'll look for a hotel that has more breakfast accommodations.

We had 5 guests and when we requested towels they were brought to us in a timely manner and I never felt that we were disturbing them with our request. the only downside was I did not find a switch for a fan in the restroom so it kept getting muggy in there and that was not the best experience when there are so many showering. The floor in the bathroom could have been cleaner but overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast was also a big perk they had eggs, french toast, pancakes and lots of bread options such as bagels toast and cinnamon rolls.

The only thing that I did not care for as they’ve moved the coffee downstairs, but I understand it would save money and it was fresh ground and it was very good but inconvenient the other thing that was huge for me was there was only one ice machine on the first floor, and I was located on the top floor only one ice machine in a hotel that doesn’t make sense. Other than that, the facilities were beautiful clean property was well-maintained and the staff was so courteous highly recommend.
