No me gustó que se huele demasiado a cigarrillo a pesar que se supone que no fuman, nuestra última noche fatal la persona de al lado tenía la música a todo volumen desde media noche hasta las 3:30 am qué ya nos íbamos y absolutamente nadie le dijo nada.

- Stephanie (1/5): Do not stay here ! - Nothing. Bathroom shower was broken. There were fights all night inside the hotel, making it impossible to get a good nights rest. There was very little amenities that was claimed to be offered. No ice machine. Again, bathroom shower was broken and not usable. There were fights inside thebhitel all night long, despite there being security. It was loud and dangerous. 117 dollars was absolutely not worth it. I will never stay here again, I will pay an extra $150+ and drive over an hour to my destination next morning, just to avoid this hotel. Regardless of location, it was pitiful.

- Stephanie (7/5): It was look for the area it was in. - I like That is was clean. I didnt Like that the staff do not answer the phones from the rooms. I had to go down stairs just to ask them a question. I asked Them what floor was the ice on and they told me on the 5th and 6th floor. But they failed to tell me neither one of the ice machine worked. Befoe I came to check in the staff hung up on me. They need better customer service.

- Antonio (3/5): Horrible hotel. - Close to shopping. I paid extra for a non smoking room on Booking.com. When I got to the hotel and got my room key and went to the room, it smelled like weed. I went down to the counter and asked why i got a smoking room. They said that I booked a smoking room. I showed them the confirmation where it showed a non smoking room. They gave me a another key where the room didnt smell as bad. The next day I went down to the counter and was told I was put in a smoking room once again. They hotel neighbors are loud. Blasting music all night. The front entrance always has shady people in front of it.
