• Zita (8/5): - Excellent central location in the heart of Granada but not approachable by car. Also tricky to get to the apartment, which is in a side street restricted to traffic. Also must walk up 3 flights of stairs through a narrow, winding, steep, hot staircase in an old building. Not fun with luggage! The property manager was very helpful though and assisted us with our bags and with getting to the property. The apartment is rather small and more suitable for couples but not ideal for families (2 adults, 2 kids). Good stay otherwise!
• Omar (10/5): - Marcos was the best host. The apartment is small for a family of 4 but manageable. Parking about 3blocks away for 25 euros a day but peace of mind. Highly-rated due to distance from amenities. But be careful if driving. Kitcken was nice and clean.
• Paul (10/5): - This is a very nice apartment! It is convenient to all the main tourist sites. Taxis are readily available at all times. Many restaurants are in the immediate area. The host is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly to emails. Stay here when you are in Granada!

Ce n'è stato fornito un altro poco distante ma l'edificio così come l'appartamento non erano dello stesso livello. Inoltre l'appartamento non era pulito né dotato di tutta la biancheria o di un rotolo di carta igienica o di Scottex. Ci siamo visti costretti a fare una lavatrice di lenzuola. Carlos il nostro referente molto gentile e disponibile. Comunque grazie Carlos!

• Margus (4/5): Incorrect information in Listing - The Travelocity listing stated self parking on site with a surcharge. Not only is there no parking on site, it is not possible to drive to the apartment as all roads to it are closed to cars. I spent an hour trying to have my GPS redirect me and when I finally called the apartment they directed me to a parking lot more than a 15 minute walk away. I specifically chose this apartment because I had heavy baggage and would not have booked it if they had not misrepresented themselves on Travelocity.

• Geri (8/5): Muy buena estancia - Muy bueno el apartamento, limpio y cómodo. Estaba el aire acondicionado funcionando lo cual fue una verdadera pasada porque hacía 44 grados en Granada. El Wifi no funcionaba pero al contactarnos con Carlos en un ratito lo solucionó. Estando en auto el aparcamiento fue muy difícil porque la zona es peatonal. En general muy buena estancia. Muy centrico y con opciones de restaurantes cerca para elegir.
• Sofía (10/5): Agradable, cómodo y muy bien situado - Eramos 2 adultos y 2 niños. Estuvimos muy comodos y no echamos nada de menos. Antes de llegar Carlos, el propietario, se puso en contacto con nosotros y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias sobre el apartamento y sobre la ciudad. Un 10 ;-)

• Estela (8/5): Not in Plaza Santa Ana - We rented the penthouse apartment. The are is super centric, really well located, quiet, good to rest. The only problem is, it is NOT on Plaza Santa Ana, nor next to Río Darro, but it is pretty close. My guess is they rent Río Darro and Apartamento Hospital de Peregrinos (Calle Hospital de Peregrinos #4) under the same Hotels.com listing. We didn't find out about this until we contacted them the day before our arrival to coordinate the checkin. To be honest, our stay was perfect, I just didn't like, good value for what it costs, it's just, I didn't like not beeing sinces the beginning about the address change

• Bernardo (8/5): Muy buena situación y limpios - Nuestra experiencia fue satisfactoria. Por poner un pero, hubo una pequeña confusión con los correos (más debido a la plataforma de hoteles.com creo yo) y nos quedamos sin parking y allí aparcar es una odisea.
• Edwin (8/5): Agradable experiencia - En general el apartamento está muy bien, bien ubicado en relación con los principales atractivos turísticos de Granada. Los implementos de cocina y otros, fueron suficientes. Los alrededores estaban un tanto sucios eses humanas en la calle cercana y el servicio de Internet era pésimo, prácticamente no funcionó. En una balanza quedamos satisfechos salvo por estos dos aspectos. La atención de don Carlos fue muy buena y la ciudad es increíble así como la atención de las personas.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Got conned by switch and bait - I booked for 2 nights stay at Apartamentos Río Darro and received confirmation from Expedia. Received confirmation for the operator via Expedia messaging. However, when I arrived, the operator claimed that I booked for Apartamentos Hospital de Peregrinos despite me explaining that I booked and received confirmation for the Rio Darro. Having no other options after checking other hotels and apartments in that area and finding no vacancies, I agreed to stay at that apartment. It turned out to be a very gloomy and depressing flat although location is great in the old city with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also, great to explore Albaicin old town area. Beware of claims that they have self parking with surcharge...they don't, you have to park at public car park and lug your bags to the flat located in a pedestrian only area. Furthermore, the flat is on the 2nd floor without elevators. I've since returned home and when I checked Expedia, neither apartmentos are listed. So beware of this scam as they may have changed name.
• daniele (10/5): Appartamento comodo, pulito ed economico - Appartamento comodo, pulito ed economico. Il personale è stato molto gentile all'arrivo. Peccato che non abbia un locale gratuito per lasciare le valigie il giorno della partenza (ci ha fatto appoggiare presso un albergo vicino che ci ha chiesto il pagamento del servizio). Nell'appartamento erano inclusi wifi, angolo cottura e per prima colazione.

La habitación estaba bien para el fin pretendido al ser una estancia corta aunque era un tercero sin ascensor. El aparcamiento imposible en la zona, con restricción del tráfico.

• Kita (4/5): グラナダの大通りに近いホステルで - 前日迄は近所のホステルに泊まっていたので、TELせずに玄関口へ下見に行くと隣のレストランのマスターがこのホステルのオーナーへTELしてくれた。約40分ほど待たされオーナーが来た。予約のペントハウスへ案内されたが階段が狭く急で荷物を持って最上階まで非常に大変。ペントハウスのテラスからは木の陰から広場が多少見え多少退屈しないが、ベットはソファーベットなので自分でセットしなければなりません。オーナーは部屋代を現金で５０€要求し、手にするとそそくさと去っていった。無機質なイメージだけが残った。

• Mike (4/5): Not the flat shown on the site. Dissappointment - Great location. Flat we were put in looked NOTHING like the pictures on Hoteles.com. Clean but tiny. Our (small) bedroomroom consisted of a double bed next to a bunk bed for the kids (300CM separation) that squeaked all night whenever one of the kids moved. There was a door inside this flat that lead direct to the owners flat. Looked clean but smelled a bit stale. I am loathe to leave a negative review (have not done so for years) but what was shown on the advert in no way resembled what was received. They may have accidentally overbooked and put us in the overflow. Do not book this property without knowing for sure which flat you are getting. Owner very nice and helpful but would not book this property again.
• Claire (8/5): - Emplacement idéal pour visiter à pieds Grenade et ses merveilles. Grande disponibilité et amabilité du propriétaire qui parle français. Cuisine relativement bien équipée, avec machine à laver le linge. Petit mais de taille suffisante lorsque l'on est la plupart du temps dehors en visite.

• Vicente (10/5): experiencias vividas. - la estancia fue buena,el apartamento muy acogedor y limpio y los propietarios muy amables. lo malo son las calles que hay cerca, casi todas paso prohibido solo coches autorizados y eso dificulto muchísimo el encuentro del apartamento pero me imagino que eso ya es cosa de la ciudad que es la que tiene esas prohibiciones. muy buena hubicacion a dos calles de la alhambra.por lo demás todo bien.
