Reception opening hours: - Monday to Saturday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 22:00 - Sunday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.
Please note that children under 4 years old can enjoy breakfast for free. Children with ages between 4 and 11 years old can have breakfast at an extra of 7 EUR. Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and pay for the full price.
Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days.
Parking reservation must be made prior to arrival. A special night or day rate is also available at the Cité du Vin car park located 164 feet away.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. - Yannick (3/5): - L'emplacement où est situé l'hôtel, manque de place de parking. La literie était très confortable. La remonté des odeurs des égouts, le kit de premier jour qui n'a pas été remis ni proposé alors qu'il est proposé a Bordeaux lac des notre arrivée.

- Oranne (5/5): Bonne localisation mais des travaux sont à prévoir - L’emplacement à côté de la cité des vins et proche de l’arrêt de Tram est un vrai atout. Le personnel était agréable et de bons services. Un vrai problème d’évacuation et donc d’odeurs dans le logement. Nous avons été relogés et là pas d’eau froide (douche brûlante) dans la nouvelle chambre. Le dépannage est venu 2 jours plus tard (pour cause de jour férié).

- loic (8/5): Pratique - L’emplacement, le quartier est en développement et on accède à des activités sympas à pied: cité du vin, bassin des lumières, musée des sciences , quais de la Garonne… et pour manger varié et bon les Halles de Bacalan à 100 m. On accède au centre historique en 10 minutes en tramway. Le canapé lit complètement deglingué.

El departamento quedaba algo pequeño para ser 4 personas alojadas, dos niños y dos adultos, la mesa era pequeña, no podíamos comer los 4 a la vez, a parte de mencionar que solo habían 3 sillas. El lavabo era demasiado grande en comparación al espacio que quedaba en la habitación para hacer vida. Me resultó mas cómodo el sofá cama donde dormían los niños que la propia cama de los adultos. No hay servicio de limpieza de la habitación, tu te haces la cama y tiras la basura.

Parking à proximité si celui de l'hôtel plein. (+ reduc de l'hôtel) Certains équipements manquaient dont une chaise, éponge, liquide vaisselle.. Un document informationnel aurait été un + concernant le WiFi et l'organisation du nettoyage.. Il était indiqué qu'il fallait faire le ménage sur une fiche derrière une porte de cuisine sinon le prix etait de 70 euros, on ne savait pas si c'était obligatoire pour nous, si il fallait que la poubelle soit descendu.. Il faudrait également précisé la réservation du parking, lors de notre séjour nous nous sommes fait avoir, je n'ai jamais vu que le parking devait être à réservé c'est après recherche en détail sur booking.com que j'ai vu qu'il fallait réservé... c'était malheureusement trop tard. Heureusement le personnel nous a indiqué la possibilité d'aller sur un parking à côté. Certains endroits étaient sales: traces sur les murs, sous le lit ce n'était pas bien propre et chewing-gum collé...

L'établissement est très bien situé (proche du tram, Bassins de lumière à proximité, Halles du Bacalan pour se restaurer dans un endroit typique. Promenade sur les quais juste à côté.

- sana (4/5): - locatie is goed, parking makkelijk bedden zijn niet comfortabel, airco werkt niet en ik raad jullie aan om het ramen niet open te doen,dan zitten jullie vast met veel muggen.
